I paid 8.37 I believe, it came with absolutely no ice and lukewarm. Nastiest stuff I've ever had . I took 3 sips , had no time to go back , and refused to touch it again. I am sorry but if you don't have cold decaf coffee don't suggest a shot of espresso that you water down . I won't be back. But the girls were polite.

We walked in and loved to see the plants and the genuine decoration in the place. The woman who took our order was nice and patient. We asked for light ice and were given that. I ordered a dirty chai and YES! Has a great chai flavor and overall lovely balance between sweet and spice. Danny got an Americano which he says is really good and smooth. We even got to draw flowers while waiting for our coffee. It was quick and a great stop for us on our journey. Only comment is we got a sleeve on our cup that was unneeded because we both got iced coffees. We like to reduce waste!! Thanks so much!!!

They even have frozen chai and infused redbull drinks you can add fruity flavors to. In addition to the drinks, they also have a small breakfast menu. I instead went with the barista's recommendation of an iced oat milk latte. My sister got a brown sugar cinnamon blended frappe. Both drinks tasted great! I'll have to try one of the breakfast options the next time I stop through Effingham. There is also another location in Teutopolis. Drink coffee? Support local!

I proceeded to the counter and the young lady behind the counter began filling the order. She started to put a regular glazed in the bag and I politely corrected her. She looked at me like she didn't understand so I told her again that it was supposed to be a chocolate glazed, not a glazed. She corrected the order and flopped the bag on the counter in front of me, then proceeded to slammed the coffee in front of me as well, then walked away rudely. There was no positive expression, no apology (not that one was necessary), no "have a nice day" or "please come back", just bad attitude. On a positive note, the coffee and donuts were really good. I guess slammed coffee and donuts are the best. LOL Coffee and donuts were a five star, customer service was a one star so I gave three stars.
