Ive Always Loved Starbucks. After all, they've been around the longest. The one im not keen on is the one on University. Treeible set up. Parking lot not only has a line of cars waiting, but the ppl that went inside are blocked in by the cars. Extremely slow service. I still love the coffee! Also, I love the sandwiches and oatmeal ready to go in case you missed Breakfast. The scones r good also. During the holiday season, you need to try the cranberry Bliss bars. One of my faves. Actually anything you get there will be top notch. I voted it a 4 out of 5 due to Univ bcuz it's the most convenient. But plz do something abt parking and drive thru situation in that small lot. Went in to buy glass along with a gift card and an employee shouts to go through drive thru because they were short staffed..there were 4 to 5 employees..they all had to work drive thru?? I wasn't ordering drink/food so said I can't just pay here for this stuff? Yells again..blah blah blah..unreal..so incredibly rude..I will never step foot in there again..I have never left a review before but it's deserved at least for the 13th St West Fargo location..you lost a $40 purchase. read more

I have had 2 poor experiences in a row now at this location. Last week I went in the middle of the day and there were only 4 cars in line. I waited 18 minutes to get my drink. When I got up to the front, they asked me what I ordered and said "Um we will get that started now I guess." Today, I ordered a chai with pumpkin cold foam. I got to the window and was presented with a chai with pumpkin syrup (no cold foam). I wasn't upset because accidents do happen but brought it up that I had ordered a plain chai with the cold foam. The worker was rather rude and said he knows that what I ordered but he rung it up as a chai with pumpkin because it "tasted the same" and "saved money." He kept stressing that he was trying to help ME and it shouldn't be an issue. I took the drink without arguing anymore but was very upset at this experience. read more

The Moorhead, MN store has constantly shut off their mobile order-ahead option over the last 3 years. However, it's been shut off for good at all the Moorhead-Fargo stores for over 3 weeks. This is so irresponsible with COVID cases rising. Now you have lines of people, side-by-side in line trying to order and then over the capacity in the store waiting for drinks. Great experience at this Starbucks! Wonderful customer service. I really like the location and drive through at this Starbucks. One improvement that can be made: the drive through speaker is really quiet, it's super hard to hear, maybe the staff needs to speak louder or a new speaker needs to be installed? Anyways, drinks came out perfect and everything was very quick! I'll continue to keep coming back to this Starbucks! read more

They have nothing available. They didn't have anything we wanted - hazelnut, honey, medium roast coffee, lemon loaf bread, cake pops, etc. I think they could at least say on the menu that they are out of half of their items. read more

Great service... Friendly staff. Clean restaurant - nice place to sit and have a hot chocolate before my bay begins.

I ordered through the app, which was fine like normal the line is out the door and down the parking lot both directions so I use the app. I ran in with both my kids and while the lady was putting my drinks where they go I ask her if she wouldn't mind grabbing my kids a ice water. She told me I need to stand in line for a cup of ice water?!? Are you kidding me? Why even say anything take the 2 seconds to make a 4 year old happy! I will be driving across town or to a local spot for my coffee from now on. read more

My family and I have been going to this Starbucks location for about 5 years now. My daughter especially maybe every other day she's there. My wife and I had a really bad experience there tonight around 6pm. The crew working tonight seemed to have bad attitudes. We ordered 2 drinks one of which was made wrong. When we notified one of the employees that the drink was made wrong the person that made he drink got mad about it. I've been there when it's busy and it was not busy at all. So getting the drinks made right should not have been a problem. Also the person that was working the register was being very rude. A customer before my wife and I asked for a receipt. The customer I guess couldn't wait for it and the employee said out loud said "the fucking guy didn't wait for his receipt. I understand that we are human and we have bad days, but you should refrain from your comments especially when other customers are around. Starbucks is in the customer service industry. If you can't handle your job especially if it's not busy at all you should quit and find another job where you can stay in the back room and not associate with people. This is my "regular" Starbucks that I visit a couple of times a week, despite living 1.5 hours away. I love coming here because of the staff. There are always cheerful, fun, and carry on conversation beyond a standard welcome. The place is always clean and organized. Plenty of good seating. read more

This Starbucks has a terrible service. They ignored us for 5 minutes while setting up a sample tray. There were flies everywhere.

Just the kind of Starbucks I like to see. The floors were clean, the seating areas were tidy, and the staff was very helpful. The manager Erin stayed active in engaging the customers, and there was always someone behind the counter readily available to take orders. Pretty nice to have a covered drive-thru, and the quality of drinks is just as good as inside. I was also impressed with the selection of on-the-go lunch and snack items. The pastries were very fresh and the display was visually appealing. Lastly the atomosphere was inviting, a real snob-free kind of coffee shop where locals smile and actually greet you when you walk in. A+ read more

Been having Starbucks issues lately, and this one took the cake. Whoever thought this location would be a good one should be fired, or at least fire the person who designed the drive through! This is the worst design ever, the line for the drive through goes through the strip mall parking lot, causing major traffic issues - especially when icy or in rain. As a result I usually park farther away and walk in. Employees being customers seem to be abundant lately. I had one in front of me, I didn't pay attention to what she ordered, but it took a while and after ordering (or just talking with the cashier) she went behind the counter and into the back. My turn - the cashier seemed pretty neutral, not happy with her job, and it took her about a minute for her to struggle to get a lemon loaf out of it's bag. Her Droopy Dog "OMG I could be doing better things than working right now" went to a Cocker Spaniel "OMG my BFF" when the other off-duty employee showed up behind me, and they proceeded to chatter away. No harm, no foul since they were behind me and nobody else was waiting, but then the off duty person went from vapid conversation to going to the work area herself and making her own drink. This threw off the baristas, and she had to explain to everyone that was hers, sowing a bit of confusion and resulted in her drink made before ours and ours being delayed a few minutes. Kind of like a cook going in a restaurant to use the kitchen to make their own dinner. We then had to collar the cashier again to put out half and half. The coffee wasn't bad, but they did not have the bagged coffee we wanted. If I am in that area I will go to the Caribou Coffee from now on. read more

I ordinarily shy away from big chain coffee stores but for some reason, I felt drawn to check out the starbucks in this strip mall, and I'm glad I did. Everyone there was in the holiday spirit, making jokes, and creating an exciting and welcoming atmosphere. I love this Starbucks!! There is a woman with red hair who frequently works the drive through that always makes my day!! I just saw her yesterday and told her I had a caffeine headache so she bought me an extra shot of espresso for my latte! I couldn't believe it! Although she's never bought me anything before, she is always so nice and curious about my day! No matter what I say, she can relate. It makes going to Starbuck's a real treat....
