I've been patronizing this Starbucks in my neighborhood for over 15 years and it's one of the higher volume locations so when I consistently experience great customer service and hospitality it's especially impressive. Hope is an accomplished tenured manager of this higher volume location and she's blessed to have on her supervisor team Levy, Anya and Ariana who each exude exemplary dedication and care for my experience and beverage quality every time they offer their stellar service! Nothing special and not well cleaned. No milk or sugar out for you to use. The place looked trashed on a Saturday afternoon. The service was great though. He took his time with my wife's difficult order. They also have blond toast in the afternoon. read more

This Starbucks is located inside of a mall, and is actually pretty good! Usually the mall Starbucks's are not very good, but not this one. This place is very spacious with a lot of room for seating. Service is good, not great, and the drinks are quality. Recommend. read more

There's a first time for everything! I've never stepped foot into a Starbucks where there wasn't a line much less not a single patron. Today must have been my lucky day. I walked right up to the line with no wait! There were two staff working, the cashier taking the orders and the barista. Both were super friendly. I was greeted upon arrival and when I picked up my beverage, a blended mocha frappuccino, the barista wished me a good day. For social distancing safety measures, there were markers and spots on the ground of where to stand to wait for the orders. The seating area was temporarily closed. The store was very organized. I was impressed with my experience today especially the friendly customer service and the speediness of my order. read more

This Starbucks location is by far the worst I've ever been to--and the most important issue is the rude, unprofessional staff who seem more interested in arguing than doing their jobs. On the first day, I ordered a drink and politely asked for a cup of water. I had already made a purchase, but instead of just giving me the water, three workers who were standing around doing nothing started arguing with me. Any one of them could've just handed me the cup and moved on, but they turned it into a scene. One of them even lied and said she had taken my order and claimed I never asked for water--when she never helped me at all. It was someone else who took my order. The dishonesty and attitude were unbelievable. Despite how uncomfortable and disrespectful that visit was, I came back the next day to give them another chance. That's when they got my drink wrong again. I calmly pointed it out and even offered to pay again just to fix it. Instead of helping, I overheard them behind the counter saying, "She did this yesterday," like I was trying to scam them--when all I had done the day before was ask for a cup of water with my paid drink and got treated like a problem for it. The drink mistakes are frustrating, but the rude behavior, the lies, and the way the staff gossips about customers behind the counter is what makes this place truly unacceptable. There's no professionalism, no courtesy, and no accountability. I won't be returning, and I strongly suggest avoiding this location if you expect to be treated with even basic respect. read more

Starbucks location located inside the Westfields Montgomery Mall on Democracy established in the ritzier Wildwood Shopping Center, just across from the Microsoft store. Nice and spacious with decent working space. Super convenient if you're just walking in the mall window shopping or if you're waiting out car service at Jim Coleman's across the road. Staff are pleasant and efficient. Have never had to wait long regardless of whether I order at the register or do mobile order. read more

Starbucks might be the busiest place in the mall, without question. Craving a kick of caffeine, I popped in her to order my usual and the line was hella long!! But as any coffee lover would do, I stood in the line, debated mobile ordering but the result would still be the same in the form of a wait. Ordering is easy and the baristas were friendly and engaging. My drink was fab and I appreciate that the barista making the drink clarified with me to make sure he understood what I was asking for. My SB visits are usually good ones, yet unfortunately not this time. I am cognizant that the mall location makes it a heavier presence of customers. However, the head Barista in charge needs to make sure they have the appropriate staff to assist the large amount of revolving customers. I saw the long line before heading into Macy's so I opted to save time & placed a Mobile Order. Unfortunately, that effort didn't work out in my favor as when I arrived 20 minutes later my order was still not ready & had to be remade due to error. The customary friendly faces were nowhere to be found, the restroom was untidy & various customers had to request the napkins & other items to be replenished. On a positive note, this location offers the same full gamut of menu items, retail products & adequate seating options with tables & a bar by the pickup area with 4 stools. read more

To start, my drinks are never made correctly but I don't usually mind because I assume that's just a barista learning. Who knows. This is a convenient location for some coffee in the Mall. Store looks new and hip too. But it has limited seating area (given the size of the store). Lines are generally long too and that affects the time it takes to get a drink and also the quality of the drink. The final product can be a hit or a miss depending on the barista and how busy the store is. Given the dearth of places to get coffee at this mall, I guess we will have to live with this level of service :( read more

Very neat, sleek, and modern interior which is expected of most Starbucks cafes, but this location in particular blends right in with the upscale shops and restaurants of Montgomery Mall. Ordering baked goods or ready to go items from the refrigerated section to the right usually takes seconds. Obviously, purchasing an actual drink takes longer as the baristas must prepare it. The selection of snacks and treats was very extensive and varied, with everything from bagged sweet potato chips to individually-wrapped cranberry-orange scones. One star deducted because it can get very busy, especially on weekends and Friday nights when you can expect an up to 10 minute wait for a single drink. read more

Conveniently located in the Montgomery Mall. At a mall this size, one needs coffee to make it through, Starbucks coffee to the rescue... but just have to wait in the loooooong line. Normal Starbucks, just really busy and the cream/milk/sugar island is usually out of stock and dirty. So another wait to get the milk or napkins refilled. The cashiers are not as nice here which I guess is due to the large number of people and they don't have time to be nice? I don't think that's a good reason to be rude to customers though. read more

There is a woman named Emily in the Starbucks at Montgomery Mall. VERY VERY RUDE. She was awful. I gave her my gift card that had 10 dollars on it. I owed her $10.50 As I struggled to look for some change, my friend started to look for 50 cents in her wallet. The woman gave attitude, took 50 cents out of some plastic box, and said "NEXT IN LINE" she had no patience at all. She was extremely rude and I asked her co worker what her name was and she told me. And there were people before me still without their drinks. I don't know if they know how to effectively manage their time here. Another Starbucks. I came in to get something to drink to go with my lunch from a neighboring grocery store. My daughter usually get this shaken sweetened passion fruit tea lemonade or something like that so I picked it up on my own today. The barista got my order wrong but quickly corrected it without issue. I'm here around 12:30, I don't know if that's a slow hour for them, but I didn't have to wait long for my drink which was nice. This store is deeper than I've seen others, but it was clean. The gender neutral bathroom I used was fairly clean, could have used a broom, but ok nonetheless.
