The first quake looked little like the advertisement (see attached pics) & the server stopped twice while preparing it to take care of customers at the register. I questioned the size of the portion, which did not even reach the top of the container, unlike the promotional picture. I received no response. The server started making the second quake, stopped, appeared to start over & stopped again to cash out customers. At that point I walked out, leaving the first order on the counter. ​​​I understand that the server was preparing a new item & was probably did not have other staff support. At the same time, the server did not acknowledge that I was waiting patiently & not receiving either good service or a good product.

Often, we get disappointed with the flavors and options available, but not here! When we first walked in, it was so homey and cozy! I loved the shabby chic furniture and warmth the environment created. The large windows were welcoming and gave the place an airy feel. The barista was helpful and was quick to make our drinks. I stayed through until lunch, utilized their free wifi, and had a charcuterie box that was reasonably priced. They also have a few selections of other drinks to take to-go for your lunch when you stop in for a breakfast cup. The owner also mentioned that they will be expanding to offer a wine bar, so definitely stopping in for that! Lastly, their gelato looked DELICIOUS. What a gem of a find here in small-town Ohio!

Too fancy #1: They will get the coffee pods for you and pack them up for you. Despite all of the boxes sitting around, they'll actually scold you if you attempt to pick up and buy the boxes of coffee pods. This scolding did originally leave a bad taste in our mouth and make us feel Nepresso wasn't the right fit for us, so they may want to rethink how they're doing that. Too fancy #2: They identify you by phone number, and they can pull up your full purchase history. This can make it really simple if you remember "I liked that last coffee I bought but I can't remember what it's called". Too fancy #3: Everybody is super friendly. They offer you a coffee drink when you walk in. They will provide tons of answers (even things I didn't know) about any question you offer. They clearly are given free samples of Nespresso coffees as they have good recommendations of how to pair their coffees as you're buying them. Too fancy #4: During peak times, there's a wait list outside of the store to ensure only a few customers are in the store at a time. This ensures you have one-on-one attention while shopping at Nespresso. (And since you can't actually pick up or "take" anything to the registers, you actually have to have that one-on-one to actually buy something.) I haven't seen them match the online deals that Nespresso emails me, so that's frustrating. I'd love to support local more often, but if I'm getting two free sleeves if I order online and nothing in-store, it's hard to do that. If I order online, I also receive free sample pods of new flavors. I haven't seen them throw that into my orders here, so again, it makes it hard to justify shopping in-person. However, if I'm out of Nespresso pods, this is pretty much a one-stop way to get some without waiting for shipping. They have a recycling point drop-off inside of the store here too. It always seems to have space when I bring in bags of pods to recycle, and I've never seen it overflowing. If you're just dropping off recycling, the store is right on the outskirts of the indoor Easton mall building, so it makes it easy to pop in, drop, and leave.

They have books, crayons, colored pencils, and other items to use while you're there. My friend and I went to the very back room and set up the watercolor paint for 6 hours in Saturday morning and did not feel like we had to leave because it was too busy or the staff was hovering. Very relaxing. I had the make your own breakfast sandwich with croissant, medium cooked egg, sriracha aioli, and bacon. The croissant itself was really floppy but it had good flavor. I had 2 coffee drinks within the 6 hours. First I had the honey latte with oat milk and then the americano. I have to say that both seemed rather weak in coffee flavor. The latte was more milk than coffee forward and the americano needed another shot maybe. I was disappointed in the drinks. My friend had 2 different tea drinks and enjoyed those a lot.
