Today i went to go get a drink because I was dying from thrist at the dog park and since it's close i decided to go. I was in the drive thru for 10 minutes and there was only one car. I didn't realize how long I was in the drive thru because I was chatting with a friend. I then realized there was a line of atleast 5 cars behind me. I rolled the windows down to see what was going on and the person infront of me in a red kia was just chatting away with the drive thru worker, laughing and holding the line up. So i beeped at them to please hurry since I had two dogs in my car (they get motion sickness from being in the car too long) and was holding up a line of about 4 cars. The car infront (the red kia) who was giving me the impression they were friends with someone who worked at the starbucks started calling me slurs telling me I was this and that, and that they could hold up the line the whole day if they wanted to just because I beeped and asked to please hurry since it had been more than 10 minutes waiting in line. If you want to chat with a friend please do it inside but don't hold up the line so you guys can talk. Totally disrespectful and rude. The worker kept apologizing to me and on top of that got my order wrong twice. Honestly such a bad experience never coming here again. read more

1. Super friendly staff ( not the issue) 2. Menu items always missing (management please fix) this was my go to place. Third time that I stop by and there are menu items missing (at various times of the day). This seams to be just poor planning. 3. Couldn't get a reduced fat turkey sandwich, or any sandwich less than 500 calories 4. No cold brew nitro, yet half of the Miami stores do 5. No real kids (under 3) menu options, and discontinued strawberry / banana smoothies 5. Very ashamed to say, but went next door to McDonald's for breakfast. Great Starbucks! They also carry reserve coffees which is a collection of Starbucks' best and most exotic coffees. Not many stores in Miami carry this so make sure to go to them when you want a delicious cup of joe. read more

Love this place! My wife and I have been clients since it opened.we're usually there approx 4-5 times a week. The crew is great!! They go out of their way to make you welcomed. So....... Why would you have the HUGE turnout in staff that they are having from approx 3 months ago...??? When you see so many new faces, everyday, what's going on? We had the same people here forever and now they're all gone..?!?!?! I swung by this location's drive-thru to pick up some iced coffees. The wait for the coffee was unbelievable long because the person in the car in front of me kept sending back his order. I was a bit annoyed by the time I reached the window, but the barista immediately apologized and gave me one of my coffees on the house because of the delay. That was so nice of her, and to top it off the coffees were made really well! read more

Anyways this is my favorite Starbucks of the three here in Doral (brownie points because of the drive thru) anyways the coffee always comes out at that perfect temperate that even when you get to work it's gonna be hot! So excited for this Starbucks to open so close to the turnpike/Doral. It's nice and the drive-thru is a big bonus for the times when I'm in a rush or in my pjs looking for a caffeine fix. The outdoor patio is nice (when the weather is). And the inside has more plugs than Panera for sure so it makes this an ideal study spot. The people who work here are usually nice and are willing to make suggestions when you're looking for something new to try or something specific like "something sweet but will get me through an all nighter" which was a Chai Tea with shots of expresso, in case you were wondering. :P Overall, the convenient and new location make it a place to stop by if you're in the area looking for a good Starbucks. read more

Don't get me wrong, I love Starbucks. However, this location ALWAYS gets my order wrong. Whether it's the choice of milk, if the beverage was iced or hot, etc. I always specify my order and ask for them to repeat it back and it is always okay. I went today with my boyfriend before class and both of our orders were incorrect and the barista who was taking care of us was rude. I do understand this location is a drive thru, but maybe they should worry more about quality rather than quickness. read more

At first, I was struggling with them getting my order correct. I cannot have carbs and every time something would be incorrect when it came to making my coffee the way I needed it to be. I went back to discuss it with someone because I work right across the street and want to be able to go there and count on the fact that my drink is correct. Tesla was able to help me and I walked in today- didn't have to say a word and she made my drink quickly and handed it to me! I have been to many Starbucks in my lifetime, and they all seem to not do so bad in making your drinks at a great pace, but this is the only Starbucks that seem not to get it right. I come to this Starbucks every day almost twice a day to get my fix for work and it always seems as if they want to get the drink I order wrong on purpose, I almost feel like they are out to get me, I'm friendly to them and the people seem like they are good people, but for some reason this has been the worst Starbucks I have ever been too, they mess up on the drinks way too many times. There was even one time where the lid of my drink smelled like wet dog, it was disgusting. I really want to give these guys a fair review, like the inside of it is nice and clean, but everyone comes to Starbucks for the drinks and the drinks are either wrong or just plain bad. I just want to say before anyone takes this review the wrong way, they are great people, they are friendly, just my drinks are not up to par, there is no care put into the drinks, quantity over quality every time, and I don't think that is the Starbucks motto. *EDIT* So after a few weeks of my review I decided to go back here and so far the drinks have been great! Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. The cashier in the drive thru forgot to give us our debt card back. We had to drive all the way back form our home in Homestead to get it. The manager just handed us the card with no apologies, he could of at least offered us a free beverage for the inconvenience. read more

This place is above average in all Starbucks locations. One thing I'd suggest to improve is the room temperature - it feels like Alaska!

This Starbucks is conveniently located on my way to work. I've been coming to this Starbucks for about 3 or 4 months and order the same thing each time, however every time I would come in the order was always wrong. Just as I was about to give up on this location and go back to the usual Café Con Leche at a local bakery for half the price of a Grande Caramel Macchiato NO FOAM and light drizzle, barista Justin nailed my order. Not only did he get it on point, he didn't give me attitude or crap about the no foam request. He now knows my name and my order and never messes up. Trust me their is a reasoning behind the no foam madness, half the time I end up with half a cup of foam and half a cup of milk so the pumps of caramel are too much for such little amount of milk. Also, the people at this location (aside from Justin) look like they are miserable and you can stand at the pick up station for 10 minutes without ANYONE asking you if I've been helped or if you're there to pick up an order. Also, good luck trying to get someone's attention by the pick up station. They all live in their own little world, not a smile on their faces and don't even waste your time if your drink is incorrect they will just look at you like you are stupid and tell you "well that's what you ordered".
