But I like that it didn't add any extra sweetness since other places will soak their boba in syrup or honey, which can make the drink sweeter than expected. The creamed spinach was amazing, and the mashed potatoes were delicious. What truly made this experience stand out was the customer service. David and, I believe, Lance were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcomed. Their hospitality elevated the entire experience. While dining, I noticed several guests stopping to thank them, give them hugs, and say goodbye personally. That says a lot about how well they treat their customers. If management sees this, please know these two are incredible assets to your team and deserve recognition. We didn't order from the bar since we brought our own champagne, but the bartender was also very friendly. Based on the timing and symptoms, we strongly suspect the food may have been the cause. I contacted the restaurant the next day and spoke with a staff member (name starting with "A"). She took my number and said management would call me back. No one followed up. I called again a few days later, and was told the same thing -- still no response. It has now been about a month with no communication or resolution. Very disappointed with both the food quality and the lack of customer service. I would not recommend.
