This Starbucks always makes my drinks perfectly and their restrooms are clean. Today, I saw their winter reusable cup and their employee totally sold me on it. It's such a pretty gold with a white iridescent lid, then the employee tells me that it changes to silver when hot. Ok SOLD, take my money!! I do love how they ensure to give me credit for using reusable cups each time. The $0.10 is negligible but the 25 bonus stars is where it's at! read more

Well, I discovered they have been dumping part of my normal drink out to make room in the cup for cold foam so I changed my drink order to a grande in a Venti cup and turns out only about half the time do they know where the grande line is in the cup for some reason. It's crazy because I still add an extra shot of espresso to my drink to make it as strong as the Venti normally is in yet. I'm really lucky if I even get the drink up to the second line.. it's just really inconsistent here lately, especially when it comes to the amount cold foam you're getting. Like I asked for extra cold foam, which means I just wanted to go to the top of the cup. It doesn't mean I want half the cup to be a cold foam. At this point unless it's the Sunday crew (the best) or Thursday crew you have a 50-50 chance of them getting your drink right. As you can see by the pictures and the stickers on the drinks I ordered the exact same amount of cold foam and yet one has double the amount literally in the same order and obviously only one of the drinks goes up to the grande line.. read more

Employees here are rude. No one even acknowledged me for 15 minutes as I waited for a drink from an online order. They all acted like they were too busy to give a customer the time of day. After seeing multiple customers come in, order, and walk out with their drinks I walked up to the cashier who was also extremely rude. My drink had been sitting in the drive thru line. Nothing good about this location after visiting numerous other locations. Ordered one cold and one hot beverage on the mobile app. Estimated time on app said 2:48pm. Went in at 2:48pm. Drive thru line wasn't long, and no one was in the store, so I thought it might be done on time. Barely acknowledged us when we walked in and neither of my drinks was ready. Went in a short time later and my cold one was ready. The girl making the drinks looked lost in the sauce while she was making the second drink. She made someone else's mobile order while my second hot drink just sat on the counter by the espresso machine. Pretty sure the drink was made wrong too even though I paid for additional ingredients. Hot drink tastes like straight espresso and isn't appetizing at all. Wouldn't suggest ordering at this location. Plus you can sit inside because the chairs and tables were removed so it's dark and dingy inside. read more

The good: Very nice looking store. Big space in a rundown neighborhood. The bad: Unsmiling, miserable employees who consider business a burden. I was starving, having just spent hours at a medical appointment with more to go and needed a quick bite in the neighborhood. It was like pulling teeth to get them to explain the parameters of a sandwich/drink special. No question went unpunished with a roll of the eyes and a frown. There's one table with chairs sectioned off. They reserve it for the manager only. I stood off at a quiet area to eat my sandwich and was told I couldn't do that. I was actually being told to leave. No other customers were present. I left, drove off, and ate rest in the car. It's a huge facility, with many staff, but hardly any customers, while Dutch Donut across the street was mobbed. I now understand why. The staff have a special talent for making one feel unwelcomed. I do NOT recommend this establishment. There's a good reason why this location's ratings are so low. She has such a kind presence and looks like she creates a fun environment. I have never had a bad experience at this store. All their workers are kind, efficient, and so friendly. My coworkers and I have come to this Starbucks almost every single workday for the last year. The morning crew always go above and beyond for every single customer. Almost everyone that walked in is greeted by name, and that's the main reason we've been so loyal to this location. I'm leaving a poor rating because a temporary manager, Kristina unjustly fired two of the most hardworking baristas, leading to a walkout of most of the morning crew. The lobby is now closed as they no longer have enough staff fully operate. I come here usually on Tuesdays after I drop the kiddos off at school and on my way to volunteering at Crossfire Ministries. Just left this location and can say it's the worst Starbucks I've been to. I brought my two dogs in for puppichinos and asked for larger ones because they are big dogs, and I don't care about the price. I pulled up and got two shot size puppchinos, and wasn't even told the price before my card was swiped. Then, I didn't get a straw for my drink.
