At this particular location, parking is very limited as the slots are shared with other vendors. It is best to visit this location only for drive thru. Ive visited this location many times and parking/sitting is equally difficult to find. The dining furniture could also be updated. The chairs and table were unsteady and did not provide much comfort. Why I love the Starbucks app so much...you don't have to interact with an employee if they are having a bad day. Most managers need a training on "people will ALWAYS remember how you make them feel"... It's just coffee or tea lol or a frozen drink lol lol lol. As a former Starbucks employee who loved working what we called back then the "princess shift" 430am-930am, my favorite all time shift! But you definitely have to be a morning person and learn how to just smile...enjoying what you do...It's just coffee. So my store i typically go to in the mornings made my drink using the wrong milk this morning so I ventured to this location to see if they would remake my order since it was a little closer to my job....the manager on duty just seemed to be having an off day. I mean just the greeting from what I observed was all wrong. No smile, no welcome...no Good Morning...just nothing. I mean the way she was even interacting with her team. It was so unfortunate because she had a decent crew working this morning, knocking their drive thru orders out! I offered to pay for my remake, but she stated "no it's ok- just pay for the milk." But it was the attitude for me! And because she didn't specify my drink was a TRIPLE TALL OAT MILK extra HOT latte, it was remade like the first on that I was returning. Too sweet and tasting like a caramel macchiato...not even what I wanted. Not to mention without the extra shots lol. I ended up having to go on my app and order 2 extra shots for my drink...once it was made correctly...smh... lmao! Sometimes you just have to laugh at these things because it's not all that serious. Next time I'll just stick to my location and be more careful when making my order to ensure it's what I want... I'm very happy to see that this location has courteous service. The young man that was at the drive thru window was so polite, cheerful, and friendly. I feel that the person at any venue's window is a good representation of how the product is successful. And as I left thankful for my white chocolate mocha latte, I knew that this young person made my day a little more special because he actually had a genuine heartfelt smile. I ordered a trenta ice coffee, what I got was a venti but I got charged for trenta. Now it was a long car line and I decided to bring it to Yelp. Since trying this location I arrived one morning and a line was around the corner and they weren't open. ** Drive Thru Review ** Not a fan at all and no snub to the barista who took the order and later helped me at the window but the service is super slow at the window. I think all in all from the time I got in line, ordered and then received my drink at the window, it was about at least a 20 minute wait. The staff was super helpful and friendly. The drive thru line was empty (I went mid day around lunch). I was picking something up for someone else too. The gentleman that took my order was patient and answered a few questions I had about the new fall drinks. He also recommended me something to try (and it was YUMMY!) When I got to the window, the young lady at the window was so sweet. She greeted me, repeated the order back to me, we even chatted for a quick second and wished me a wonderful day. I've been coming to this Starbucks for almost 3 years. This is the closest store from my home so I frequent here very often, multiple times a week. I've never had any major issues. Sometimes the person taking the order sometimes is having a bad morning and is rude and less than friendly which is very annoying. Or it's 9 am and I have a taste for nitro cold brew and they're all out. How? The one thing I hate the most is when I'm ordering my drinks and during my order, I get "is that it; is that it?" He opened the window, scanned my app, passed me my drink and that was that. I've gone inside before and all the workers were in the "bar" area.
