We stopped in here from time-to-time, when visiting relatives in the area. We've only used the drive-thru; with our orders processed quickly and efficiently. The staff we've encountered have been friendly, accommodating and attentive. Whether it's been a venti decaf peppermint mocha, or a strawberries and cream frappachino, etc.; our selections have been satisfying. All and all, this location is a solid representative for the franchise. read more

I used to go to Starbucks a lot but the service is very bad.. Anytime you go in they constantly chat and none of them care about getting your order. This is not just once, every slow period you end up waiting longer than when they're busy, 10-20 minutes when no one is inside or through the drive thru. I was just in here and it took 10 minutes for them to start making my order of two drinks. There was no one else in the store and the drive through wasn't busy. After they made one finally, I mentioned there should be two when the guy who had been standing around doing nothing said "I work drive through, not the bar", so it hadn't even been started. When we first moved to the Crawfordsville area back in September 2021, I had zero issues with the Starbucks! They were nice they greeted me and to me as someone who has worked in the restaurant industry for a good portion of my life up until two years ago, that means a lot to me and I do take in consideration when they're busy - most people who have not worked in a food industry can't relate to that. Here recently the past couple months, I've been coming here less and less; the attitudes seem to be really poor and pretty much the staff act like they don't care. To clarify when I say staff, I'm talking about the younger kids not the older ones that work there (like the managers). For instance this morning, I went in to buy a $20 gift card for the car wash crew located next to them. One of the younger girls cooking food was super sweet - which honestly did surprise me but she tells me she'll be with me in a minute and eventually calls for some girl in the back to come help her out on register front - So this girl comes out (she is short and has dark hair... don't know her name honestly really wish I would've gotten it because she was the rudest person) and instantly with an attitude says "what can I get you?" I hand her the gift card and said "I need $20 on this:" she doesn't say anything, scans it, and slides the gift card back to me - literally ceases all communication. So now I'm annoyed because sorry you have to help your coworkers who are ridiculously busy - I ask her if I can have a sleeve for the gift card because I don't see any out front and since she just slid it to me without asking me. She then makes an exasperated sigh, gets one out of the box, and hands it to me... are you freaking kidding me right now? Lol! So I tell her thanks for nothing. I don't mind giving another place my business in crawfordsville and I'll just visit another Starbucks but this place is absolutely the worst at the moment and I hope it gets better eventually. read more

People are rude inside. They won't talk with you after your order is placed and you've paid. they wear headphones and ignore you intentionally. there is no sugar, coffee stirrers or other things set out so if you don't order it up front you can forget it. read more

Literally a year and change in to being open, and they still get the order wrong 50 percent of the time, overcharge, give you the person in front of you their order, they will be out of half of the menu at 8 am, including basic stuff like cold brew and drip brew. But of course, this is a Crawfordsville issue. I NEVER have problems with any other Starbucks outside of this town that I go to. It's really frustrating when you're spending 5 bucks for a flat white and it's always either burnt, or they don't know how to make it. read more

As long as it's not busy, the service is fine. Tonight they were super busy; I placed a mobile order and 20 minutes later, it still wasn't ready. Then one of the baristas handed me a drink, and it was the wrong one. 2 cashiers and 2 baristas, and they were swamped. I was in a hurry and ended up leaving without any drinks. I visit this location every morning before work and every Monday and Tuesday after work as well to do homework. Today I went in to get my birthday drink. The employee at the cash register told me she would ring the drink up and then when I scan my app it will automatically go through as my birthday drink. Well, that didn't happen. It charged me and she told me since I hadn't put my birthdate in the app, I couldn't get it. 5 minutes later, after I had only taken a few sips from the drink, while sitting inside this location my little sister accidentally spilled it. They refused to remake it and said I needed to pay for it again. I have never had so much trouble at a Starbucks location. read more

I am so disappointed with this Starbucks location. This isn't the first time where I've received a coffee drink and it ends up being mainly milk or tasting as sweet as a dessert. I have been giving them the benefit of the doubt. Maybe it's what I'm ordering. I didn't add enough espresso shots, or should ask for less pumps of syrup to my liking. Today I ordered a iced grande flat white breve. What I received looked and tasted like a splash of coffee (supposed to be 3 espresso shots) with a cup of half and half. I know what a flat white is supposed to be. I probably should have stuck with the hot version, but this is just wrong. Someone does not know how to make these drinks. I understand people make mistakes, are rushed, or whatever the excuse may be, but as a patron it's beyond frustrating when a barista doesn't know how to properly make COFFEE drinks. Staff is always nice, the place is clean and inviting, but i'm over feeling like I need to get my order fixed almost every time I go here.
