The customer service at this location is terrible! When I come in to pick up an order, no one greets me. On multiple occasions, I have had 3-5 employees standing directly in front of me without saying hello, asking for the name on the order I am waiting for, nothing - no acknowledgement at all. When the order is ready, the do not say anything, they do not look at you, they just put the bag in front of you. Many times I have to ask them to please bag my order. This seems to be a huge burden for them. It isfrustrating to see my full order just sitting on the counter with no one putting it in a bag. read more

I'm there all the time with my girl friend and there was a worker named Jerry who would make flirty remarks in a weird way, she is always uncomfortable any time she is there and fair enough to that, the man looks like he could be double her age. Luckily a 7 Brew is opening soon. read more

Drinks are good, service is friendly, wait time is sooooooooooo (I can't add enough "o's") slow!!! 25 minutes for 1 drink. If you have time go ahead and wait. If not Dunkin is super quick! read more

Very friendly staff! My drink was made wrong which is no biggy be issue they happily remade it and it was perfect. I couldn't believe how nice they were about it. Great customer service read more

I recently went to FESTUS Starbucks looking for a nice drink and was greatly disappointed. My friend and I go here often in hopes of their chances of improving but receive nothing but disappointment each time. Hopefully they improve soon because I enjoy their coffee as well as their refreshments. read more

Absolutely the worst service I have ever had at a Starbucks. Started with getting ignored at the drive through speaker, so long that I finally had to just pull around to the window, where the cashier tried charging me for someone else's order. Upon being informed that he hadn't even taken my order, he just said "well what do you want" and then when I ordered a PSL he snapped NO PUMPKIN and glared at me. Rather than get into a fight, I just drove away with nothing. This place is an utter disgrace. Will never be returning. read more

I have never had a good experience at this Starbucks. If you go inside, it takes a very long time to get your drink because they are more concerned about shoving orders out the window than they are about the customers inside... even if they placed their orders first. I placed a mobile order here that said it would take 5-7 minutes to receive. I sat inside for 25 minutes before I got my order. Today was the last straw for me. I ordered a grande white mocha in the drive thru. Once I took the lid off to stir the syrup, there was a good 2-3 ounces missing. That amount is generous, as I understand they need room for foam and whipped cream. Not planning to be back anytime soon... just another reason I will be supporting local coffee places. read more

We went to this Starbucks and I'm 15 so this is a rare time I'm on yelp but the service made me so mad as we were standing waiting for our order and they kept filling out mobile orders as we standing right in front of them and we waited for about 15 minutes untill they finally started our order. 2 stars because at least the drinks were made well and tasted good. They are so slow with the online orders! They stop doing the online orders to do the drive though making us wait. It is always messy behind the counter and they have no urgency around people's time. It just keeps getting worse there. read more

I've visited this location while in Festus for the holidays. All three trips I ordered a venti hot chocolate. 1st time it was 1/2, 2nd time 3/4 full and 3rd visit it was 3/4 full and barely any chocolate. Stopped by the grocery store and bought the mocha sauce to make it edible. read more

Tired of hearing "oh were out of..." and then hearing can we make you something else? I ordered what I did because thats what I wanted. Since this location has opened without fail they run out of something, you would think by now they would hire someone that knew how to oder enough product. This location is failing and may as well close to save themselves the embarrassment. Let a coffee shop open that truly cares about their customers. Hell at this point Panera is the better choice. So disappointing after wanting a Starbucks closer to home for so long. I used to combine to corporate but realized it makes no difference so why bother. read more

It's really hit or miss with this Starbucks. Lately it's been more miss than hit. There's always a long line and most of the time the drinks are not up to par. It's the only one in this little town, so your forced to try your luck. read more

I LOVE Festus Starbucks! Its the taste of Starbucks that I love with the small town coffee shop vibe. For a couple of months I've been a regular simply because I'm a Starbucks lover but recently they've started to remember my order and me by name when I come inside. Today I was in a hurry and could only order my caramel macchiato through the app, when I got to the window the lady (whose name unfortunately escapes me.. she's usually morning drive-through) had asked if I wanted my (usual) water with it. I almost cried LOL. They always make THE BEST caramel macchiatos! I really don't have enough good to say about them. read more

I'm a Starbucks fan for life so I've been anxious for the Festus one to open. I'm very grateful it's finally here! Festus is coming up! My son and I have "Starbucks dates" weekly and we love the outdoor patio area and lounge seats. The inside is very clean and nice. I love the openness. We have ordered s'mores frap, mocha frappe, iced lattes, and the dragon fruit as of lately. The only things they need to work on is the drive through is ALWAYS packed and it's such a small space. 2) the wait is pretty long. We waited 20 min for two drinks. 3) they run out of certain foods that first week a lot. read more

Slowest drive thru I have ever been in. Going on 20 minutes and still haven't gotten to the window.

For Christ's sake get some employees in this location who can handle the business. People here have been desperate for a Starbucks and what we got is a complete sh*tshow. Every time I come in, the employees (with a couple exceptions) are unprofessional, the order takes forever, and the drinks are made with complete lack of regard for the recipe. I hate that there's no other decent coffee drive thru within 20 miles. Please retrain your employees or get new ones who won't reduce your profits. read more

Staff is rude, horrible service. wait is extremely long. Staff was playing around while customers were piling up. Ended up waiting 25 min for 2 PSL's. read more

This is by far the slowest Starbucks I've ever been to. I sat in drive through for 32 minutes before getting to the window. I was blocked in or I would have left. The service is bad, I recommend getting your coffee literally anywhere else. If you must have Starbucks it would be a shorter wait to just drive to the next town that has Starbucks. read more

Despite Siri telling me the nearest Starbucks to me 'only had a 2.5 rating, are you sure you want to go?' ... I had a fabulous experience today!
