As far as Starbucks go, my wife likes them so we stop in from time to time but I don't care for them too much. Some are pretentious and often the customers are all busy judging and sizing each other up, preening or pretending and hoping to make the scene. There are other coffee shops with more character, better prices, and often better food. The drive-thru was closed which we had intended to use, there was no indication as to why. It seemed they may have been short-handed as I only saw one employee, the bored and disinterested woman who took our order, She was not busy, there was no line. Seated, in the corner were two women chatting, and by the windows was the requisite beany-hatted guy with a laptop, professionally ripped and faded fake military jacket, and a messenger bag (does Starbucks hire one of these guys for every location?). Typical of Starbucks staff our barista/clerk took our boring order and disapprovingly rolled her eyes like a 13-year-old at an order she was not impressed with (which was rather simple and basic). We were there for breakfast, my wife ordered oatmeal and hot chocolate. I had peach green tea, and the breakfast burrito (they call something else so they can make it smaller while charging extra for it). But this is why I'm not a huge fan, the staff seems to be coached at some locations to be judgy, disinterested, and temperamental as if that's something we want with our coffee or Frappuccino. read more

I've never had an issue in the several years I've been going here. It's always busy but not a long wait. The parking lot is the worst part. Don't park in the first 2 rows or you will get blocked in by the drive thru line of cars. The employees are always chipper and outgoing. The order was a Trenta Strawberry refresher with Lemonade, albeit there was an initial misunderstanding on just what the barista thought my girlfriend wanted inside of it, but this was the order. Yes, we watched to see if they washed anywhere else. NOPE This is more of a pet peeve------ My other personal fav (& I've seen it elsewhere) is the instructions that show how to properly wash your hands and to use a paper towel to shut of the water. How, exactly, is one to do that when there is only an air dryer? I've washed my hands using this process for many years due to working in healthcare, but come on. So it looks like this Starbucks is getting a bad rep... I have had really no issues with this location though I frequently go to the drive thru. The lady taking orders most days is incredibly sweet and will brighten your day a bit with her hospitality. Something that is pretty rare now days. The line can get pretty long and with the way it's set up it can often have cars coming from two directions. The drive thru moves quick though most days. I have opted to go in when the line has been too long and I will say-- probably don't. It took far longer than I wanted it to and it seems this may be the case for others too. I think drive thru is their first priority. Other than that this is your typical Starbucks where you know what to expect with the drinks. They are pretty solid and the food options aren't bad either, though they do tend to run out of those things too. read more

Starbucks is Starbucks. I'm not a super huge fan of Starbucks, but I do enjoy their drinks when I decide to drop by. Although I mostly do drive-thru. Their service is usually always fast and the drinks are well made. They have great merchandise - a wide selection. I've bought several different items over the years and they've always lasted as made with quality. This particular location is open and airy with lots of natural light, which is a nice change. The one complaint I have about Starbucks (and I'm speaking in general terms) is I hardly ever, ever, ever see one that is clean and as new as this location is, it's no different. I understand there is constant foot traffic throughout the day, but at least try to wipe down and sanitize those tables that are spotted with cup rings colored with coffee stains, straw wrappings and bev-naps laying around every and anywhere. And I always walk into their ladies room with caution. Besides this...I'm cool with Starbucks. Like I said their drinks are good and their baristas do a good job at making their drinks very tasty and I can say they're pretty consistent between locations with this. read more

This location is randomly closed a lot of the time. The online hours are not updated so it's pretty frustrating to drive all the way there and have it be closed. This Starbucks is the same as any other Starbucks, really. In no way does it beat the other local coffee places in the area. I would instead encourage you to visit Heine Brothers down the street, or Coffee Crossing in Jeffersonville, but this does work in a pinch. I prefer going into the store, the baristas are so friendly and helpful! They no longer have most of the menu up in the store, so having the app is not only useful in collecting bonus stars (be sure to pay with the app, otherwise you don't collect any!), but it also has a page for the full menu. The location is perfect! They have wonderful outdoor seating, as well as a bar that connects the outside of the store to the indoors, it's such a nice place to work or just sit and chat with a friend! It's a short walk from First Watch, Mission Barbecue, and Blaze Pizza if you're grabbing coffee before lunch! read more

Unfortunately this is the closest Starbucks to where I live so I have to purchase from this location. I'm a loyal customer and have been for years and it never fails that I am waiting for 30 minutes whether I'm going through the drive thru or going into the store. I don't know if more workers are needed or new management, but I've never experienced this so consistently at a Starbucks. One employee was telling me reasons they were striking, the reasons were minimal and something I didn't need to hear as a customer. One of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Always a huge wait, inside and outside. I once stupidly waited in the drive thru for 20+ minutes (total experience time). My most recent visit, I was told they were closed, when clearly the time of visit was not a time they would be closed (7:30 pm). Initially I was excited to see a new Starbucks close to home and daily shopping areas. That's where the excitement ended. The drive through wrapped around the building. So, we parked and walked inside. Stood in line for ten minutes before order was placed. Ordered two triple mocha frappuccinos. After it was made and presented, it was obvious that it was missing the whipped cream (essential ingredient for this drink). When asked about it, the barista said they were out of whipped cream. Not sure what they did include in this drink but the normally delicious drink was terrible. We wound up throwing it out. Definitely won't go back to this location. I've been standing here with no acknowledgement from other staff as they make drive-thru orders a priority. People are always nice! They always comment on how cute my clothes are which is pretty uplifting. Service is standard. I get my drinks within 5 minutes and if it's busy maybe a little longer. If there is a line of people, I usually just do a mobile order, making the process faster. My go to drink is always matcha green tea frapp. Wished they would wipe the tables every so often because there's always a bunch of crumbs when I sit down. I wonder why they always have their ac blowing cold, especially winter season. I'd wear my coat and scarf and I'm still freezing.
