Nasty smoothies, meh customer service. I ordered 2 small smoothies and an order of mozzarella bites. Almost 30 bucks which is insane. Then she charged me for a dipping sauce that clearly said free. When I told her, after I paid, she said oh just come back for a free smoothie. I said uh No thanks I just want my money back. I said I'll take a credit or cash. She gave me cash then mentioned her drawer would be short like it was my fault. Then the smoothies were nasty. I was pretty shocked to see the price, but then me nor my kids could even finish the drinks because they were so disgusting. Today, I was banned ,escorted out of Jamba Juice by a new Hispanic manager that hasn't been there for a week. The first day last week she closed the doors at 7 pm as she gave me a freebie as, I ordered the new açaí dragon fruit and , I told her that one employee that was there was doing it wrong and she stated No. I took the bowl to my daughter which is a manager at a restaurant nearby and she op it and it had coconut and she is allergic. I took it back and , I told her to forget it and , I told her that it was the young guy that kept doing my açaí dragon fruit wrong. 3 weeks ago he added ice to the blender making it watery and losing its taste. I spent a lot of money and , I still went back to give the youngsters a chance and now the new Hispanic manager assumes she is eligible to to manage her rules and regulations. How many employees have left? How many managers come and go? Hatred will take those privileges away the same way you told me to leave without explanation. Managing takes integrity, honesty, respect and education to bring volume, revenue, to excel in sales. Jamba Juice is not the only place that sells AÇAÍ BOWLS!! read more

I just discovered this place a couple months ago and I am hooked! Everything is delicious here!

My five-year-old granddaughter wanted a juice smoothie so we came in here. Like most five-year-old little girls she wanted it pink and the one they sold wasn't quite pink enough so they let her try one of the fruits that they add to another item on the menu to see if she liked it. She loved it so they added it to her smoothie so her strawberry banana smoothie could be a bright pink. I think the staff could be a little friendlier. This was not a pleasant visit. The person working the counter wasn't nice. When I misunderstood something she said she seemed even more irritated. I was then punished by being handed a cup with the smoothie all over the outside of the cup. She was definitely someone that hated her job. The smoothie was fine but I wonder if she spit in it. Not very happy with this Jamba, which sucks cause it's open fairly late and in a convenient location but it's just not worth it and they've proved that to us twice! First was when my boyfriend got food poisoning from an Açaí bowl from there. Poor thing, it was a different strain of bacteria and he ended up in the hospital. He vowed to never go to Jamba again. I continued to go however and the last time I went the girl who was preparing my açaí bowl took my order, touched the screen to process payment, went to grab fruits and begin to slice - no gloves, no hair net. Wiped her nose, continued to touch my fruit... GIRL. Are you forreal rn?? I asked this other guy if he was the manager and complained and got a refund. I have noticed this Jamba particularly hires a young staff like high schoolers - which is great, but they lack proper hygiene etiquete and it's just not worth risking getting sick. read more

I put two because at least y'all are trying to keep people safe, but definitely the worst reopening plan. I went to get a smoothie before a day full of errands and as soon as you get inside there's a sign saying they will not serve you without a mask. So I go back to my car and get my mask. Then when you actually get to the counter there's another sign saying they will only accept card. Why did you even open again if you as a company cannot provide for your guest? If you want them to wear masks then have masks for your guest. If you're wearing gloves and changing them like instructed accepting cash should not be a problem. Also why were both signs inside and not visible to guest outside so they won't waste time entering if they don't have a mask or card to pay? Definitely was not planned well, not sure when I will return. read more
