After placing my order at the kiosk I went to the counter. I ordered two donuts (chocolate glazed and double chocolate) and a cup of coffee. I proceeded to the counter and the young lady behind the counter began filling the order. She started to put a regular glazed in the bag and I politely corrected her. She looked at me like she didn't understand so I told her again that it was supposed to be a chocolate glazed, not a glazed. She corrected the order and flopped the bag on the counter in front of me, then proceeded to slammed the coffee in front of me as well, then walked away rudely. There was no positive expression, no apology (not that one was necessary), no "have a nice day" or "please come back", just bad attitude. On a positive note, the coffee and donuts were really good. I guess slammed coffee and donuts are the best. LOL Coffee and donuts were a five star, customer service was a one star so I gave three stars. read more

I was driving through Effingham early in the morning and just desperately needed somewhere to stop for a quick breakfast. First, this isn't a stand alone Dunkin. It is part of a gas station and is in a mini food court along with a pizza place and a Popeyes (I think). I guess that is convenient, but the end result is terrible. There is a shared area between the restaurants and it was a mess. It was just not dirty and unappealing. I just got a terrible vibe from the place and headed out. I don't know if the service was good or not, although a ton of the other reviews complain about it. I'm glad I moved on down the road to a nearby McDonalds for a quick breakfast on the go. read more

This was one of the few restaurants open for Thanksgiving, so while on our way to Indy, we stopped here to eat. My kids liked their grilled cheese, but the avocado toast with bacon was not nearly filling enough for $5. It tasted fine -- about what you'd expect from Dunkin' -- but it really was puny. To drink, I got the sweet cream cold brew, which was tasty. Overall, this visit was the definition of average. read more

Feeding 4 kids while on the road is hard but this Dunkin made our day! Literally the softest Dunkin' Donuts we've ever had. They were fast, accurate, and nice. It is part of a gas station so I don't believe there was a drive thru but I could be mistaken. Would definitely stop again! read more

The worst dunkin doughnuts I've had the displeasure of ever visiting. No kolaches & acted like they didn't know what they were. Then wanted to (over)charge me for 3 double shots of espresso. 10,00!?!? Should be half that, like it is at EVERY OTHER DUNKIN DOUGHNUTS IVE EVER BEEN TOO. I ordered three (3) coffees this morning and not one of them was made correctly. Our host name was Kody. Kody needs additional training and she needs to understand what "black" coffee is and what "no, I don't want any cream" means. Also, I don't think she knows what Splenda is, since I received all coffees with sugar...lots of sugar. So, sadly I spent ~$10 on coffee that went down the drain. The chai was good. Took a very long time for them to make. The donut at 6am should be fresh. It was stale. The cashier, young man, very nice. Shift leader acted like he didn't want to be there. Totally ignored customers. I'm use to businesses greeting customers- exchanging pleasantries. Most of the employees looked like they just woke up. I'm giving a 3 for the cashier and also the young lady who made the chai. A 1 for the management? people due to the way they hid and looked bored I believe there were 3 of them. 1 for the donut. So I'll average it to a 2. Getting out of that location with the semis stopping at the light there involved another long wait. Won't be back read more

This is one of the worst Dunkin Donuts I've been to. My whole meal was terrible. My coffee I had to take back inside because it wasn't made right and still wasn't made right. I stop here when I am traveling from southern IL to Chicago and vice versa. I have not had a complaint in the past 2 years that I have been getting my coffee there. Once in a while i will grab a donut or breakfast sandwich, and it's always delicious. I am glad there is a decent Dunkin to stop at in the middle of my 320 mile trip that I take about 2 times a month. read more

I would not recommend this Dunkin Donuts. Every time I go, they mess it up. The only person who ever got my order right was a girl named Jade! But I have not seen her in a while. Don't get me wrong, the drinks and donuts here are really good, when made CORRECTLY. I work into the early morning and often get off work between 2:00am - 3:00am. I've had good service here and I've had terrible service here. (At this point, more bad than good) Seems a lot of people on this shift haven't been properly trained to make the drinks. Tonight I was in there hoping to get a nice mocha coolatta, and no one even came to the desk to take my order. I know someone was there, because I could hear their loud music playing from the moment I stepped through the door. I stood around for five minutes hoping to see someone so I could get their attention, but finally gave up and left! You need to put a bell or something on the counter for customers, not that it would do any good with music blaring in the back room. read more
