(So many coffee shops offer brown water; this stuff is the real deal!) We really appreciated the kids' corner with the climbing wall and toys, it gave our kids a nice break from the car. The service was fast and possibly the happiest I've ever encountered. Plus it's right next to my other favorite place in Casper- Racca's! Lovely place, highly recommended.

We had to park and walk up because so many streets were impassable. That said, we all got different bagel sandwiches and they were all fantastic except the cream cheeses ones. Cream cheese costs $0.85 more than any other cheese, and then they just hand you a small packet of cream cheese to add to your sandwich yourself rather than adding it during making the sandwich like the cheddar. If we had known, none of us would have chosen that at all. Still, overall delicious and pretty fast considering this was probably their busiest day of the year with a line out the door.

I have come away smiling! First, the service. The service is always top-notch. The servers at the window have all been colorful, warm, interesting and conversational characters! And not only do they talk to me like a human and they seem genuinely happy to see me, they treat my old boy like he's a citizen, too. He gets a pup-cup every time, and he get the choice between whip cream or ice cream, with a little doggie treat in it (of course he does, he's a dog). He gets excited every time I go there because he knows he'll be seen, given a special treat, and be talked to (he loves attention, food, and just generally being spoiled). My drink is always the same, so I am not sure of other choices, and I never order the food (a bit too pricey for me) but my drink is the pumpkin caramel latte (I think, haha) with extra caramel and a helping of whip cream on top. SO good. I am glad that I listened to the server's suggestion and tried it. So sweet and so tasty! Between the cool and oh so interesting servers and the quality drink every time, as well as the first class treatment of my old boy, I gotta give this place five stars. Maybe one day I'll be able to stop and go inside but I am always on the go, and I usually have my old boy. Keep up the good work, y'all. It included 2 orders of rolls, 5 sides, 2 kinds of meat, and 2 desserts. I was assigned a pick up time of 7pm-8pm, they got my order together and shuffled us out the door. When I got home and was unloading my car, I realized they had forgotten one of the rolls. I called them at 7:23pm and asked if I could come back and get them, and they said "well we are only here for 15 minutes so you need to hurry"..... (when we got there, they had tables full of food waiting to get picked up still so not sure why the rude comment about hurrying was necessary. I understand wanting to go home but YOU chose to do a 7-8pm pickup time and YOU forgot part of my order) I didn't receive any printed instructions on reheating/baking but realized later on that other customers had printed instructions so not sure why we didn't get any for our order. I spent $350 and was very disappointed in the meal. The rolls were hard, the sides lacked flavor, the dessert was just okay. Maybe I had my expectations too high after seeing all of the pictures they had posted of the food. What REALLY gets me is the lack of customer service.. the response from the owner on reviews and via email. That alone made me never want to support this business again, and then add in the wasted $350 meal and now I really won't be back. This used to be my favorite place to take my kiddos for Saturday morning donuts but after seeing the owners responses to customers and how I was spoken to on the phone about the forgotten rolls- I'll find a different local business to support.
