This is my favorite Starbucks in the area. During the mornings if you go inside the line can get pretty hectic as they are dealing with drive thru orders and mobile orders as well. This location is always clean and everyone is so friendly. It's nice to come in here to get work done as the music is nice and quiet. This is definitely my go to place for a pick-me-up! We pulled around because we were fed up and look at the window no car is there. Screen on but no note saying if they are closed which clearly they were. At 1 o clock PM. I've been in here a few times over the past few weeks. They have a lot of new people but they are all friendly and the service has been great! In the event that you have to wait more than a minute or two for your order they find a way to fix the issue. 1 star I have been to this location 3 times. 3 strikes and you're out! Every time I have ordered I've waited over 20 mins to get my coffee (mind you I don't even order hot coffee). I have witnessed multiple people receiving their drinks incorrectly. I see employees running back and forth to the back room for supplies all the time AND have attitudes with costumers. Today it took 25 mins for my cold brew coffee and sweet bread. The drive through is just as bad with wait time. I've never written a review on yelp before & this interaction prompted me to because I've never been spoken to in such a patronizing manner. This Starbucks is literally 2 minutes from my house which is dangerous and amazing all in one. I usually go through the drive-thru on my way to work. I always get great service but today was worthy of writing a review. Yesterday I ordered a few menu items and a coffee. I realized after I got to work I was missing a protein box. I called and I wish I remembered the girls name, she was such a doll. I explained my situation and she took my info and told me she will let her manager Sabrina know what happened. I used to come to Starbucks AT LEAST 2 times a week since I'm a high tier rewards member, but in recent months I've been staying away because my requests aren't being met. I order almost all of my drinks with light ice and recently I've been receiving the ENTIRE cup filled with ice to the TOP. I end up getting barely 2oz of drink when I pay for a 12 oz drink. After this occurred a few times I called the the store and asked to speak to the manager and they were extremely rude... at least the baristas are nice. So, it's not your pissy fault young lady, but Starbuck's fault for blending mint into green tea and not telling consumers. And believe me, I know green tea. I have had tons of it, dried leaves and brewed, both here in US and in China, from Souzhou hotels to Beijing's famous Tea Houses. So, Corporate Starbucks, do us all a favor and describe your products accurately so we can decide if we want your overpriced crap before we step into the store! I have to say that I absolutely love visiting this location a lot more than others. The workers are friendly and they care and I'm always greeted with a smile. Plenty of space so I don't have to wait or fight for a seat, the patio is nice and big too. Every since this store has moved from its previous location, to the new drive-thru location which you'll be waiting in no less than 15 minutes, and the few times I come into the store my drink was made wrong o don't know if there is some sort of miscommunication with the person up front to the person making the drinks, or they just don't know what they were doing, the person who was apparently the store manager (or so her apron said) made my drink wrong not once not twice but THREE TIMES!! And my wife's frappe was extremely chunky and just tasted like crushed iced and sugar she had to throw out her drink :/ too! So lets discuss my neighborhood Starbucks. I honestly lovED this Starbucks. But today I had an unfortunate event happen that has led me to leave this review. I was going through my normal morning routine and stopped by this location, which I do EVERYDAY, to pick up my tea and a breakfast sandwich for a co-worker. I was the only person in line and after I paid using my Starbucks app I, like an idiot, left my wallet behind on the counter. Now this counter is not crowded with items or anything so the wallet would be in plain view of the cashier or even the person behind me which there was not at this time. I didn't realize I left my wallet until around 11am when I was getting ready to order lunch. I rushed over across the street to the Starbucks and the cashier said "Oh yes! Someone had put it in the back." I was in relief because I was already stressing the idea of having to call my banks and credit card providers to stop my cards and send me news ones let alone the dreadful lines at the dmv for a new license. So after about 5 minutes another lady walks out and hands me my wallet. I go sit in my car and open it and of course, how these stories normally end, the $490 my little sister just gave me for rent is missing out of my wallet. So now, I walk back in nicely and speak to the lady and ask her if she can please look at the cameras to see if we can see who took the money. If it was a customer, fine it is what it is I will probably never run into that person again unless I stalk this location daily. But if it was an employee I would want it to be handled accordingly. Her response to me was "Call corporate". I asked if she had access to the cameras and she said no and proceeded to tell me if she calls corporate it would take a few days if not at least a week for them to get back to her. ARE YOU SERIOUS?!!? Yea! I messed up. I was an idiot and forgot my wallet. But the likelihood is the money was taken by an employee especially that it took the girl 5 minutes, I kid you not, 5 MINUTES for her to get my wallet and bring it out to me. So.. thank you to the person who left me my credit cards and license so I wouldn't have to go through the hassle of calling to have them I replaced.
