This Starbucks is located in the airport. Service was mediocre and the line was horrific. Staff seems numb and unaware of how to maintain good customer service. The booth is cute and there's still plenty of merch which is nice. We got 2 drinks which cost almost $20 and of course it's because it's higher prices at the airport which were don't mind paying but both coffees were watered down so much. We didn't even finish our drinks. We added additional espresso shots that were charged for but weren't able to taste. Unfortunately, this sucks. Airport coffee needs to taste good, especially with those hefty over priced coffees. read more

Need a quick jolt before your flight? (Or maybe afterwards?) Then this Starbucks is a great place to get it & get it fast. I was able to get through security, order my drinks via the app, and they were ready to go by the time I got to the location. I'm sure when the terminal is more busy (we were there around 7am on a Tuesday) it might take longer, but even with a decent line they were doing a great job of churning things out and getting travelers on their way. I will say, however, there is also another location on the other wing of the terminal so just make sure if you do go to the right location if you use the app. Last thing you'd want is to be in a rush and go to the wrong side & have to backtrack. Drinks are a tad higher than at a non airport location but nothing insane. At least not what we ordered. My usual tea is less than $4 and was $4.90 at this location. You'll never find a drink or piece of food in a terminal that's the same as street pricing, but I just wanted to call that out. read more

What an awful experience. I asked for half a pump of pumpkin in my shaken espresso, they put 5. I asked if they can remake it because 5 is way more than half a pump. Then they dump the drink added oat milk no pumpkin and 1 shot of espresso not 3. It was just oatmilk. We ended up throwing it away... read more

One of the slowest SB kiosks I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with, and the staff are very rude. I get it that they're very busy, but they need more than ONE person making drinks. I waited 35 minutes to finally get my two drinks . Some how, there was an evil voodoo spell over this kiosk, where one drink would be made but the second one took over 20 minutes to make. I must have ordered them 20 minutes apart and forgot that I did. read more

Food was ok... ordered two Turkey bacon breakfast sandwiches and one of them was cold in the middle. For $18 for two breakfast sandwiches and a hot mocha... there shouldn't be any cold spots throughout the sandwich. Service was fast with a long line so they have a good system... but too fast may be the reason they are serving cold spotted sandwiches... (not warmed up throughout). Ambiance... is nice... airport setting, read more

Coffee... ohhh how I love the taste of this sweet nectar of the bean! This location is inside the airport and there is one to the left or right about half way down. As you can see the location stays busy... seriously so, but as with most Starbucks it gets people through fast. My caffeine free caramel latte was delicious! This Starbucks must be making bank by not hiring employees. With only three people working, one at the register one making drinks and one heating up food. I ordered a Frappuccino but they stated they were out of ice so they were not making it. It only took 20 minutes for my drink to come out, my sandwich however... 50 minutes! The girl making the food was not putting them on the counter for people to grab as she made them. She waited until she had around 20 things made before placing them all out at once. People waited so long that they never got there food and drinks because they were going to miss their flights if they waited any longer. I can say that the sandwich was good, but the only thing the staff did was heat it up real quick, so I am got adding a star for that. I ended up with a refresher (which they filled with the ice they don't have) and it was average. Way less dragon fruit then I'm used to though. If you have any other options at this airport, do it. Or maybe order your things before heading to the airport, it might be ready by the time you get to the gates. read more

This is a busy airport and even with multiple Starbucks and other coffee and food places the wait was long. We waited in line for 25mins but we had the time thankfully. While in line they said that to order food was on a 50min wait, so if you want to catch your flight you better not order food. I understand running out and I do appreciate them telling people but I watched multiple people getting refunds on food because they were gonna be late getting a flight, so we just order drinks here. We ordered 3 drinks all the same and they came out quickly but were rushed and you could tell. We got the Carmel ribbon Frappuccino and they were not frozen and not even filled to the top more like a 3rd of the way full. Even the whipped cream was a dollop amount. They also would not take my credit card I have linked to the Starbucks app so I had to load my Starbucks card to be able to get the points which was weird because I have not had that issue at any other Starbucks. I'd skip the Starbucks next time and get coffee somewhere else. read more

Worst Starbucks experience in 12+ years. The barista working the kiosk didn't know the food menu: it took pointing at the cardboard picture there times for her to understand the order. Reheating then putting the egg bites and a gouda sandwich into bags took at least three times as long as it normally does, food was sitting out and not being refrigerated, no name was put on the order, the other barista had her cell phone out and wasn't paying attention, all three baristas were not wearing name tags read more

