I'm not a coffee drinker but spend my fair time at Starbucks as my wife is a siren and is addicted by one (siren is the lady on their logo). This location in Clifton Park NY is fairly busy and the staff is friendly. Starbucks strives to provide excellent service and they do consistently provide that. They carryba minimum selection of pastries and coffee but they are open to customizing your drink to however you want it or like it. This is one of the companies that I don't mind working for of I ever need a part-time job just to keep myself busy and occupied. read more

So I came in for a breakfast meeting. I can't say this was the best experience I ever had but it wasn't terrible either. I just want to know here and in general, where has the friendly customer service gone? Nowadays everyone just barely tolerates you, even though you are customers. Very strange this new culture. I had my very first pumpkin latte ever! And it really was just as magical as everyone says they are. I also treated myself to a pain au chocolat, which as okay, just okay. I don't think I would order food from this chain. It's not high quality for the high calories lol. This store is brand new and cute inside. read more

Stopped in to have a London Fog and was a bit unnerved by some previous reviews posted. My experience was 5 star. Fast service, sweet staff when I asked mid prep to slightly alter something. Store and bathrooms were spotless. read more

In town on business and stopped by this Starbucks. The store is clean and visually appealing. Unfortunately, service is subpar. With all the staff the had, you think the can move it along with the food orders. The woman behind the counter handling the breakfast food items was too busy talking rather than moving the orders along. read more

Losing more business by no longer offering decaf iced coffee, which they've had on their menu for years..Sad.....

When you pay 6$ plus tips an ice coffee (90%water) you expect that the bathroom is clean. 2 ladies behind the counter, place is empty. Take 2 minutes to fix both disgusting restrooms. Terrible experience! I couldn't even wash my hands since was so dirty! read more

Average Starbucks, clean restrooms good service. Starbucks is Starbucks. Most place tasted the same. I wanted to use a restroom and had extra 20 minutes to wait until my next meeting, this was just a right place. I like when they maintain their restrooms clean. They have comfy chairs, many people seemed to be staying there longer to use Wi-Fi but I was able to find a seat while enjoying my green tea latte. Located at a shopping complex, plenty of parking available. read more

The service was impeccable! The store had all Covid 19 protocols in place, socially distant decals, hand sanitizer, employees wearing masks and gloves, no seating allowed indoors. The shelves were stocked and the Java was flowing! The Christmas music was playing and everyone had a holly, jolly spirit! I ordered a Caramel Latte Brûlée. It was perfect the piping hot coffee with caramel brûlée syrup topped with whipped cream and caramel brûlée topping read more

This is Starbucks, so we all know the menu and expectations. They exceeded them all. I had my puppy in the car and made a puppachino for her, but unlike most Starbucks, they topped it with mini milk bones! They took the time to ensure our orders were correct, and they came out perfect. read more

This is your typical Starbucks. It does have a drive thru. Sorta a pain to get to it as it's kinda buried in strip mall quicksand. Drinks are hot or cold as you expect and service is friendly. 1 sugar counter station, no table top chargers like some Starbucks have. Damn I wish they had these. Could use more places to plug in and charge all my ridiculous electronica gear. Can you say free electricidad? Needs more outdoor seating too. The peeps working here are cool doh so it's all good when you're in da hood. Triple non fat mocahchino latte non frap decaf extra whip on... bizzle. read more

This Starbucks is an improvement over the old location since it's more spacious and has a drive-thru, something the old location did not have. Service here is about the same as before. I stop at the Clifton Park Starbucks on occasion when I'm passing through the area. The place can get busy at times, but the line keeps moving. I usually order a tall dark roast coffee, which has been consistent on each visit. The service here depends on the barista, sometimes friendly or sometimes gruff. When there is no half & half bottle out on the table, usually later evening, they will take the creamer out of the cooler, but instead of giving me the bottle/container of half & half, they will pour some into a short paper cup and give to me to put in my coffee. This is the only Starbucks store I've been to that does this. On one rare occasion about two years ago (at old location), I got into an argument about free coffee refills (I am a gold member) when I purchased a grande frappuccino and wanted a grande hot coffee refill. They argued with me that I had to order a grande hot coffee to get a grande coffee refill. I had to show them the Starbucks policy on my phone, that as a gold member I was allowed free refills on hot or cold coffee or tea drinks of the same size drink purchase, regardless of original drink purchased (excluding bottled beverages). I let Starbucks corporate know what happened too, which the exact same thing happened at the Merrimack, NH Starbucks (130 miles directly east of this store). I was also credited $25 onto my Starbucks card for my troubles by corporate. After this, no more issues with coffee refills (as long as I don't leave the store). read more

