I hesitate to recommend this place because the customer area is so unclean. I don't mean untidy --…read moreit actually was fairly tidy with napkins, etc. straightened and in their places. But the entire floor and the walls along the bottom were filthy. I ordered my food and the two women behind the counter were very friendly and helpful. The food tasted delicious, as we ate it on our car ride home. But the grime on the floor was very bad. Have you used a public restroom lately? It's definitely as bad as one in a busy shopping area. If the customer area looks like this, what does the kitchen look like?

Literally said "what do you want?" And then "what else" after everything I said. I've been going here 20ish years and they just don't care anymore. They know you're coming, they got you hooked on their coffee, thy don't need to smile or care about you at all anymore

They have the best Iced White Mocha latte to date but also so many different coffee concoctions to choose from it's like being in a candy store lol Originally ordered a sausage egg and cheese with LOT and avocado They seem to have forgotten the sausage which is fine cause without the sandwich was quite filling and they were pretty busy so I can't blame them cause I've been there . It also worked out cause I was super full by the end anyways so other than that definitely would rate it 10/10 again only 4 stars cause they forgot the sausage

It was fresh peanut butter jelly cookie, which is in the picture. We're just sitting here waiting for my car out the garage across the street within walking distance like a block so it worked out really perfect. the service has always exceptional. They have like eight people behind the counter between making sandwiches and making pick up orders and foam orders and drive-through and customer services the front register so no one ever has to wait more than the time it takes you to put in your order and walk to the next window and pick it up everybody's fast the fisher right on top of things everything is freshly made every day. They have more than one location. I believe it's made in the house. It's quiet as this one is the only ones in the restaurant, but there's a lot of traffic and drive to traffic coming in and out, but still move very efficient. It's clean. It looks like it has just been taken care of. They're using a couch. Everything is perfect this morning. I always like coming here because everyone is friendly. Also, they carry the company kneed donuts out of Providence. It's an all organic gluten-free donut shop. Plus, they opened up super early at 6 AM.

But you either love it or not , I love it. I love the selection in this store , my favorites: mango , passion fruit , red guava and strawberry. They also have ice cream here but I'm not a fan of ice cream. Every time I come here the working crew is always so sweet and attentive. They work fast and keep me happy always. I have never had a problem here. They also have other selections if you don't want a slush like drink. You have to check it out for yourself to understand my love for this place. Check it out ! Enjoy it like I do.

The reason for a few stars knocked off isn't at all because of flavor, choices available or toppings- all are great. It's because of 2 things. First and foremost, the place is beat to s***. There are cracks on the tables, benches, scuffs on chairs, stains on the walls... eek. Secondly, they had one froyo machine broken and no inner dividers for the giant cups (so you can try multiple flavors) like you can at Kiwi Burst, etc.

I have been coming here since Kimochi had opened this location and I'm always pleased with my…read morebubble tea!! First of all, before Kimochi, I would've had to travel to Providence or another city for boba and deal with terrible parking situations and all that unfortunate jazz. But now I can get boba that's right down the street, and where there's street parking galore! I usually opt for a milk tea with tapioca pearls, 75% sugar. I like sweet, but they are quite heavy with the sweetness so I like to tone it down just a tad. I'm a sucker for their brown sugar milk tea, but their Thai iced tea and taro flavors are good too. I was in recently and they had a strawberry banana flavor that sounded delicious but the call of the brown sugar milk tea was too strong. Next time perhaps! The tapioca pearls themselves are great. I've had some bad ones before, but never here. They are the perfect texture and they taste great. They're also usually a little warm which I love! So fresh. The cheese foam is good too if you're feeling adventurous. I follow them on instagram and they always have special festive drinks that lure me in as well, so there's always something new to try! I feel like every time I come here, the decor changes a little. What was once one of those grassy, photo op walls that you see in every trendy place is an interesting Pikachu-inspired mural. They also sell shirts, little trinkets, and stuffed animals as well. I've seen them do promotions with other companies that have also drawn me inside... such as when they were selling mochi cupcakes from a place in Boston (I did not like these) or mochi donuts (love these) before they opened Pinku next door.

The line goes really fast. Doesn't matter how many people I got mine. This one was five people had me. I don't even think I was seven minutes in line waiting to get all the orders and they get my stuff and they could sit and relax while I wait to go to another appointment in a few minutes. The cream cheese is freshly made in house for all the time. I got a really good cinnamon crunch bagel with a bacon, horseradish cream cheese, which is like my favorite combo. It was delicious lots of bacon in the cream cheese and just a touch of spice from the horseradish was really good. Brought the hubby home a garlic bagel, which is his favorite. He'll have that for breakfast tomorrow. I like it. It's always quiet even when there's a lot of customers here. I'm in this morning. It was only like eight of us in the dining room and the only person making noise was a little child at this table over playing with a toy other than that was quiet and the walls are nice and clean the pictures. Look really refreshing and delicious. Just an amazing experience love coming here. Little tiny shop on route one in a strip mall with only a hairdresser next-door, but lots of parking.