This Starbucks is located on the east side of the terminal inside Love Field, and man -- these Starbuckses can get QUITE busy, especially during morning rush hour. Fortunately -- this location allows you to order via mobile, and that's what I did because I landed around 7:30AM and it looked like I needed to wait an hour. I ordered my usual iced shaken espresso with sweet cream and my drink came out relatively quickly. PRO TIP - Always order via mobile when you are here or you will wait a LONG time.. especially during morning hours. Additionally -- please make sure you are not getting confused with the West side Starbucks. There are two Starbuckses. Fortunately -- the walk to the west side isn't super long so it's not a big problem if you mess up, but still just to be safe. Baristas seemed to be pretty chill despite the business -- they know how to work a busy crowd for sure! I was impressed with the speed and friendliness. read more

Starbucks - Long lines in the morning - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Dallas, Texas

I would give this place zero stars if I could! There were only like 5 people in line ahead of us when we got in line. Waited almost 25 minutes to place our order, which was one black coffee and one breakfast wrap. That's it. Waited another 30 minutes before that breakfast wrap was done. Part of the real problem here is that they were fulfilling Mobile App orders too, and there must have 40 people standing around waiting for their food or drink. I REALLY think those of us that take the time to stand in the actual line should get full priority to get their food. We literally waited an hour at this place!!! Absolutely ridiculous and incompetent. Never again. Never again. Bye Bye Starbucks. read more

Airport Starbucks is pretty good. There are actually two that are mirror images of each other. One is on the gate 1-10 side and one is on the gate 11-20 side. Both are basically the exact same. Usually long lines but they go quickly. Mobile ordering is also great. They have been slow or messed up an order for us a couple times but fix it quickly. Starbucks isn't my favorite coffee but this airport location is crazy efficient and a decent option in the airport. read more

While in line at gate 7, and waiting for the customer ahead of me to finish ordering, the employee who's name is "Fernando" if I got that correct, tall, thin guy wearing some parachute pants, with a 1960's kung-fu starter haircut, started bad talking about the customer to another coworker and then had the balls or lack of, which is more plausible to act like nothing happened and ask me for my order. Carlesha was absolutely terrible. She was taking her time taking everyone's orders, she was on her phone, drinking her drink, not attentive at all. Ordered on app, then they didn't have the scone I ordered. They suggested a different one. They didn't have that either. Last time I go to this location. Who is in charge here and trained ? Certainly not the workers at Gate 7. read more

Mortifyingly horrendous!! They were having cash register issues and rather that switch to another register they kept trying resulting in a long line. This is turn led to staff arguing loudly in front of customers which was uncomfortable but the girl on the register was so mad she was rude to customers and did not want to be there ! Granted it is very unprofessional for a manager to yell at staff in front of customers but that girl just sat there having a temper tantrum and rolling her eyes at each order. Myself and the last behind me - both of us just wanting a coffee - were left very uncomfortable by the silence and wondering if our order would actually be placed Add to which , the booth is filthy !! Grime all over the floor and counters. Staff counting coins on the same counter they prepare food. No gloves and staff touching their hair! It was stomach churning ! Love Starbucks but no more for this location! Terrible service and dirty !! read more

Besides not being able to serve any hot drinks, poor poor customer service. I ordered a spinach feta egg wrap. Walked to my gate and took a couple of bites. When I realized it was a the wrong wrap I watch back so they could make it right. A young black barista w cubic zirconia earrings and shirt hair took a look at it and said ma'am this is half eaten and I said well I had to take a few bites to notice that it was the wrong order. You'd think a coffee station would be open early. Not sure if it's the employee or what, but at 6:30 she says that they are not open until 7... even though the hours say 5, and the sign is on. She also had an attitude, so that's cool. Update! After waiting in line... 7 on the dot, she determines that the water line is down and they can't even serve coffee. Wow, the workers on staff today was probably the nicest duo I have encountered at a Starbucks. The cashier that took down my order was super friendly from the start. She thanked me for my business and told me to have a good day. You usually get the have a good day line but not the other. How often do you hear an employee thank you for your business? Perhaps she was a shareholder? I don't know. She is super friendly and that's a good impression on the company. What surprise me more is the barista who served my drink was just as friendly as the cashier. He did the same routine. He thanked me for my business and told me to have a great day. I'm used to the usual first name announcement and that's it. They prepped my order in a timely manner and provided friendly customer service. What more can I ask for? Plus they still have straws. That's a big plus if you're not a big fan of the lids for cold drinks. read more

I know it's a crowded airport but you have 2 people standing around doing nothing and a long line. But that's not why you get 1 star. You get one star because you cheat people.
