This Starbucks is a little bit off my usual path, but I always enjoy my visits when I do stop in. The location can be a bit tricky, depending on the direction from which you're approaching. The store is free-standing, facing Colorado Boulevard, but is surrounded by office buildings which, in turn, sit on the west side of the parking lot for a lifestyle center that includes PetSmart, Dick's Sporting Goods, and Target. The connections between the different parking lots are limited and the rather large Starbucks only has 15 spaces (two handicapped) in its little lot. Getting to the right spot from the shopping center side can be confusing. There's a drive-thru that wraps around the Starbucks building and many patrons use this. Entrance to the store is through the back, from the parking lot. There's a very large, shaded patio with a mixture of seating types. The interior has a big, communial table plus a variety of individual seating. The store lends itself to quiet work. The store has been well-stocked and clean on my visits. The staff is friendly and efficient, handling a large volume of drive-thru, counter, and app orders seamlessly. This is a nice, well-managed location and a great place to take an afternoon break. read more

This Starbucks is on the Boulevard near the Glendale Target! It is a pretty good store that offers all the usual Starbucks menu items and merch. It also has a big patio and a drive through. The drive through was busy over my entire visit. I used to work across the street for the government, but would go to Dazbog more since it was in the building and my breaks were tight. Generally, when I visit Starbucks I go inside the store so I really get to see how efficient different stores are. The barista's are friendly at this store and I have never had a complaint. They were jamming back there. They even kept the seating and trash cans part of their rotation. My Barista, Haley, also talked with me about the new rewards program. Not a fan of the chairs with no backs, but I guess it keeps people from squatting. I may have been there an hour but my back was feeling it but not as much the back of the chair but the thin old cushion. They do have lower back chairs in another area. :) I needed to sign in with a name and email to use the internet. It automatically installs recognition to your device for next time but I did not want that on my work computer. Now that the new tier rewards program will go live on March 10th maybe I can login with my Starbucks membership. Hope I don't get double emails now. :D read more

Coffee and food is good as always, the staff was friendly ...but I showed up at 7:00 am and there was only one other patron in the store and all the tables and floors were filthy. Even the counter where they put food for pick up was dusty and gross. Total turn off when every table top is covered in old food crumbs. Bonus was they were playing Taylor Swift all morning, yay!!! read more

Likely my favorite Starbucks! Staff is really friendly and polite. They always make my drink correctly! Sometimes, the drink is better, buts it's never horrible go the point I would send it back. There are always people sitting up front as well with dogs which makes the visit even more pleasant. I think I've come here like 200+ times and I'll continue to! read more

Talk about friendly! This new Starbucks is just what the neighborhood needs! Right off of Colorado Blvd, next to Wells, Fargo, Chick-Fil-A, and Target! This location is perfect! They just recently opened the the staff is so friendly! I didn't even walk in the building and the manager held the door open for me! The cashier asked me how my day was going and I felt like it was a genuine conversation! Starbucks is a franchise so of course the food and beverage I got was delicious! I got a grande hot chocolate with three vanilla bean scones! The layout of the building is very open! They even have a little nook (side room) where you can go and work. They also have a drive thru! This Starbucks is about as bad as it gets... I'm a coffee drinker and an Americano drinker so I don't add cream and sugar to my coffee's... Which leaves me just with coffee and I must say every time I get either an Americano or a coffee here they are overly bitter and not made right. They need to have a Starbucks technician come in and fix this problem, which has been present for the last six months. I have always had good experiences at this location and will bypass other locations to go to this one. I never leave a review if it's negative, but holy moly the barista named Ari might be the rudest individual I've ever encountered in a customer facing position. Some may say 'you been to one Starbucks, you been to them all'. I would debate this. There are great Starbucks and then there are average Starbucks. What makes a great one? Knowing your Baristas! The way they remember your drink preference (no water, no foam). The way they remember your name or the last time they saw you. Kind of like the show 'Cheers', where everyone knows your name. Maybe I am showing my age, or maybe it is the whole 2020 pandemic global phenomena; but I get nostalgic about the past and fond memories. I like being remembered, I like friendly faces. Who doesn't??? I like going through drive-thru and they saying 'hey Heather, how's your day going?' It truly makes a difference! A big shout-out to Robert for transferring from the Starbucks down the street at Barnes and Noble to this location. I am sure they need you and this drive-thru is much busier too! Maybe one day we will get back to going inside and visiting, like times in the past. Until then, let's see it as a Cheers episode: "Taking a break from all your worries sure would help a lot. I left a mani/pedi across the street and saw this place was open. So I did a skirrrrt into the turning lane. They had a really long line for drive thru as seems to be the normal these days BUT they were really fast. I ordered an Almond milk iced Chai and a Chicken Bacon Panini. Rudest Starbucks I've been to in Denver and that's saying something since customer service seems to be a lost art this high above sea level. I go to Starbucks every day for a cold brew and a refill and this is the first I've ever been denied a refill, grilled for the location I drank the first order at and unapologetically turned away. The employees at my regular shop in Toluca Lake would shake their heads in shame, and even the manager Jeremy has previously refilled my drink at this same location several times in the last week. Minor last note: ordered ahead on the app so I could swing in on my way into work, yet they waited until I arrived to make the drink, defeating the purpose. read more

