This is an incredibly busy location off of the I-10 W heading into Houston. Certainly a convenient stop when traveling, yet be wary that this location is so busy that the drive thru traffic at times almost spills onto the service road. As a result, the walk-in traffic is just as busy. The term "peak" is something that can describe this location at any hour of the day. If staffed properly, the employees at this location do a great job in accommodating each customer request as well as doing their best in getting the order out correctly. Parking here is at a premium, so please be patient. AsvIve been here several times over the years and haven't had any issues regarding cleanliness or customer service, I give this location the benefit of the doubt in being one of the good ones to stop at when traveling to and from Houston. Patience is the key here. For those that are impatient, Target & Kroger Starbucks locations are further done Garth Road (good luck with that). read more

The drive through line had about 3 people in front of us it took 10 minutes to order and we sat waiting to order for 15 minutes after we ordered and pulled up to the window we noticed 5 people working. The food and drinks were fine. The service was horrible. When we mentioned the wait time to the worker she said "oh sorry" and rolled her eyes. We stopped here on our way to a funeral. First of all, we waited at the drive through to place our order for more than 5 minutes. The guy came on twice to tell us he "would be with us in a minute" and when I was finally able to place my order and drive to the pick up window, there were three other cars in line. Again, we waited and by the time I received my order, it had been 19 minutes. When my husband said something about the wait time, the guy just shrugged. Watch out for the big pot hole as your turn into the parking lot. The damn thing is so deep I thought I had gone to hell. I've visited this location several times because I have family in Baytown and every time I visit they are SUPER SLOW! They also aren't as nice as other locations that I have gone to. When I get to the window there are no smiles or greetings it's just a sad "That'll be $6.75!" By the time I got my drink it was no longer hot, but lukewarm. I highly doubt I'll be back. So I've been in Baytown since October 2018 and have patron this Starbucks a few times. 1. Horrible road entrance huge pot holes 2. Drive through is horrible. You will get blocked in if you go during early morning. Mid day or evening. 3. Ordering inside takes forever. The longest I waited was 16 minutes for an ice coffee. 4. Most of the staff i have interacted with don't give a shit about how you ask for your coffee. 5. Manger isn't even aware of how unprofessional this place has become. 6. Driving out of Houston east bound late afternoon I knew my Starbuck options would be limited once the area turned rural so as I normally do when traveling in an area not so familiar I opened the app to see where my opportunities lie. I knew not planning ahead would have me driving for an extended time with an empty coffee mug and that's never good after working most of the day. I definitely needed to clear the city's quagmire of traffic before exiting to attain my fix or satisfy my addiction to caffeine although I know deep down inside its not an addiction and I can usually rationalize anything, so this stop was for safety reasons since I had quite a drive ahead of me (how simple is that). After taking the exit and circling around under the overpass and moving over to the right there stood a grand example of a Starbucks, trying to save time I opted to drive through being this involved getting behind only a few cars how long could it take? Another good choice it turns out the service was very efficient, my order was accurate and I saved time by giving the change to the extremely friendly staff at the widow and I was on my way. This is a beautiful location I hope to stop in and go inside my next trip through the area this is a really large store compared to most. read more

Oh Baytown Starbucks...this is by far, the slowest and possibly worst location I have been to. I moved to the Baytown area almost a year ago and this store cannot seem to get it together to me. They don't seem that happy and are rude to customers. The manager is rude when I've had to speak with her. The crazy thing is, the district manager is the same as the one I use to go to in Summerwood, but the care doesn't seem to be there at all. Today, I my mobile order was placed at 12:44p, I didn't get my drink until 1p and I had to ask abt my order. When I asked, I was told they are running abt 15 mins behind and he just got there and trying to get everything out quicker. I just wanted to give a shout out and a big big thank you to a pretty girl named Bri !! let me just say acts of kindness goes a long way, and I never ever post a review by the way, so I just had to there was a man that was in front of me that couldn't make up his mind on what he wanted, and I was in line, waiting to purchase a cup there was a lady next to me who I think had an Uber order and was such an a hurry and in a rush to get her order that when the man left and she got helped next mind you she skipped me and I didn't say anything she told Bri you skipped me you helped him first and I was here and you just skipped me and I saw the whole thing and I was like excuse me, ma'am, she didn't skip you he was first and I was next and then you came and then she just said oh OK and didn't even apologize and then when I went to purchase my cup it was a little dusty and so I asked if she can wash the cup for me and she did with no issues and filled it with iced water (I ordered a venti iced water also) and if you ever had Starbucks water it's fucking amazing lol I just want to say thank you so much for helping me out and don't let anybody ever get you down or try and talk to you like that especially when you did nothing wrong!!! Wish I could give them zero starts. They do not look like as shown in the pictures. The place is so filthy and looks like trash. Coffee spills everywhere. Napkins everywhere on the floor. The employees don't care. The other day I saw the lids of coffee cups were knocked off on the floor by a customer and he just picked all of them from the floor and placed them right back. The employee just laughed with him. I was like "Hey all of them are contaminated" by all the filthy things on the floor and bacteria/viruses in this flu season, Please don't place them back but I guess it's okay with the employees as they don't care. This is quite literally the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. I went through the drive through. As I pulled up to order, my partner took my three little kids inside to the bathroom because we'd already been in line for over 15 mins. They went potty & got back before I'd even finished placing my 3-drink order (just lattes & one had oat milk. Not a crazy order or anything). If you have ever been around small children, you know how much of a production it is to get one kid to the bathroom, much less three. I walked in at 9:00am, ordered my two drinks, and watched people for 40 minutes purchase and leave with their drinks, including people in the drive thru. I asked twice where my drinks were and they kept saying "we'll get it for you" and "it'll be right out", but nothing happened. I eventually had to go to the counter and ask for a refund and when she asked why, I said it's been 40 minutes since I ordered my drinks and then she realized she never actually put in the order, but still took my money.