This is the slowest and unfriendliest Starbucks in upstate NY. Mobile orders are last on their priority list and most of the staff just stands around and chats with each other. It took 30 minutes for them to make ONE drink- a grande shaken espresso, nothing else, at 7:00 AM on a Sunday morning with one other customer in the store. There was no line and one car in the drive thru. Absolutely no excuse to take this long! This is my 3rd day going here as I'm on vacation, and every day it's been this way! James is super rude and doesn't seem to care about his job. His co-worker John isn't helpful either. The girl with the septum piercing (didn't catch her name), is in La La land and has no idea what day it is. Don't waste your time and go to another location for better and quicker service. read more

Starbucks tastes so amazing but during this war I really do not recommend. No offense Starbucks but you guys sell Israel products. Every single time someone orders a drink or food, some of the money goes to Israel so they can bomb Gaza. It is really heartbreaking. So please do not get Starbucks too much during this war so some Gaza people can live. read more

Chaos, no organization or leadership behind the counter. When they do remember to make your drink, it's usually lacking, no consistency.

I just waited half an hour for two overpriced coffees. Turns out they forgot my order entirely. Twice. I have nothing else to say, really.

Waited 15 minutes for 1 drink. The worst part was how rude the staff was. I asked the girl who was pumping out Mobil orders if she had my ticket and she very rudely said if I did I would have made your drink. She must have finally said something to someone else who tried looking up my order but couldn't find it. Thankfully I still had my receipt. They gave it to a young man to make my moca Frappuccino and when he handed it to me he sarcastically said it was 15 minutes and how many seconds. read more

I wish there was a zero star option honestly, I've been giving this coffee shop chance after chance to see if they would improve there quality and there attitudes and overall I'd rather walk into a different Starbucks . This place has the most disrespectful staff . And the wait times on drinks and food are ridiculous no matter if they are fully staffed or not . The one lady was super rude like you can tell she was frustrated because I didn't exactly know what to order . She slammed her hand down and was all huffy puffy about me taking an extra minute to decide what to order . The other staff are preoccupied and seem like they don't care . They don't seem to have a great system with online and in store orders . Previous time I ordered two drinks off the app I got there when the app told me it was a possibility that it was there . Waited 30-40 minutes for it . ( they missed my order ) . Like I said The ambiance is horrible. For now on I'm going to price chopper and ordering ( they are way more respectful) . read more

The worst Starbucks I have ever been to. No matter what time of day you place your order you will wait TWENTY minutes. Fully staffed as well. read more

The Starbucks in Clifton Park is by far the worst Starbucks in the capital region. I've been going here for over 10 years and finally said enough is enough! If you plan on going inside to order, or order through the app and pick up in the store, think again! You will end up waiting at least 20-30 mins or maybe more. The staff focus on servicing the drive-thru so online store orders and in-store orders are not given any preference and typically only have at most one person taking orders and making drinks. Well no more for me - I've gone to too many Starbucks, that are just as crowded, and can turn around drinks in a reasonable time. Let me know when you get new management there that know how to run a store, and focuses on good customer service and maybe I'll consider coming back. read more

Coffee is good but not worth the price. Service was not that friendly and not really what I expected

Literally worst Starbucks ever! They only ever have one cashier which is absolutely ridiculous based on how much traffic there is. Even when it's dead they still take five years to take your order because they are socializing and not being aware of their surroundings and that customers are waiting. Uncommon grounds has my business now. I rather drive a little farther I'd probably be done and back by the time I'd get my coffee at this place. read more

Slow service, unfriendly, and do not serve your drink if you sit at the side bar. Also the drink I ordered rated terrible. read more

Slowest Starbucks around. They never have my mobile order, they say "they never got it" and usually takes about an hour through the drive-thru. Never come here. read more

Horrible. Just plain horrible. By far the worst wait times, you will wait 25 mins for an order and most people in front of you drive off with a single hot drink. This place needs to be managed like many other Starbucks. read more

I was upset when I got a iced caramel frappe it was warm and tasted like water!! I'm never going here again!

Although it appears chaotic at times, the staff is very friendly and always working hard! If you ask them for a drink modification, they are happy to do so. In other locations of the area, that is not always the case. These guys do a wonderful job, given the volume of traffic they receive. Bravo! read more

These guys do a great job. The place is clean and line is always moving. The service is friendly and the drinks are consistent. The make some of the best frapps and the service is fast. Like most other Starbucks locations. You know the drill and the menu, and it tastes the same as everywhere else. Nothing more to say really.

This is the slowest drive thru I've ever been too. Be prepared to wait 20 plus minutes and many of my orders are always wrong. When paying over $6 for a drink you would expect it to be correct read more

Just a quick tip. When someone orders a black coffee they most likely will know the difference between a blonde and dark roast. .
