Starbucks is always an A. They always do it right and consistent. A+ service A+ on the drink itself A on location A on location layout A on cleanliness Always love starbucks. You know what you're going to get with service and product ! I go to Starbucks frequently and many many locations. I go there to buy gift cards for my interns that rotate through quarterly and I usually get myself something when I stop. My overall experience is very positive at every location. read more

Forgot to post this review! It has been sitting in my drafts. Yikes. Anyway, first time using this location and it was such a good experience. The service made the visit (and the free drink). The store was clean, plenty of parking, it did take some time to get my drink, but the service was friendly. Stopped in to claim my birthday drink, any size, any drink, and any modifications. It was the first time in all these years I have ever claimed one. I went with a Tropical Butterfly Lemonade, Refresher and enjoyed it. read more

Friendly staff but poor setup for ordering and picking up order(s). Pick up portion of counter is located closest to the main entrance but not clearly marked as the space for order pickup. Register to place order is furthest counter space from the main entrance and is not marked either. I stood at the order pickup space for about five minutes before an attentive colleague asked (other colleagues simply gave glances and head nods) what I was waiting for and moved me to the other end of the counter to place my order. Now that I have been inside of this location, I know the setup, but cannot help think that I am not the first or last to experience this small frustration. read more

This is the worst location for quick service. I was 3rd car in line and it took almost 10 minutes for me to get a regular coffee at 6am in the drive thru. When I pulled up to the window the 3 workers were standing and talking to each other. When it takes more than a few minutes at Caribou (in MN) they give you the coffee free. Starbucks needs to take a lesson from Caribou. read more

I came here last time and it wasn't bad. I just recently came here and I didn't get what I wanted nor did it meet my expectations. I wanted the dream energy and got a strawberry mango instead. I was okay with this since it's still good. But my sandwich was cold ash in the middle. I understand they are busy but this is ridiculous! WONT BE BACK! read more

I have been going here since they have opened, and it has always been my favorite location. I didn't even want to give one star this morning. Their employee was so horribly rude. This place is conveniently located and has plenty of parking. Speaking of parking, there's even EV parking nearby. The inside is spacious with plenty of seating. There's plenty of outdoor seating too. The workers are happy, accurate, and helpful. I asked for someone to clean off my table and my request was promptly cared for. read more

This Starbucks closed for a while for renovation, but it's TERRIBLE. The people are great. Drinks are great. Design is horrible. 1) you have to circle all the way around the store to get into the drive thru. There's no divider lines between the drive thru and exit, so cars constantly get stuck (they can't get out due to the drive-thru). 2) the ADA parking spots are trapped by the drive-thru. This is unacceptable. 3) there should be a stop sign where the drive-thru ends. This is a disaster waiting to happen. Overall, very disappointing. It's a nightmare for parking, navigating, and I feel bad for anyone with handicap, since they can't get to the spots. Starbucks - do better! read more

After closing for several months for renovation, the store has re-opened with the worst drive-thru in history. The drive-thru line is already trapping customers who park and go inside, and all the traffic lines are very tight. The staff is still great, though. read more

I got scalded twice in 2 days at 2 separate locations of Starbucks both because the lid came off when they handed it to me. Yesterday at Starbucks on Neverland Lane in Lewis Center and today at the Starbucks on Polaris near Sancus. I not only got scalded, I got it all over my pants trying to keep it from falling my lap. I told employee that this is the 2nd time in as many days and she said they were having problems with lids. We usually carry our coffee into the house but Im asking for a tray every time untill they get this problem corrected read more

It's a fairly quiet store which is nice. They don't play their music too loud. There are plenty of seats and a cozy nook. The customer service is exceptional. The lady that served us was friendly and offered suggestions. I always have a good experience at this store. Each time that I've gone through the drive thru it has been a pretty quick wait time. Drive thru experience This Starbucks is dependable as al the others. I appreciate that! The parking lot usually always full so better park somewhere else if you want to go inside. However your car will get towed if you park in the Waffle House lot. In my experience even if you park in the next lot over and walk there isn't any place to sit. Starbucks had a special promotion going on. Today only, get a free red reusable cup when you order your favorite holiday drink. Then bring it back all season long after 2 p.m. for 50¢ off grande handcrafted holiday beverages. This location hadn't run out yet, yea! I ordered a grande: Peppermint Mocha & Toasted White Chocolate Mocha The drinks were delicious as usual and we love the reusable cups! Can't wait to use them in the future. read more

We don't venture too much to this Starbucks. But, today was a needed trip after the day I had. The staff was polite, helpful, and thankfully patient. I was very happy to hear that offer the Trenti size, which I is the largest size you can order. This dragon drink is my favorite and I always pick up something for my son. My gir tried the Strawberry Funnelcake Frappuccino. She wasn't a fan of it , so now I know not try to it. Want something else? Try their Green Tea Frappuccino! They're amazing! Friend stopped in from out-of-state for a quick cuppa. Took 20 min to get a plain bagel with butter, a slice of lemon cake, plain old latte and a simple cold brew, no bells or whistles. There were about 10 folks waiting on their orders on this Saturday afternoon around 12:45, but tons of call-ahead orders we're sitting on the counter in wait for their orderer. They Had about 6 baristas working and it wasnt clear if anyone was in charge. Doesn't bold well for upcoming holiday business across from the busiest shopping area in Columbus, and as the first Starbucks that shows in a Yelp search in that zip code. Really very disappointed my guest and I had to wait so long. read more

