The customer service at this location is terrible! When I come in to pick up an order, no one greets me. On multiple occasions, I have had 3-5 employees standing directly in front of me without saying hello, asking for the name on the order I am waiting for, nothing - no acknowledgement at all. When the order is ready, the do not say anything, they do not look at you, they just put the bag in front of you. Many times I have to ask them to please bag my order. This seems to be a huge burden for them. It isfrustrating to see my full order just sitting on the counter with no one putting it in a bag. read more

Absolutely the worst service I have ever had at a Starbucks. Started with getting ignored at the drive through speaker, so long that I finally had to just pull around to the window, where the cashier tried charging me for someone else's order. Upon being informed that he hadn't even taken my order, he just said "well what do you want" and then when I ordered a PSL he snapped NO PUMPKIN and glared at me. I have never had a good experience at this Starbucks. If you go inside, it takes a very long time to get your drink because they are more concerned about shoving orders out the window than they are about the customers inside... even if they placed their orders first. I placed a mobile order here that said it would take 5-7 minutes to receive. I sat inside for 25 minutes before I got my order. Today was the last straw for me. I ordered a grande white mocha in the drive thru. Once I took the lid off to stir the syrup, there was a good 2-3 ounces missing. That amount is generous, as I understand they need room for foam and whipped cream. Not planning to be back anytime soon... just another reason I will be supporting local coffee places. read more

Tired of hearing "oh were out of..." and then hearing can we make you something else? I ordered what I did because thats what I wanted. Since this location has opened without fail they run out of something, you would think by now they would hire someone that knew how to oder enough product. I LOVE Festus Starbucks! Its the taste of Starbucks that I love with the small town coffee shop vibe. For a couple of months I've been a regular simply because I'm a Starbucks lover but recently they've started to remember my order and me by name when I come inside. Today I was in a hurry and could only order my caramel macchiato through the app, when I got to the window the lady (whose name unfortunately escapes me.. she's usually morning drive-through) had asked if I wanted my (usual) water with it. My son and I have "Starbucks dates" weekly and we love the outdoor patio area and lounge seats. The inside is very clean and nice. I love the openness. We have ordered s'mores frap, mocha frappe, iced lattes, and the dragon fruit as of lately. The only things they need to work on is the drive through is ALWAYS packed and it's such a small space. 2) the wait is pretty long. For Christ's sake get some employees in this location who can handle the business. People here have been desperate for a Starbucks and what we got is a complete sh*tshow. Every time I come in, the employees (with a couple exceptions) are unprofessional, the order takes forever, and the drinks are made with complete lack of regard for the recipe. I hate that there's no other decent coffee drive thru within 20 miles. Please retrain your employees or get new ones who won't reduce your profits. read more
