I went to the Starbucks on Kenosha specifically, and they're a little hard to get to on my end but I keep coming back because the employees are always very sweet and efficient. It would probably be easier for me to go to more local coffee shops around my area, but I love their Mocha Cookie Crumble drinks and Starbucks is one of the only places I've ever found good cake pops which even inspired me to make my own. The ambiance was perfect for me as someone who can struggle in terms of sensory issues-- the music wasn't too loud or irritating, the environment was very neat and tidy, the lighting was gentle and pleasantly dim for the early afternoon, and it all felt like walking in and out of a well-oiled machine. I stopped by this Starbucks after dining at a restaurant nearby. I do feel the value of Starbucks has saturated or even declined since the COVID-19 pandemic. Overall, they have lost customers and the quality has gone down. Yet, price has gone up. I frequent Starbucks because of their lobby. I like to work on my laptop while enjoying my coffee. I dined in at this location, and they gave my coffee in a to-go cup. I would have preferred a mug when I stay in the lobby. Their lobby was empty on this visit which was nice for me. This much needed time for $6.91 was worth it. Overall, price control and understanding their customers' needs are things the company could work on. read more

Pros: they always make my order correct Cons: worst customer service of any Starbucks location. They're efficient but not friendly First, early in the morning they don't turn on any of their exterior lights so it looks like they're closed. This way, the drive-through never has people in it. Which I guess is good for the employees. Bad because my coworker is always driving by it. She can't find it in the dark. It's not a well lit street. Second, via the app I sent my order to the wrong location. In the past when this would happen, other locations would just make my drink there. But this location made me drive all the way to the other location (15 minutes away) to get my order and then I was super late for work. read more

Every time I go here I have a problem with at least one of my drinks if not both. This location is closer to me than other ones but they never seem to get my drink right. I am seriously trying to understand that if Starbucks provides a recipe guide to its baristas, why then are drink orders so hit or miss? I'm tired of wasting my money on poorly made drinks. When you order coffee as much as I do, you can tell most often by even just looking at it. Lord forbid it's busy. They really will serve you anything. I've slowed down a lot on going to Starbucks and have opted lately to make my drinks at home. The level of care they used to put into making your crafted drink seems to be fading. I had a great experience at this Starbucks! I went in to use my birthday coupon and the barista was very friendly. She upgraded my drink to the largest size before I asked which was great. I got a strawberry açaí lemonade and it was ready pretty quickly because there was no one waiting and only one person in line ahead of me. Since moving to Broken Arrow nearly a month ago, my old Starbucks is not mostly a memory and this has become "MY" Starbucks. Where I have frequented this location several times in the past, since making this my regular spot I have to say all of my experiences (drive thru only) have all been good ones. The person who takes my order over the intercom has always been friendly, when I get to the window to pay they are friendly and my order has always been correct. These factors for me are kay in have a chain location coffee experience. So far, I have no complaints and plan on enjoying my coffee here for as long as they keep up the great work! read more

This is a nice little Starbucks older style with parking lot patio seating. Not much parking space when all the strip mall businesses are going but everybody's in and out pretty quickly. The woman who took my order was very nice but whoever made my drink was terrible. I ordered a Venti Green tea iced latte with coconut milk and peppermint. It ended up being mostly milk and when I took a drink, the peppermint was all at the bottom of the cup. It wasn't very good at all. Not sure if it was just a bad day or what but definitely a 4/10. I've had great service at this Starbucks and mediocre service. Once, our barista went above and beyond when we ordered. He rang up our drinks and food separately so we could use two different BOGO codes, and he cranked out two delicious sandwiches and three drinks. Way to go, John! Today, not feeling well, a friend told me to order the "cough drop" or "medicine ball" I requested it and the guy said he'd never heard of it, didn't ask about it or offer. I had it pulled up on my phone from the Starbucks site and tried to show it to him. He said again he didn't know what it was, again didn't offer, and asked what else I'd rather order. I love me some Starbucks but this is one of the worst locations around town. The lines are always long and painstakingly slow. I've been several times and just had to leave because the wait time was ridiculous. I frequent several other locations in the Tulsa area and the lines there can get long but they move much faster. I've had several times where my drink order was incorrect at this location also. It seems that the staff just isn't as friendly as compared to other locations too. Any time I've tried to go in there is never anywhere to sit. I think they need to build another location nearby to remove some of the strain from this one and maybe things will improve. read more