They made the order right. By far, this place have the best customer service from all previous Starbucks I've been to. First time I was here, I placed my order with Patrick for a hot green tea, a multi grain bagel w/ cream cheese, blueberry parfait and 3 bottles of water. The next morning, he right the way greeted me with a big smiles, by my name and asked if I was ordering the same thing, hot green tea grande, a multigrain bagel w/ cream cheese, 3 bottles of water and a blueberry parfait. I was impressed and speechless! This is exactly the time of service I expect from every Starbucks "a service with a human touch". read more

I don't often frequent Starbucks because they don't offer free wi-fi. However, you can access two hours of wi-fi with an active Starbucks gift card, which my aunt and uncle so kindly sent me (since they live in an area without Caribou Coffee). This is a free standing unit in the Kroger / Big Lots shopping center, and is a little awkward to access from Polaris parkway. It is quite large and has a good dozen small and large tables, a sofa, and two armchairs. Most of the tables have access to outlets except for a few in the center. There is plenty of natural and overhead light. There is also a drive-thru for those in a hurry. I had a vanilla bean frappicino, which was probably too cold of a choice for such a wet windy day. Still, it was a quiet, pleasant place to spend a few hours studying. I just wish they had unencumbered free wi-fi. read more

Slowest Starbucks around, one that is less than mile away is 3x as fast. Sat in drive thru for 35 min and wasn't even that long of line.

I worked at Starbucks, and then at a Barnes and Noble cafe for several years. And in having that background, I have an incredibly high standard for how my Starbucks interactions will go. I'm adding two stars for fairly consistent quality and speedy service. Even when they're busy, I get a good a product in the time I'd expect a busy Starbucks to handle my order. Overall: zero stars for service. I can't even wrap my mind around how condescendingly the partners here not only talk to me, but other customers. -I've been passive-aggressively intentionally given the wrong milk and when I asked for my drink remade I was given decaf. -Another time I pointed out that I had ordered earl grey and was given English breakfast. The drink was aggressive tossed into the sink and there was a lot of eye rolling and slamming things about. -I've been talked to like I was too stupid to function because they insisted I was ordering something that didn't exist. A cafe espresso frappuccino was a seasonal beverage they don't have the ingredients for anymore. An espresso frappuccino is a regular coffee frappuccino made with shots of espresso instead of the regular coffee base. It's a menu item, it is a part of training. But even if I were mistaken about the name and official status of the beverage; what do you stand to gain to argue with a customer over it? Just make it. That's literally what you're trained to do. -I was told it's "against Starbucks policy" (spoiler alert: it's not) to split a grande beverage into two tall cups. The drink was for two small kids who couldn't have finished an entire tall but didn't want to share a cup. They gave me a second cup and told me to split it myself. At this point I'd rather deal with parking at polaris mall, walk inside just to get a drink from one of the Starbucks inside than go back to this store. Thankfully, I live closer to a Starbucks with a delightful staff that always makes me feel welcome and makes and effort to be personable. read more

I don't usually swing into a Starbucks in the morning... because I have one in the building at work. However, I've been piling up these free drink stars and got an alert that they were going to expire. So... fast forward to using the mobile app at a red light to order a grande Holiday Spice Flat White. I promise I completed the order before the light turned green... so no compliments about texting and drive... mmmkay? At any rate, the app told me that my order would be ready in 3-9 minutes and to let the staff know I had an mobile order. This isn't my first mobile order... so that last bit I've never had to do before. The team at Starbucks as always asked within moments of walking up. So, I arrive on a snowy Friday morning and walk into the store. The mobile app said the order was still being worked on so I approached the pick-up and politely waited. What really disappoints me is that no one acknowledged me or even smiled my way the entire time I stood there. As the minutes passed... and the alert came on my phone that my drink should be ready... I remained overlooked and unacknowledged. I continued to remain silent because I didn't notice anyone making my drink.. so I figured the app was incorrect. I continued to wait and after about 10 minutes, someone asked if I had a mobile order. I politely said yes and gave my name. She then looked at this cup that had been sitting on the back counter the entire time and handed it to me. Look, you could say that I should have spoken up, however, that felt rude to me. At the end of the day, I felt ignored and a bother. It's not what I want first thing in the morning. read more

No stars !!! They Charged me $25 for a gift card i did not mean to buy, was originally trying to pay for a $9 meal. Called to get it refunded IMMEDIATELY... took a week to get refunded, (the entire amount including the $9) and was refunded ... , a week later i was charged again for same amount, called starbucks and they told me i could not be refunded because i didnt pay with a starbucks card. I payed with my debit card. The representative was not helpful, had no emotion in her voice and did not care what so ever and apparently was a manager. So basically starbucks scammed me and kept my money. Wont be buying from starbucks ever again!! read more

I had placed my order online, but I got the store wrong. I went in to this Starbucks, and asked for my order, it obviously wasn't there. The woman who helped me (i didn't get to catch her name unfortunately) was SO nice, she checked for my order and when it wasn't there, she offered to just make it for me. I read her out the order (just two iced coffees with some add-ons), and she made them for me right there. I was so grateful, thank you so much that was so sweet.
