I came by this past Sunday (Mother's Day) around 9:45am. I was planning to use the drive-thru but the line was long so went inside. The parking lot was packed and the place was buzzing. I was already mentally prepared for a long wait and mediocre service but I sucked it up to get my mom some coffee. To my surprise not only was the staff super courteous, but the wait wasn't long and my lattes were ready pretty quickly. Despite the busyness of the morning rush I saw all the staff working hard yet still so pleasant and helpful. In my short visit I was assisted by 3 different staff members and offered help by a 4th. So I just wanted to give kudos to this team for doing such an amazing job! I worked in the service industry for years and it's rare that I'm on the receiving end of such phenomenal customer service! read more

I don't know how this location has 4 stars. I have been here several times (because it's the closest to me) and they have screwed up my drinks almost every single time. I've had to go back and they remake, but whoever is making drinks is either not reading the label or has no clue what they are doing. One time my husband ordered a simple ice vanilla coffee, and they just gave him a plain iced coffee no vanilla flavor at all, though the label was clear. I can understand if we are ordering complicated drinks, but usually we order fairly simple ones to make. Today I ordered a matcha lemonade, it tasted so diluted. By the time I got home, I just didn't feel like driving back so I added my own lemonade to it. read more

I always hesitate going into the drive-thru line when there's more than 1-2 cars at stbx in the morning because it seems to take way to long. You most def don't have to worry about the line at this location! I've been in the drive-thru with one car, and today with SIX, yes SIX cars in front of me. Was really impressed with Jay today. Upon ordering from the drive-thru, my wife and I both looked at each other and said "that guy was really nice." When we got up to the window, we got to meet the person behind the voice. Jay has a great personality & natural care for the customer. I try to give every place more than one chance and this is the closest location to me and i think today i have had it! Besides having my drinks Made wrong and not being asked what size i would like, the employees seem to be lost sometimes! The wait sometimes is ridiculous! You would think I'm waiting on a food order to be prepared but I'm only waiting on a cup of ice coffee! We not waiting on the ice to be made so what's taking so long?? I arrived at the drive through this time instead of going in thinking it would be faster, it was 10:24am when i arrived and i didn't pull off til 10:44 and being blocked in so you cant leave is frustrating! As i pull to the window i still had to wait after i paid then discovered my items I ordered was just sitting by the register while the drive-thru cashier took other others and walked around, then looked at me as if he was wondering why was i still sitting there! He finally came to the window and asked me what did I order!? (So where were you when you took my order) i told him its sitting there waiting on me and i waned my order refreshed after just sitting there! I would give zero stars if possible...Today was the first day they asked for me to drive to the other side of the store to wait for my food items. I had minimal food items and then once brought out it had an item missing. Once I pulled around to the other side of the store cars were everywhere. No organization what so ever. It actually caused issues with people coming and going from the parking lot. I find it very annoying when fast food restaurants now require people to pull around to try and get people out of the windows faster. We all know y'all do this to make goals in order to receive bonuses. This requirement for companies is causing customer service to go into the drain. Do better Starbucks. I do like this location and they are fairly consistent with the coffee and really consistent with good service. Great job! I don't understand how this place still has 3.5 stars. Out of all the times I go there hoping they will get my drink right as they are SO hit or miss. The last 3 times has been wrong. I get a green tea with strawberry base and I don't know how every time it tastes like water, very diluted. On the off chance it is made correctly it's great. Usually I'm not one to complain but I was 20 mins late to work because of the efficiency of this location. There was 1 car ahead of me the whole time, and I waited in line for 15-20 minutes. Party because one of her drinks had to be remade as well, and then to get my drink that tasted terrible and not even have time for them to remake it because it took forever to even get this one. This is a good Starbucks. Everyone is super friendly! The last time I was there I ordered more drinks then I could carry in one trip so I told the barista I would be right back for the last drink. Before I could go back in, one of the employees had carried my drink outside to me. Super awesome! The drinks at this location are also on point. If I could give this place no stars I would. There's a VERY rude worker who gave attitude to us in the drive-thru. We asked for extra Irish cream and she clarified that Irish cream is just a syrup and asked if we'd like extra foam and we said yes. When we got the drink it had less foam than a normal drink without extra foam would have. I'm assuming that this woman was not having a good morning and didn't enjoy our happy voices, but that's no reason to have someone pay for something extra and not give it to them. I love this location! Comfortable seating for someone coming to do some work. I love the area it's in and the general layout of the store is nice. It's open and the patrons have room to sit and actually breathe without having someone laying on top of them, as at some other locations. It was super clean, especially the restrooms. Also, the best part was the staff. Super duper friendly. I was asked by two different people if I was ok and offered water or to bring a drink to my table. Super impressive. I'm a visitor, as I have relatives down the street. But I'm here in Cypress / Houston pretty often and I believe I'll be a regular customer here from now on. Thanks for the great service! read more

The coffee is very good, and up until a month ago, this review would have been 5 stars. I was so excited that this place opened since I work across the street and there isn't one near my house, and when it opened it was amazing! Fast, super friendly service, and I just loved coming. With the start of the new school year, I've been SO disappointed. It's slow, the coffee doesn't taste as good, and they constantly seem to be out of Nitro and regular cold brew. They've also been closed at 6am the past 3 mornings! I loved this place so much, and now it's so unreliable that I'll probably stop doing my weekly Starbucks treat, because I can't risk it not being open or my sitting in the drive through over 15 minutes when I need to be getting things ready for my students. Yummy! Got my white chocolate mocha and it was delicious. The temperature was just right and the cashier was so nice. I didn't have to wait long. The line was kind of long and I didn't know if I was going to have time to wait. I had a Dr's appointment across the street. Luckily they took care of me and I was out in no time.
