Enjoying a small cup this morning. Really like the "not so hot" option choice, Perfect temp! Great sugar free options as well. The options seem endless

Love the Berry White Mocha! This location is a bit rundown looking and the gal at the window seemed annoyed when I asked her how many shots in a large... but that's okay, I got my Berry White Mocha, quadruple shot!

Like their shakes and caramel coffee; also tried a pastry as it was morning and that went down well too. Liked it.

So I just randomly picked the one that had the most people sitting around. It seemed like a popular spot, so I decided to try it out. When I walked in, there was a really cool/hip vibe. There was ample seating with lots of young people sitting & chatting, some were on their computers. When I looked at the menu, I was immediately drawn to their Brown Sugar Latte. This was something that looked pretty unique to this spot. So, I ordered right away. When I got my iced coffee and took my first sip, I loved it. The Brown Sugar Latte had the perfect amount of sugar/milk/coffee combo (in my opinion). I tend to like my coffees with milk and sugar, so this really hit the spot for me. There was no need to add anything extra - it was great the way it was. You can really taste the brown sugar flavor, which was an extra thumbs up. It was perfectly iced for my walk out into the heat. The cashier was also really friendly. Nothing but great things to say about my first visit.

Madness congeals in this place…read more I encountered a stranger, here, who may have been on the run from the law. Earlier that night, in a moment of telestic rage, he had thrown a violin over the counter of a nearby bar, causing significant damage to its glasswares. When pressed about what had possessed him to do this, he laughed, and explained that it had been an act of performance art. He then described to me the geometry of the universe, and how it related to progressive metal as a genre. As he did so, the depth of his pupils extended beyond the breadth of his skull. Years later, I spotted him again, in Ax-Man Surplus in St. Paul. Despite the brevity of our previous encounter, I could never forget his face. He did not remember this particular incident, but confessed that it sounded like something he would have done at that point in his life. He was one of many. There, I played chess with a trembling folk musician who begged me for game after game to take his mind off "something terrible he had just done." I spoke with an oracle whose mind trailed behind her tongue as she told me that I had been abandoned by fate. I wrote a novel alongside a former lucid dreamer, who had been barred from his capabilities after violating the laws of unconsciousness. The service here is good, but coffee shops are not defined by the quality of their beans, or the particular skills of their baristas- while these play a role in our pleasures, they are by no means paramount. They are instead spaces where we demand to be disconnected and productive, until happenstance convinces us otherwise. Alongside espresso, we purchase challenges to our own presence, inviting an ambient reality to transform solitude into something else. This place will accept your invitation. It will seep through the sagittal fissure of your skull, then drip downward like candle wax until it coalesces in your solar plexus. All excess sanity will be dissolved, leaving behind only what you need.

Stunning! I first checked out Nichole's merchant which is the side shop selling cards, baking…read moreproducts, kitchen utensils, tote bags including a small meat and cheese deli. The space was clean and the staff were attentive. I then made my way over to the bakery and restaurant side. The signs make it very clear to understand the breakouts. If you are ordering pastries and coffee you will be on one side, whereas, if you are looking to order off the menu with full service, you will be on the bar side. Nichole's is a well oiled machine. The setup is easy to navigate and the concept is unique. Blending pastries, coffee, cakes, cooking products, wine, breakfast, lunch and dinner into one space is magnificent. I loved my intimate dine in session ordering the avocado toast on sourdough bread with an over hard egg and an orange hot tea. It was the perfect blend and was the best avocado toast I ever had. My belly was far too full after brunch so I went to the bakery side after and bought a chocolate raspberry muffin (also the best muffin I've ever had), chocolate chip cookies (darn near ate them all in one setting) and poppyseed thumbprint cookies with a raspberry filling (jaw dropping). There are so many more products to taste and see so I highly recommend a visit. I totally look forward to my return in August so I can dabble more with pastries and get into the espresso world too. Thank you, Nichole's!! Glorious all around. Bravo!

I was terrified of the asparagus and mushroom galette because I don't like mushrooms but whatever sauce is in this thing is utterly amazing! I'd eat it off a flip flop. Also got the big pecan sticky bun as he had on the show. Omg yumminess. My only regret is that I didn't get more for the road back to my home state. Staff were super friendly and all smiling, they appear to love their jobs which is nice to see. The smell in here.....
