We were visiting Corpus Christi for a day and were delighted to find an Asian rolled ice cream shop during our visit. We had the Thai tea ice cream which was really big on flavor and had a great chewy texture to it which is my favorite type of ice cream. They had plentiful toppings that they were generous with - we got the mochi, panda cookies and pocky. The price is pretty standard for the amount of ice cream you get. My only complaint was that the ice cream was still pretty soft and was already melting and breaking apart by the time it got in our hands, so maybe didn't get worked quite enough. There was no wait in the line to order; however, there was a huge line to wait and watch them make our roll-up ice cream. It was enjoyable to be able to watch, but it was at least at 30 minute wait. I ordered a peach green tea with honey boba drink that was extremely delicious and would go back for! I shared a few bites of the roll-up ice cream (Matcha Lady with graham crackers and mochi). We couldn't taste the matcha and the consistency was very creamy. We ate it all, but we probably would not get it again.
