I ordered the avocado toast and an iced chai latte and first of all, the toast was remarkable, it was made with fluffy bread and a smooth avocado spread. My toast came with a huge side of fruit, and it was delicious! Now, about the chai...this chai was absolutely FANTASTIC, it was the best drink i have ever sipped on (and just so you know I am a certified chai drinker ) . The service here is great, we went up to the counter to order and took our seats. About 5 minutes later, they brought our food out to us pretty quick, and when i was ordering, the lady was so kind to me!! Onto the cafe itself, when i took my first step into this cafe i immediately thought of Luke's diner from Gilmore Girls! It was all vibes in there and i was loving it! So, do i recommend this place? YES, yes i do. Will i drive all the way to colorado just for this cafe? ABSOLUTELY.
