Been here many times. Came today and they made my drink wrong it didn't taste right and there was not much foam literally none (2 dollars for protein foam) I thought they would give me so more foam or ask to remake but one of the guys said they couldn't give me any more foam and the lady said she could give me three pumps of syrup a separate cup. I buy a Starbucks almost every other day (I have a problem I know) I get this same drink and they just made it wrong. I went down the road to the normal starbucks that I always go to and they remade it for me correctly. I've never had a Starbucks not remake a drink for me. I always Love doing a pick up in drive thru for my order, plus we were second car in line. The car in front of me seemed to know the staff or maybe they just had a big order, but they took a while at the window, no biggie. But when I pulled up the guy handed me my drink and cup of milk for my daughter (we asked for no ice and it had ice, so that was a bummer) then he was ready to send me on my way, I asked for the cake pop in the order, he then was looking and looking, and he checked on the machine, then I went back to pull up my order and remembered i ordered another hot food item, and asked about that when he brought cake pop. He had to go back and look and then said "sorry about that Beeeelen." The whole time he had a smile on that seemed to suggest he was uninterested in our exchange, judging me somehow or maybe was high. I mean, either way, we got our order and appreciate it. I came to pick up my free drink that They offered when you use your Mobile app to order and you keep up with your gold status. So far I have been a Gold status since 2004. Back then I got an actual gold card that I could use when I order. Now it's through the mobile app. It is very convenient and when you order you can plan around so you get there on time to pick up your drink. I love the convenience. This location it's by Costco and it's very easy to access. They have seating area and drive through. My drink was the iced matcha latte. I got two more drinks one for my husband the passion tea lemonade. One for my little one it was the summer berry lemonade. Service was fast and we were out of there in no time. It is not hard to be nice to customers. Luis was not kind and had a rude tone towards me when I asked a simple question. If you can't be kind, get a new job where you don't have to interact with others. Customer service should be the most important thing when it comes to jobs like this. read more

Malicious compliance would be the best way to describe this location's customer service. No warmth whatsoever but the "friendliness" is as loud and as fake as possible. It doesn't balance out. They love to talk over you and correct you too if you go "off script". The drinks have a decent shot of coming out correct, but most other locations in the area do it better. If you're going to be overbearing with the customer service, make it real, or don't bother. read more

The dude and I have been coming to this new Starbucks since the one on Shaw and Villa suddenly closed down for unknown reasons. Anywho, this location is near Sierra Vista mall but on the same plaza as Costco. The drive thru was packed each time I came. This location does MOBILE orders the right way. My usual location on Ashlan and Marks allows mobile orders but you have to wait like an hour in the drive thru line which sucks! Anywho, due to no dine in all the tables and chairs were pushed to the side. My drink orders have always been ready when I came in and taste great! The staff is always friendly and kind wearing their masks. I never stayed long as I was in seconds. This will be my new favorite location as it's fast, quick and very clean! We came here twice while visiting Clovis. The drive thru was always full and the dining area was packed full of people. The employees were super polite and helpful. We got our Christmas cups after ordering holiday drinks. The only down side was that we had to wait quite a while for our drinks on that first day. It might have been because it was the first day of holiday drinks, but it was much longer than what I'm used to. I came back the following day for a quick cup and got through much faster. I'd still recommend this location because they were always friendly and hustling. read more

This location is abysmal. I was so excited to have one even closer than Shaw and Villa, but having been here a few times and having the same horrible experience each time, I'm no longer excited. The line is ALWAYS, AT A MINIMUM, 30 MINUTES long. Usually more. If I want to stop at this location on my way somewhere I have to leave an HOUR early, and I live 5 minutes away. I've literally sat in the line here with no car movement for 10 minutes. This wasn't one time, it's every single time I try this location. I wanted to go there today on my way to work, (5 mins away) left 40 minutes early. Like how does brown sugar, sound like Chai? My drink was disgusting, I had to trash it. Being the coffee addict that I am I enjoy Starbucks coffee. Not all locations are created equal. Though they're not as fast as the Fowler/Ashlan location (not that they're slow) I don't think you'll find a friendlier team of baristas. My kids don't always make up their mind fast and sometimes they make noise in the background while ordering in the drivethrough but no employee has ever appeared bothered by it. Thank you! read more

I ordered a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew for my son via mobile order at 4:23pm. I dropped him at the Starbucks a few minutes later and went to Costco to get gas, which took me several minutes. I returned to Starbucks expecting him to come to the car with his drink. At 4:40 I entered the mostly empty Starbucks and went to the register and asked them how long it would take to make a Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew. I was told 2 minutes. I asked why then was my mobile order not ready when I had entered it over 15 minutes ago? They could not find the order at first, so I asked my son what he was told when he asked about it, he said they told him they were working on it. They then discovered the drink on a counter by the drive-thru window and gave it to us. After waiting over a quarter of an hour for a drink that should have been ready in 2 minutes I would have expected some accommodation or coupon for a free drink, but all we got was a sheepish "sorry!"
