I really wanted her to have a unique experience, and atmosphere to enjoy her favorite beverage #Coffee in a peaceful, quint and beautiful place, to relax after working all day, and being a full-time student... And mom of two... rambunctious boys. The ForgeCoffeeLab is a very unique place with a beautiful atmosphere of lovely plants everywhere, and amazing coffee. I called the owner, she graciously assisted me in buying a #GiftCard , for my daughter-in-law. I surprisingly found out that it was one of her favorite places to have her coffee & and very special place to relax & enjoy some alone time. She loved receiving a gift card, and enjoyed it. of course... I would very much recommend this special coffee haven for a relaxing cup of coffee. read more

Nice place, bright and airy with unique "ritual" type coffee makers on display. Nice staff always friendly. Not just the standard mocha and caramel flavors. I tried the buttermilk & brown sugar shake...so delicious! I will be back to try all the flavors. Oh, And they have great coffees too! read more

Finally checked this coffee spot out. Starting from the obvious... coffee. 10/10. All equipment is legit. Beautiful LaMarzocco espresso machine. Drip coffee held in temperature regulated containers. And delicious coffee. I had a cortado- perfection. My husband had drip coffee- incredible. Priced fairly. Did not taste any good but the bagels looked great as well as the other food items in the case. Lastly the ambiance was also 10/10. Great natural light. Clean decor. Cute plants- some planted in beakers- totally on brand. If you're a coffee lover you should definitely check this place out! read more

If you care about the quality of your coffee, this is the place to go. It's so rare for a coffee shop to make their own nut milks and syrups in house but forge does. A lovely couple runs the entire place by themselves and you can tell they really care about what they're serving. Best coffee place not just in monument but all of Colorado Springs. I've been a frequent customer at Forge for 2 yrs now. They remain a treasure to Monument and Colorado Springs for anyone who values very high quality coffee and family-owned businesses. The best in the area. Some lady - who incidentally has a ton of 1-star reviews on her profile - made some dumb comment suggesting they have a problem with people "of color." I'm also a person of color, as are a number of their customers, and that is ridiculous. Sorry she didn't vibe well, or with all the other businesses she dissed on, but Forge is awesome. read more

I was in this establishment yesterday (Sunday) 01.26.2025. I was with some friends and we heard the Owners say to a young gentleman who happened to be black and with him was a white young lady who was asked to leave simply because the young gentleman had brought an outside mug. The owners were extremely rude to them and by their demeanor was very discriminating. They were told that this is not a Community Center (clearly the couple were not looking for any handout) I was appalled by the way they were treated. I will not be coming back to this coffee shop ever again and you can best believe I will Tell ALL my friends about this. Owners are RACIST!!! If I could give a 0 rating I would have. read more

I was recently in this establishement trying to enjoy my coffee after attending church. a young interacial couple came in. the women ( who was white) ordered a drink and hot water.the young man (who was black) went to the bathroom. when he came out he used the hot water for a drink he brought with him. the owner of this establishement started yelling at the young couple. he used foul language. demaning the couple leave. this was very upsetting for me to see. the couple did nothing wrong. i will NOT be visiting the Forge Coffee Lab again. read more

Fabulous Local Coffee Shop. Their coffee and teas are wonderful- WAY better than Starbucks. They also offer too-notch bagels, quiche, and other pastries. This is a wonderful place to meet friends, do some work, or get takeout. In town for a weekend and found this great local coffee shop. They offer traditional espresso drinks and a ton of other methods like v60, Chemex, siphon. The service was quick (for early morning) and the coffee was excellent for both the siphon and v60. I highly recommend this local shop, especially if you like good coffee. read more

The first time I went there months ago with my adult daughter, I noticed right away that they favor their "regulars" so I never went back. My Daughter loves the coffee and when she visits she always wants to go to this place. Well today I drove her there and when she came out she told me how rudely she was treated! There is no better coffee shop than The Forge. Shawn and Robin are wonderful people who know a ton about coffee. If you are not sure what to get they will help you figure it out and educate you on different brewing methods. Their sandwiches; quiches, and pastries come from The French Kitchen. Robin makes a good deal of the snacks and sweets, including the best pimento cheese spread you will ever have. Can't recommend this place enough. read more
