I have visited literally hundreds of Starbucks' location since they've come into existence and although they all seem to be pretty consistence with the quality of the products they offer; the service, quality of the product, wait-time, cleanliness and accessibility of the location are the five points I will rate all of them on going forward - so to make the point I've recently incorporated a rating system based on this short list to calculate the rating of the locations I visit. I feel all these criterions are controllable by the corporation, the franchise owner or store manager. I NEVER go to this location, but my girlfriend does. So in the mornings, she'll go here as opposed to the Fulton Rd location. The orders are almost always wrong (order lemon bread and you'll get pumpkin or sometimes banana) and if you call the location they'll answer and hang up on you. Drive the extra mile and go to the Jackson location on Fulton Rd. They're kind, attentive and the drive thru goes quickly. read more

I normally don't go through your location but I tried it because it's so close to my job. I won't be going through the drive through again, because of Jeff. I went through the drive thru on Tuesday (8-27-19), offered to pay for the person's order behind me and proceeded to order two drinks. Jeff (the barista), was not happy and gave me attitude. I ordered two coffees. My order was very specific since I'm on a strict diet. The other was a pumpkin spice iced coffee. He handed me the iced pumpkin coffee and said it was the fancy one. I knew he was referring to "fancy one" as mine but it wasn't mine. It wasn't a big deal so I wasn't going to correct him. A coworker behind him corrected him saying "I'm making the special/ fancy drink right now". Jeff, again with an attitude, looked at me, corrected himself, and told me to "just read the sticker because it tells all." I laughed it off and went about my day figuring maybe he was just having a bad day. I went back on Thursday (8-29-19), pulled up to the drive through screen and Jeff asked me what I wanted. I started telling him my order, I was rudely interrupted to be told "hold on a second, I need you to simmer down." I am an assistant manager in customer service and telling a customer to simmer down is highly unprofessional, and completely inappropriate. He proceeded to tell me he no longer had cold brew. So, I just ordered an ice coffee. When I was waiting to pull up to the window I heard him being rude to other customers in front of me. I pulled up, got my iced coffee but it was still warm. It was absolutely disgusting because it was still hot on the bottom and ice mostly melted on top so the top was cold and on the bottom hot.... It was a waste of $5. I ended up dumping it out because I didn't have time to go back and have it remade. I can't bring myself to return to your store again. Definitely my worst experience at a Starbucks because of an employee who was rude, indifferent and sloppy. read more

everytime I come through this starbucks and ask for light ice I never get it. I came through yesterday afternoon and my Ice was filled all the way to the top. then I saw the barista dump out the rest of my drink because she put TOO much ice. this ice was filled all the way to the top. I ordered a pink drink and there was literally 2 strawberry's in there. they must of just ran out. but they should've let me know because that's what I look forward to. This Starbucks was great. I entered here around 6:30 am and people were already stopping in for coffee. The baristas were friendly and very quick in fulfilling my order. The store itself was spacious, well laid-out, and extremely clean. A few people were reading the paper quietly and drinking their coffee before headed to work, and others were already congregating in the comfy chairs. The store was clearly laid out in a way so that people can have a quiet space to read or do work while others can meet friends and share stories over a cup of coffee. Would definitely recommend stopping in for a quick bite or to do work for a bit. read more

I love Starbucks and spend a ton of money with them every year. This store, though, is nothing but a source of frustration for me. Slow slow service, with the occasional ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ and "well, we're so busy" as the explanation/apology. Most locations, upon seeing a customer as unhappy as I clearly was during this, my last visit to this location, would offer a replacement drink or something. I stood for 11 minutes waiting for my mobile order, while people came in and got their drinks and left and the drive through rolled along. From the time of my mobile order to the time I got my coffee, it was 17 minutes. Somehow, that seems acceptable to the staff here. Sadly, this is not my first experience like this at this location I know Starbucks is better than this. Do yourself a favor, choose another location. read more

I called, spoke with the manager, as did my mother and was told. "oh this happens all the time". she has yet to get her money back, and I have called corporate and they have yet to handle anything about my situation either. they PURPOSELY in my opinion do not give you a receipt, so you have no proof. the corporate office is a complete joke. They started cutting back on coffee refills . Second, mobile app orders are treated like third rate citizens. You always have to track someone down and ask about your order. They then look at some printer that's close to the floor, pull the drink stickers and start to make them. They apologize each time, but act like your a fool and they would have eventually got them. My last order had three drinks. They made the first drink and ignored the remaining two. 20 minutes after making the first drink, I went up and asked about the other two. That's when I got the 'tude. My favorite Starbucks !! I come here multiple times a week, usually late morning or around three in the afternoon. Some days the drive thru is packed while other days it's miniscule or completely empty. The staff are all friendly and helpful, never had an issue with a drink being gross or an order being messed up. Online ordering is smooth, as is going to the register or through the drive thru speaker. Some times they run out of fruit or a seasonal drink if in high demand but other than that i absolutely love this Starbucks and will continue to come here for a long time!! read more

This is a GREAT Starbucks. If I could bring myself to give a SB five stars, this would be one. The corner location gives a large footprint. This also means large windows in two sides up front, and even some light in the way back from a window on the door to the parking lot. The interior is huge, one of the biggest I've seen. There's a fireplace. Lots of comfy chairs (11! Seriously, 11! When so many Bucks get by with 2!) 9 two place tables. Five tables that are or could be four place. One six seat table. (My OCD just quieted down. Breathe!) But, really, it's spacious. The counter doesn't feel crowded by the merchandise. The staff here is fast, cheerful, and competent. My flat white was right on. Interestingly, they had dried blueberries with the oatmeal. (Could this be a winter thing? Or do I just visit too many CA Bucks and skew my sampling?) This is the Bucks where you should cozy down and write the next 50 Shades or HP. Go for it!! There is no drive thru--which I've found gives better service at the indoor counter. Even in the depth of winter, they have 2 outdoor tables up (smokers??). Not a very appealing outdoor area--skinny sidewalk right by parking lot (could be their only flaw). GREAT example of the chain. Here at 930pm and they close at 1100pm but when I order a coffee Matt in drive through explains it was brewed at 800pm and that he isn't able to brew anymore tonight but he can pour me a cup of the older coffee or only do a pour over. Hahaha maybe closing time should be 930pm then rather than 1100pm unless I get half off for ordering an old coffee haha. Very disappointed in the service at this location. First of all...check the year of the review...this new location is for 2017--- the old one was great.......but the new Starbucks at Canton, Dressler Road in Canton, OH Is the Worst place to go...who ever designed this should be fired. I went 3 times...never a place to park. IF You do go in, it is the longest wait because there are tons of drive u customers ahead of you! THen worse of all... when you try to leave there is NO extra lane beside the carry out lane to exit. You have to back out of your spot and TRY to squeeze out the same entrance lane that has a line of drive thru cars coming in! If the drive thru lane is long you can't even back out of your parking space. It's a nightmare! Last time I tried the Drive thru lane and it took so long I'll NEVER try to get a quick cup ever again at that store.....and when you finally exit you can only go right due to the rushing traffic on the left. HORRIBLE design....I use to love the old store and Always stopped there. I venture to say everyone hates this new store....plus the pizza place next door has to use the same disastrous parking lot adding to the obstacle course. read more
