food - i do not frequent the restaurant regularly, but have a few favorite menu items from past visits, including the vanilla bean frap, horizon milk by the pouch, most any flavor of cake pop, and scones. however, today i went with a different drink order i'd tried before, the pike place medium roast drip coffee, which tasted good, and though the starbucks equivalent of a medium did appear especially big in the mug the barista offered me with my dine-in order, it has served me well thus far during the work shift that proceeded my dining experience. and also, i got a pumpkin loaf bread with pepita seeds, which i'd not tried before, but which seemed appropriate because of the association the restaurant has with pumpkin spice. and it was fluffy and quite tasty, though i'll admit i only say fluffy due to not liking to use the five letter m word usually associated with sponge cake. service - as i suggest above, the barista who received my order was accommodating in her offer for me to get the coffee in a mug. furthermore, there was an awe-inspiring coincidence of another guest ahead of me in line also with the name avery, and the barista, who i will leave unnamed in my review because i'm uncertain about how her name is spelled, coordinated the situation well by notifying her co-workers of the scenario so as to prevent confusion. ambiance - the most notable ambiance aspect during my coffee shop experience today was the tight but cozy waiting area for receiving drink orders, where the other customer named avery introduced herself and later her partner to me, the latter of whom i'll leave unnamed in my review due to uncertainty about how his name is spelled, though i was glad to be introduced. and lastly, while i did not get a table directly by the window on the visit today, i'm still appreciative of the coffee shop having such an option, along with shaded patio tables. read more

This is usually my favorite location to go to near where I live. However, customer service has been slipping recently. This morning I had a mobile order and was the only customer in the store when I arrived. I said good morning to the workers when I entered and was ignored. Sticky floors even at 8 a.m. the trash is always overflowing and the counters disgusting. Run a rag over it.. On more occasions than I can count, it will be absolutely packed. Line out the door packed and the baristas will literally whisper the order names. Not a soul can hear their drinks be called. So there's always a ton of drinks piled up on the counter. This is one of my very favorite Starbucks in town! I love the walk-up window and was super exited when they added that! It's been a while now, but I remain thankful for it! Utica Square is a favorite shopping destination anyway, so having this Starbucks there has always been a perfect fit! This Starbucks resides in the heart of Utica square, a well know upscale shopping area. The staff is always pleasant and not at all pretentious despite being located in such an upscale area. It's also the only location in Tulsa I know of that serves Starbucks Reserve coffee and has the Clover coffee press, a fun but more expensive treat to try! Judi has made my visits here even more enjoyable but adding special funny names to coffee that I take to my boyfriends work. Like any establishment, when it's busy expect lines to be long and a longer than average wait for your coffee. This starbucks inside is no different than any other around and the Baristas are super cool despite the uppity nature of the area. There is no drive thru here so you'll have to go inside. Be prepared to stand in line. This is a high traffic high volume area and gets a ton of business from the nearby hospital. Rumor has it the coffee is made strong here to accommodate the medical staff that comes from the hospital. My coffee always tastes good from here. It has to be be one of the busiest, most successful locations in the nation! We made a couple trips recently while at St John for daughter's birth. I was stopping every morning for coffee and Food but unfortunately I haven't been able to stop by in quite a while. Every time I went, there was always a very pleasant girl who remembered me. Today I stopped by for the first time in months and she was there and didn't even have a second thought about who I was or my name. She works in the morning and has very short brown hair( I really wish I knew her name, I didnt even think to look at her name tag). Love this starbucks. They have great service, a pretty location with a garden outside, and a nice patio. Iced caramel machiato's are my choice here in the summer, and espresso roast on the clover aka an Americano in the rainy/cooler months. The uniqueness that Utica Square has to offer really adds to my opinion of this location. Also I debated rating it 4 instead of 5 stars because of the lack of drive thru, however the fact that this is the only location in Tulsa with a clover machine makes it a 5 stars in my book still. The clover machine makes a special roast that really adds to the flavor of your beverage whether you like it hot or cold. The food is always solid here and there are some full meal options ranging from guilty pleasure pastries to healthy protein boxes. Whatever your mood, they've got your fix. I do the Starbucks rewards program and I've really found it to be one of the most beneficial rewards programs of all the ones I use. You can get rewarded by purchasing online or in stores and can order ahead on the mobile app. Don't forget to treat someone special to a beverage when you go here a score extra stars! If you come here often enough, the staff will get to know your name and favorite drink which is super cool in my books. read more

After coming here for just about every day for about a month, and off and on for years, I feel like I've gotten the feel and am officially ready to review. This is definitively the best Starbucks in Tulsa. I come here to study and the drinks are always right. The staff is super friendly, and if you come in enough, they start to recognize you (and your order) and it makes you feel good and also wonder if you have a problem. Gotta love it. The outdoor seating in lovely Utica Square is perfect during mild weather, but chilling in a booth during cooler days is just fine for me too. The only drawback for me is that on school days, around 3pm, the entirety of Cascia Hall seems to descend on this place like moths to a flame, so get ready for some teenage gossip. This is a very popular Starbucks in Tulsa. It is typically full of both students, business persons and shoppers. I have never seen it empty and when you think it's emptying out there are a fresh batch of customers stacking up just around the corner. The baristas here are pretty friendly and fast in the pour. There is both indoor and outdoor seating but it will fill up quickly so be aware of that of you plan on camping out here.
