I generally go to Starbucks to by COFFEE beans. Normally I purchase other interesting items they have on display. Yesterday I went to Starbucks to get coffee as usual. They had none on the shelf. The person with whom I was speaking asked manager if they could make me a couple of bags. I don't know what was said but it amounted to. "We're to busy" well that's the last time I'll go there. Come to find out I can get it for the same price at Amazon. And, save time and gas. Plus I'm not tempted to buy something for which I did not go shopping. read more

SLOWEST STARBUCKS EVER! I popped in for a gift card, decided on a coffee to go as well. Time stamp on receipt was 2:17p; did not coffee in hand until 2:24p. The inside service was completely in the weeds; drive-thru a priority for service (average time seemed to be 3+ minutes). I recommend drive-thru if you're in a hurry. Literally the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to in my entire life AND THEY WEREN'T EVEN BUSY!!! There were four freaking baristas working, two people ahead of me in line (one didn't order a drink, just a slice of lemon pound cake) and it still took 20 full minutes to get my tall iced coffee which literally requires no fancy mixing. You just pour the coffee from the pitcher and some cream and viola! I almost asked if I could make it may damn self at one point. So frustrating, every time I come here it's slow. My favorite Starbucks. What I like the most about this place is that they stay open till 12:00am! great for night owls like us! Also, the baristas are friendly and always treat like family. I go super early in am (0540) for my tall white choc mocha & they make it perfect & on schedule! Plus the girl makes sure not to over fill so there's no spillage or leaking which is a must when making these beverages, we don't want to wear em-I've been to others that are slower then molasses & half my drink spills out from how crapy the lid is put on or over filling! Wow, longest wait time I've ever had to go through. I expected to wait at least a little while but figured once I got my drink it'd be worth it. After being trapped in the line for more than a half hour I received my drink and realized it wasn't what I ordered. The order was typed in correctly but wasn't made properly. Let me first say that I have not yet been to a Starbucks that wasn't super busy but this one is ridiculous. However, it is to be expected because of it's close proximity to the Westgate Brandon Mall, the AMC movie theater and the I-75 exit. When they first opened they were extremely slow getting orders out, especially for the drive thru. I thought I might run out of gas while waiting. They have gotten a little better with time but still too slow. Keep in mind the location if you plan to go to this one. You WILL wait. read more

This is by far the loudest Starbucks I have ever been in. I don't expect them to be a library but people do come here to talk w friends and expect to hear them talking. The music is way to loud which makes the baristas yell louder which makes the customers yell "whatttttt". Then if you do come here with a friend please don't expect to hear them. This is my favorite Starbucks in Brandon. The customer service is very conducive and welcoming. I also like the availability of a drive-thru. The one on Causeway is closest to my home, but their staff sucks! I always love grabbing my coffee and frappucinos on the go from here! read more

This Starbucks has some of the friendliest Baristas in town. I visited right before they were about to close with a group of friends and there was no rush whatsoever. In fact, they were very lively and were playing a game with their manager to see if they could get a customer to do the Zena Warrior call. Well, luckily they picked the right people because my friends and I are always up for a good challenge. In return for participating, they gave me and my friends all a free drink. It was the most fun I've personally experienced within a Starbucks. Definitely made my night!! read more

I love Starbucks and until I visited this location, had never received anything less than 5 star service. I visited this location several times using only the Drive- Thru. Each time I waited 5 minutes or more. It seemed like a really long wait for a drive thru but I chalked it up to them being really busy inside. I decided i'd try going inside to see if the service was faster. It took twice as long and there were only two other people in the store and one had already received their order. My drink was as expected but it was definitely the nastiest Starbucks I have ever been in. The trash was over flowing and there were straw wrappers and sticky spots all over the floor and the tables had obviously not been wiped down recently. Also, there was a random woman gossiping on a cellphone walking around aimlessly and leaning all over the counters. I'm not positive she worked there but her clothing seemed to fit the uniform and she was behind the counter at one point. There are so many Starbucks in the area that I just don't see myself visiting this one if I don't have to. read more

The location of this Starbucks is convenient as well as the drive thru. However, each time I have been in the drive through, I have had to wait for almost 10 minutes to get my drink. This Starbucks always gets the simplest orders wrong. I order a venti iced caramel mocha with no whip cream. It came with whip cream and tasted like milk. This is not the first time they have messed up my order. There is another Starbucks on US 301 that is much better. read more

Probably the worst Starbucks I've very visited. Don't know why I keep thinking it'll get better. Drive thru is a nightmare. Line is always long and they seem to always get my drinks wrong. Poor service. Went through drive through. Allergic to dairy and soy. Starbucks menu boasts of coconut so attempted to orde a drink with coconut milk. Girl on speaker acted like we were talking a cryptic when we asked for coconut milk. Then when asking for sparkling berry drink was immediately told they were out of apple juice. I've been to this location 3 times. Each time the service was slow. My last trip I got a trenta ice coffee with 2 shots of espresso and it cost me $20. Why? I paid with a 20 and asked the barista to put it on my starbucks card and then take the drink off of the card. He spent a lot of time doing this and then said the register wasn't printing receipts. I've never had a problem before so I told him that was fine and drove off. The next time I tried to use my card I had a 0 balance. Where was the $14+ that should have been there? I called the store, the manager was too busy to speak with me and I left my name and number. She never bothered to return my call. That's fine, I won't return to your location, ever. I emailed starbucks.com and got a portion of what should have been there. I'm definitely exploring other coffee options now. read more
