The drinks and food are consistent, and the batistas are nice enough to get the job done and be courteous. There are no comfy seating areas inside or out, so it's a bummer if you're looking for a place to chill for a bit. WASTE OF MONEY! You would think that Starbucks is pretty standardized and not easy to screw up. Not sure what happened but by the looks of it, my egg bites fell on the floor or in the bottom of the oven. They had black stuff all over there and a TERRIBLE smell. I have experienced this in many Starbucks from San Antonio now to Beeville, Texas what is happening y'all are cheating. The coffee is not Starbucks coffee anymore. It is so weak. What happened we pay a lot of money for this coffee. It should be good even in hotels that are using Starbucks it's not Starbucks, but you guys don't even check it out. You have a 50/50 shot of getting a properly prepared order. They always seem to be out of the bakery items. On my most recent order, I ordered a Paradise Refresher Drink. Expectations and reality are way off. Not sure what happened but it looks like the coconut milk may have curdled. Definitely don't see any milk just a yellow flavored liquid with a 1-1/2" layer of something thick towards the top. Their attitude isn't too great either. My usual Starbucks order is very specific. This particular Starbucks got it on point and did not slap my mobile order sticker on the face of the logo like the one in Victoria,TX. Loved it! Service was fast and very friendly. I ordered a Mango Dragonfruit Refresher with coconut milk, let me be the 1st to tell you that it was AWESOME. The only thing I'd do differently next time is ask for no ice or light ice as another reviewer has also mentioned due to this wonderful drink being gone so quickly. HIGHLY recommend this drink if you like fruity flavors and need a pick me up but aren't in the mood for coffee. read more

I ordered a grande chai tea latte and was annoyed after my beverage was gone after only a few sips. The cup was filed over half way with ice and the flavors within the drinks were not properly combined. I suggest that if you are ordering an iced drink you ask for cold with NO ice or light ice because otherwise you will get charged $5 for a plastic cup with ice. read more

Stopped by this evening because my wife had been craving a Carmel macchiato. We went through the drive-thru about three cars in front of us. The wait was quite longer than usual. Got our order and before we left the parking lot my wife made a comment that all she wanted was a good drink. She stated she couldn't even taste the caramel. Thought she was exaggerating. I got home and tasted it. It has to be the worst drink we've ever gotten at a Starbucks. Over extracted bitter coffee no Carmel that I could taste. Pretty sad not being opened that long and handing out this poor product. Really disappointed. read more

Ordered a drip coffee and it came out cold. The peppermint mocha tasted worse than a package of powdered hot chocolate. It was watery, bland, and had barely any chocolate flavor. There was NO peppermint in it. Hardly a peppermint mocha They also did not allow us to purchase water because they said their water system was down. How are you making drinks and washing your hands with no water? This was a lie. If you are going to charge so much Starbucks, you need to fix your quality. Glad to finally get a Starbucks on west side! Doesn't seem to be starting to well. Eager employees but busy location. Lot's of school age kids from local High school makes for a loud and at times routy crowd, falling off chairs, spilling things. The manager seems to stay in the back eating and drinking. Did come out to give refund to lady who had been waiting more than 30 min, but in stead of helping and supervising the operation, just went back to the back with a sandwich and a drink, which, by the way he got busy employees to make for him. Some one needs to put a little control to the situation, I don't mind any age person but hope it doesn't turn into an after school "soda shop". Visited about 6:45 pm and they had already put the creamer containers up, had to pour out of a plastic jug. read more

Every time I go to this location there is always an issue. They never get the order correct. There is always an incredibly long wait for the drinks whether it is the drive-thru or in store. Terrible service. Need to teach staff how to LISTEN so that they can fill the orders correctly. Not going back. Told staff members to not return to this location. Very expensive mistakes! read more