Acting manager, Taylor (refused to give last name) reported me to the police for a speech impediment and for struggling with Apple Pay, which I have never used before. Not do those two factors enough to call the criticism time of our Police force? ABSOLUTELY NOT. To be clear I was not arrested nor detained. Taylor had now forced me into a position where i have to spend $40 on uber; not mention the overr-priced food delivery services that I will now be forced to use instead of getting my groceries from the nearby target, just yard away. Oh and an FYI I blew a .000, haven't had a drink in weeks but one of the officers claimed he smelled alcohol on my breath. Long story short, NEVER AND I MEAN MEVER attend this Starbucks location. Unbelievable. Truly unbelievable. And if you see Taylor be sure to remind her of her mistakes until the $40 and another $25 is reimbursed to me given I'm a full time college student and money is tight. read more

Worker was very rude. We were visiting Denver. My husband was waiting for me to exit the restroom. The worker said, "are you going to order something or not?" My husband said, "I'm waiting for my wife. Do you have any Colorado mugs?" She said, "Do you see it out there? What you there is what I got." My husband was shocked and displeased, he said, "well, thank you for letting us use the restrooms" and once I exited the restrooms we both exited the Starbucks. I've been coming to this store for about 9 months. I had to leave "my store" because we moved. I was nervous about changing locations because the other store was great, they knew my name, my order, chatted - it was like family! I usually go in the morning and this store is pretty busy but I am always greeted when I walk in, they've gotten to know me and my order, and when they have time, they'll chat. Anytime I go into the store the employees are very friendly. The drive through is crazy but they seem to handle it pretty well. They look like they get along with each other other and like their jobs, which can't be easy these days. The store is always clean and I feel they have everyone's safety in mind. This is the friendliest Starbucks in Denver that I've been to since moving here! Genuine people who have legit conversations and actually care. Being new here, I can appreciate it for sure. The staff took time to ask how I was doing and even what I was doing for the weekend. So if you want happy staff then this is the place to go. Plus the seating options inside are really warm and functional all at the same time. Today I changed it up and just got a venti peach green tea with one Splenda. But I was able to order fast and efficiently without any problems. My wife was with me and ordered a venti iced water. She is not too into teas and coffee but it's nice to know she can order the water and not feel horrible about it. I hope to spend more time at this Starbucks and even maybe visit to get some work done or have a nice meeting. It's also in a very convenient location and like two minutes from my condo!! Went to this Starbucks for the first time today because I had accidentally ordered my mobile order to this location. Let me tell you, I will never come back to this location again. There was no issues until the manager had came out and started to question everything I was saying. She was very rude, acted like I was lying to her, and looked at me like I was stupid. She insisted that I show her my phone and proof of all my history. The workers were very nice and I had no issues until the manager herself came out. This Starbucks is brand new but it's already my new favorite location. Everyone I've been through the drive through i she been blown away by the warmth and attentiveness of the staff. Yesterday my boyfriend and I decided to camp out and do some schoolwork there and neither the great interior nor the excellent baristas disappointed. In particular, Cheyenne, was exceptionally kind, friendly, and generous. There was a slight situation while were there which required police presence and she comped each of us drinks--which was totally unnecessary but extremely thoughtful. My husband and I go to Starbucks everyday, normally to one closer to our house. I was out doing errands so I decided to stop at this Starbucks. My husband has terminal cancer, so I always like to get him coffee just the way he likes it and he's told me how to order it. I ordered that today and I was told I was ordering the wrong drink, The clerk changed my drink to one that was more expensive, I did question it, because I order the same thing every day. She then basically threw my drinks at me when I came to the window. When I came to the window, one of the drinks was not what I ordered and I questioned it again and she assured me that it was. I've since gotten home and it is not the correct drink. Beware the girl with the purple hair, she has an attitude and it's not a good one. We will stick to the store near our house as the staff is very friendly and has told us to order the drink in the manner that we do. read more
