let me start by saying I enjoy Starbucks coffee and will seek one out when I am looking for a coffee drink to go. however this Starbucks which is closest to me has very poor customer service with comments like we are so busy right now as an excuse to forget ingredients in a drink, forget straws and just turn your back on a customer who is paying a premium price. I truly hope they get their act together and start to put the customer first. read more

I usually love going to this location but unfortunately when you order custom drinks you may not always get a happy smile with it. I went with my husband this morning around 8am and ordered 3 not very complicated customized drinks (we order the same drink there every other day). The drinks never come out the same and today the barista taking our order wouldn't even let me complete my order, she kept cutting me off saying is that all?? So already being frustrated getting to the pick up window and seeing our drinks made half-full just because we requested light ice when I had already asked for extra cream on all 3 so they should've been filled to the top especially the price we pay for each drink. I'm very disappointed in how Starbucks is becoming. I would love to keep coming back but please go back to the way things used to be ran!! read more

They were out of coconut milk which changed the flavor of my pink drink. But it wasn't too bad.

I understand having inventory issues during covid but I waited in like for 20 minutes to roll up to a hand written sign on the menu "No ice, no fraps". Then had to sit in line... waiting for another 10 minutes just to drive off. Ridiculous. If youre out of something major like this... put the sign where the road is so we can refrain from wasting our time for no reason. read more

Despite what the other reviews say, both of our drinks came out great. Drive thru was fast and employees were friendly.

The drive through takes for ever, even if the line isn't long. Also they constantly get the order wrong.

The absolutely worst location Ive ever visited! Long wait, no movement at all until the car in front of me gave up and left. Rude people taking orders like we the customers are inconveniencing them. Went in the drive through around 3:30. got orders out very quickly even with people having 4 drinks at least. my drinks were delicious. got a white chocolate mocha and it was made perfectly! good job to whoever made my drink read more
