This was pretty standard Starbucks. The baristas were friendly and working hard, in spite of orders being backed up. There was ample seating and plenty of it was available. There were outlets under almost every table, which was great. I got a sweet cream cold brew and a a seasonal sugar cookie latte. Both were lovely, but I was surprised at the price of my second drink. I got a venti, but my drink was about $8! It was tasty, but I'm not likely to order a seasonal drink with a mystery price tag again. I came on an unusual day (Black Friday), so most people were coming in for to-go orders and going through the drive through. I'm sure the ambiance is much more mellow on a normal day! read more

I've came to this Starbucks a couple times and I always order the same thing a mango dragon fruit refresher. Every time I've order this they just can't get it right. One day ordered it with NO lemonade and they put lemonade in it. Next time I come I say no lemonade with water instead of the lemonade and get no lemonade but it taste just like water! There is hardly no mango or dragon fruit taste. Outside appearance on the drink 10/10 taste 3/10. Of course I'm still going to drink it I paid 5 bucks!! So you know I'm not wasting 5 bucks. I order the EXACT same thing as my friend, BEFORE her. The excuse for not getting my order was "It didn't print the sticker". I watched this girl get my sticker AND stickers for 10 different orders, but mine?! It took 15 minutes for them to even make the drink. And that was only because I went to the counter. The recent policy changes really seem to have negatively impacted the employees. On top of supporting, and continuing to support, Israel's genocide of the Palestinian people, corporate has now also decided that their employees can not have personal style, as well as taking away necessary job equipment and resources. This is just meaningless punishment that costs their employees money to purchase new clothes, new hair dye, etc. The entire reason Starbucks was even worth working at was that you didn't have to sacrifice your piercings, hair color, or fashion sense, and that the company actually provided decent pay and benefits. Now, employees are regulated down to the color of their socks and hair clips, while not given enough hours to receive benefits and not paid a living wage even at the manager level. This company is digging their own grave by alienating their workforce, changing or removing successful items/recipes, and being generally awful around the globe. They barely follow labor laws here, and are under investigation for illegal slave labor of minors to produce their coffee internationally while greenwashing their public image. Absolutely disgusting and reprehensible all around. Hope the workers unionize and strike. read more

The this probably more Starbucks corporate than this Starbucks location as folks were working hard;nevertheless, Starbucks has become a beverage fast food store and can no longer be considered a coffee shop. I waited 10min for a black coffee and I was the only one in line. Every other customer was in a drive thru - 10 deep. The new coffee machines are mediocre. Folks save your money and get a neppreso machine and enjoy at home or in the car. Better, cheaper and faster. The experience is gone. RIRP Howard! read more

This is one of the first starbucks you'll encounter when driving North(east) from Knoxville on 81. While I don't drink Starbucks more than 2-3x a month I tend to flock to whatever one I can find while on road trips. Why do I turn into a basic you-know-what when I leave NY? Consistent caffeination (hotel and gas station coffee often tastes like regret), safe/clean bathrooms and tasty snacks. What's so special about this starbuck$? The girls who helped us were sweeter than pecan pie, made our drinks correctly and gave us the largest ice water possible when I told them about our 10 hour journey back to new york. Absolutely fabulous experience! We will be visiting again on the way back home. The location is easy to maneuver, and the people are just so cheerful and helpful. We had a lovely visit with them and they helped us pick out the perfect drinks for what we needed--a pick-me-up for me and warm goodness for mom. A strawberry refresher and peppermint hot chocolate later, we were back on the road and better than ever. Definitely a great stop when traveling! read more

Such good customer service! My mom and I were greeted as soon as we stepped through the door and even up at the register. We received our drinks quickly. Baristas accidentally served my mom a batch of the pike that happened to go cold from sitting out for a while so they brewed her a brand new batch then hand delivered her the coffee by the sweetest barista named Destiny. She even apologized by giving her a gift card for the inconvenience, all though it wasn't a big deal. Even so, our drinks were amazing. Will stop by again if I get the chance! read more

Arrived 2 hours before yelp says they close. They now close at 7pm. Got there at 6:58. Still serving a long line at drive thru, but would still not let me in to quickly go to the bathroom. Really just came to see if they had Reusable Straws for sell since I needed them for my stainless steal cup. Which they did have some but only color green. They came in 2 reusable straws and a cleaning brush and a little pouch which is super cute. Just wish they had them in clear as will. While I was there I got a lemon pound cake. October 2nd 2022. That date marks today, the day I walked into this Starbucks looking to grab a white chocolate mocha to keep me warm on this nippy, chilly morning. My eyes were quickly diverted when I stepped inside to see a beautiful fluffy black and white bunny rabbit. It's tail was so puffy and had the cutest little black whiskers that made me smile from ear to ear. This was the cherry on top to my stay in Bristol Tennessee, truly stunning. I would have never thought a quick trip for a latte would rock my world and turn it upside down. I will insert a picture below of the bunny in its natural habitat. When I first got to Bristol, honestly, I was just down the D's. We pulled into town and we're greeted by the hell hole they call Travel Inn. IT WAS SO BAD. Our weekend quickly got better when we went old lighthouse diner, right across the street from the travel inn surprisingly, and just got some finger licking good bread. Also, country thunder was pretty cool honestly some of the people were a little mean but forgive and forget am I right. I will reiterate that Starbucks was the cherry on top I am so happy that you allow pets in this fine establishment! A sweet treat along with a free ticket to a petting zoo, I can not emphasize enough how perfect my visit was to this Starbucks, seriously a dream come true. read more
