We got 2 drinks which cost almost $20 and of course it's because it's higher prices at the airport which were don't mind paying but both coffees were watered down so much. We didn't even finish our drinks. We added additional espresso shots that were charged for but weren't able to taste. Unfortunately, this sucks. I was able to get through security, order my drinks via the app, and they were ready to go by the time I got to the location. I'm sure when the terminal is more busy (we were there around 7am on a Tuesday) it might take longer, but even with a decent line they were doing a great job of churning things out and getting travelers on their way. I will say, however, there is also another location on the other wing of the terminal so just make sure if you do go to the right location if you use the app. Last thing you'd want is to be in a rush and go to the wrong side & have to backtrack. Drinks are a tad higher than at a non airport location but nothing insane. At least not what we ordered. My usual tea is less than $4 and was $4.90 at this location. I ordered a Frappuccino but they stated they were out of ice so they were not making it. It only took 20 minutes for my drink to come out, my sandwich however... 50 minutes! The girl making the food was not putting them on the counter for people to grab as she made them. She waited until she had around 20 things made before placing them all out at once. People waited so long that they never got there food and drinks because they were going to miss their flights if they waited any longer. I can say that the sandwich was good, but the only thing the staff did was heat it up real quick, so I am got adding a star for that. I ended up with a refresher (which they filled with the ice they don't have) and it was average. Way less dragon fruit then I'm used to though. If you have any other options at this airport, do it. This is a busy airport and even with multiple Starbucks and other coffee and food places the wait was long. We waited in line for 25mins but we had the time thankfully. While in line they said that to order food was on a 50min wait, so if you want to catch your flight you better not order food. I understand running out and I do appreciate them telling people but I watched multiple people getting refunds on food because they were gonna be late getting a flight, so we just order drinks here. We ordered 3 drinks all the same and they came out quickly but were rushed and you could tell. We got the Carmel ribbon Frappuccino and they were not frozen and not even filled to the top more like a 3rd of the way full. Even the whipped cream was a dollop amount. They also would not take my credit card I have linked to the Starbucks app so I had to load my Starbucks card to be able to get the points which was weird because I have not had that issue at any other Starbucks. Airport Starbucks is pretty good. There are actually two that are mirror images of each other. One is on the gate 1-10 side and one is on the gate 11-20 side. Both are basically the exact same. Usually long lines but they go quickly. Mobile ordering is also great. They have been slow or messed up an order for us a couple times but fix it quickly. Starbucks isn't my favorite coffee but this airport location is crazy efficient and a decent option in the airport. read more

This Starbucks is located on the east side of the terminal inside Love Field, and man -- these Starbuckses can get QUITE busy, especially during morning rush hour. Fortunately -- this location allows you to order via mobile, and that's what I did because I landed around 7:30AM and it looked like I needed to wait an hour. I ordered my usual iced shaken espresso with sweet cream and my drink came out relatively quickly. PRO TIP - Always order via mobile when you are here or you will wait a LONG time.. especially during morning hours. Additionally -- please make sure you are not getting confused with the West side Starbucks. There are two Starbuckses. Fortunately -- the walk to the west side isn't super long so it's not a big problem if you mess up, but still just to be safe.
