Love the atmosphere the ice cream of course is delicious service was going good up until the curly haired girl with blue eyes got annoyed when I asked her to put my sprinkled waffle bowls in a bigger bag she refused then as she grabs one to put in bag , it cracks I requested a new one she brings me a smaller waffle bowl I asked I would like the same size as the rest she said " with attitude well they are all made with same batter. I said no I want another one she slams hands on counter gets mad and walks away so her manager finished helping me . He was very professional now when I go in they don't want to help me lol. . Nonetheless ice cream delicious and my baskin Robbin's Video came out great. P/s they now have a new guy working at the counter very outgoing and pleasant. Do not go here for ice cream. First of all the person that serves the ice-cream doesn't wash her hands before touching your cone. Her hands touched the part you eat, very unsanitary. Staff was extremely rude and seemed as though they hated their job. One blonde haired girl in particular. She even had an attitude. I went in getting my daughter a cup of ice cream and not ever being at a Baskin Robbins before I didn't know how to order. I wanted a kids cup. She immediately asked if we wanted toppings. Well I didn't know yet if she wanted toppings bc I didn't know what they had to offer. Instead of the toppings being right where the ice cream was it's down at the end. So I expected to get the ice cream and move down to see if she wanted toppings. Apparently that's not how they do it. The blonde girl kept asking if she wanted toppings and I yet again said I didn't know yet. She got upset, then smarter off to her co worker, threw the cup down and went down to the end where to register was. I asked the other girl if toppings go on the bottom here before the scoop if ice cream and she said no she didn't want to toppings to overflow so needed to know what size cup. I told her the same size in her hand but just put a little to where it didnt. I mean..really... Worst experience ever, won't be back. The staff was incompetent and had poor customer service. Went today Bc my daughter wanted some ice cream. When I walked in it was packed and right off the bat I noticed how dirty it was. The floor was black and my sandals were sticking to the disgusting floor. I decide to stay Bc I had promised my daughter all day that we would get ice cream. So, we walk to the back of the line and patiently wait our turn. I look at the high top counter they have for customers to sit...also disgustingly dirty with dried ice cream and used ice cream spoons all over the place. When it's our turn I ask for a few samples and there is NO WHERE to throw away my sample spoons! No wonder there is shit everywhere...how about investing $20 in some small containers for people to throw their trash away then maybe it wouldn't be all over your shop! When I asked the guy where I should put the spoons he said there was a trashcan outside the door. So because I didn't wanna be an asshole and leave my trash all over the place I left with three sample spoons in my pocket. Get it together Baskin Robbins...this is disgusting. read more

Owners are very friendly. The cakes are made a lot better than some of the stores I've been to in other cities. It can get pretty busy on the weekends, but it is definitely work wait! Highly recommend visiting this location! read more

Two of us visited here tonight and when we walked in the place was empty, no employee in site. Finally a young man came out of the back and served us. Went to sit down and every table and bar area was filthy! Ice cream was running down the front of the ice cream cabinet too. After we ate our ice cream we were looking at the cakes and two more employees (young girls) came out of the back and immediately went and stood by the register leaning on the counter texting on their phones. The young man was working restocking ice cream. Someone should train these girls to "clean not lean"! read more
