I came in for few hours and ordered, "Sugar Plum Cheese Danish" and "Christmas Blend" Light Roast coffee. I've never had the danish before. It tasted sweet and I loved that it was warmed up. That made it extra tasty . The coffee shop located on corner lot. Both Entrance and Drive-Thru located upfront. Small patio is upfront, as well, with six tables and twelve chairs. Parking is somewhat limited since it shared with other businesses. When you walk in, immediately to the right you will find one large brown table with eight chairs. Beautiful farm picture above the table. To the left of the entrance are two leather chairs with small table. Along the wall by Order and Pick-Up Counter you will find additional seating. Three tables and six chairs. Beautiful artwork above the tables. The overall atmosphere isn't bad. I had good visit. Seating is limited and they do keep this place cold. Wi-Fi can be spotty. If you're looking to work here, bring your own Hotspot or look for nearby locations. If you're looking to unwind, relax and enjoy good customer service, this is a great place. read more

Poor customer service and very unclean bathrooms. One bathroom door would not close because the doorstop at all because of a faulty doorstop. The other bathroom did not have any soap in the dispenser. I notified the staff who seemed aware and unconcerned. poor experience for some overpriced mediocre coffee. read more

A nice, cozy Starbucks with varied seating options---indoor, outdoor, light, dark. I came here to do some work on a Saturday morning since I was doing errands in the Conroe area. I also took it as an opportunity to try the new Chocolate Cold Brew! It's not my favorite drink, but it's worth a try if you are into cold foam coffee drinks. This was my go-to Starbucks while I was in the area. It was super convenient and close to my hotel. Each morning when I went in I was greeted by the baristas with a smile. Very friendly staff, even early in the morning. Every morning the location was also clean! Everything was stocked (milk, sugars, stoppers, sleeves, etc). Bathroom was clean as well! It was a bit slow and a long wait for coffee. But I won't hold that against them, as I'm used to fast paced NY. One thing that was a bit annoying (but no fault to the workers) would be the design. This Starbucks has a drive-thru. But with the way it's set up, the drive-thru line ends up blocking cars that are parked in parking spots. So you might be waiting a few for the drive-thru line to clear up or move up. Otherwise, everything was great at this location! read more

This Starbucks is getting lucky and getting 4 stars from me. Lucky me and them that I came off hours :)! I walked it and was greeted nicely by a younger man and lady. They helped me to decide on a very yummy Cinnamon Shortbread Frap. Great flavor and not to powerful of a flavor. I hadn't eaten but their food selection didn't wow me. It was about medium in size. It was a good medium sized Starbucks but still lacked some of the insulated tall metal double walled containers. Overall a good experience. This is a brand new Starbucks location. I've been waiting for it to open for months, as it is literally right across the street from my house. The location is right at the entrance of Montgomery Creek Ranch, making it a perfect spot for all the students and parents who want to come and study and enjoy coffee. The interior is beautifully decorated and quite spacious. They have an abundance of seating options and I'm sure they will add more as their customer base builds. The young lady who rang me up was new but very polite and sweet. I was happy to see they face of one of my fav baristas who relocated from the college park location. I only come to this location because it is convenient to CHI St. Luke's Hospital. If it wasn't for that, I wouldn't come at all since I refuse to spend my personal money at SB. As many have said before me, it seems that this SB is understaffed on many occasions. I've seen the drive-thru line snake around the building and I've seen it zipping through the orders. As for me, I've never been here unless I was ordering for a few people at once so I have only gone inside. When you are ordering 5-7 drinks at once and I am not the one drinking them, I can only assume they are correct. The last time I was there, it took them about 15 minutes to make 6 drinks while also taking care of other customers inside as well as the drive-thru. That isn't too bad. As you can see I have changed the number of stars and they deserve the new ranking. Currently on of the best Starbucks in the area! ! ! I had the nicest employee Wren set up a gallon event order for me, but when I went to pick up everything it was a nightmare. The gallon was leaking before taking it out of the store, maybe because it was overfilled.
