The first quake looked little like the advertisement (see attached pics) & the server stopped twice while preparing it to take care of customers at the register. I questioned the size of the portion, which did not even reach the top of the container, unlike the promotional picture. I received no response. The server started making the second quake, stopped, appeared to start over & stopped again to cash out customers. At that point I walked out, leaving the first order on the counter. ​​​I understand that the server was preparing a new item & was probably did not have other staff support. At the same time, the server did not acknowledge that I was waiting patiently & not receiving either good service or a good product.

Then she proceeds to not put the cream cheese on the bagel like i ordered and said "i'm just going to give them the cream cheese" and threw a side of cream cheese in the bag. she also was repeatedly touching her hair while handling the food. very unprofessional and very unsanitary. as i was leaving i also saw her putting food into her coworkers mouth with the same gloves on. will definitely not come back. i did not get her name but she currently has red braids in her hair.

I was directed to the wall that displayed the flavors of the week and the price per cookie or the prices for multiple cookies. There's also ice cream, milk, and water for sale. One cookie is $4.50 and a four pack costs $14.60. Interestingly, the calories listed are for one-fourth of a cookie, so multiply by four to get the calorie count for one cookie. I chose the four pack, so here is my opinion: The Classic Peanut Butter (120/480 calories) was just right for sweetness. I recommend it. The Peppermint Cupcake (170/680 calories) was a chocolate cookie with pink icing. It was good, but I am deliberately ignoring how many grams of sugar this has. The Caramel Shortbread (160/640 calories) was good. The Sticky Bun (140/560 calories). Now the conclusion. The cookies are too large. Some just barely inched over into the completely baked through stage. If I got a cookie that wasn't baked through I would have been unhappy. My next visit will probably be buying just one cookie, and asking them to cut it with their handy dandy four-section cutter. When you think about it, $1.12 for a cookie is a good price if you get it to eat over a span of days or if you want to share it with friends or family.
