Good and fast service, always well stocked with coffee and food ! I come in usually when I'm getting my nails done across the shopping center at Iris nails. I rarely get cold drinks but today I got the vanilla cold brew because I need a pick me up. They say the cold drinks have more caffeine (not sure if that's true). It was a little too sweet for my liking but I just added some half and half. I also ordered the peanut butter cup cookie, OH YUM ...so good ! All in all this Starbucks is pretty consistent on flavors and freshness of goodies. I recommend them and will return as I spend a lot of time on this side of town for nails, hair and church. read more

I recently started working closer to this location and have stopped in 4 times this past week. The first 3 visits were great. The drive through line was really long but moved very quickly. My order was correct and tasty. The 4th day I think they were training a new employee and the line took me over 25 mins to get through. I was late for work. But my order was right at least. Not all Starbucks are the same. I've tried a few- some are dirty, some have staff that aren't customer focused and some don't follow the recipes. I like this particular Starbucks because it's clean, the staff are friendly and well trained and aim to please the customer. read more

I come here often. Usually if I place my mobile order within 15-20 I can endure about a 3-5 min wait. And that's NOT BAD at 6:30am! However, it seems they have new staff in the morning shift. I came earlier today. The wait took 20 minutes. That's entirely unreasonable for ppl who are on a time crunch--which is all of us who need coffee at 6:30. I would be more forgiving but I think it's wholly an ignorant move to place so many new or slower folks in the morning. That should be your best and brightest. The ppl who leave bad reviews are likely there in the mornings--think traditionally type A ppl over preparing for slow service and still meet it. I'll add the staff had a huge backup with just 3 ppl waiting and 3 sitting (stickers) for mobile orders. One individual really seemed overwhelmed by the pressure and annoyed a customer bc he could not distinguish water from lemonade. Another would not assist w/ drinks and only handled food while we ALL could see her coworkers struggling. Same for the drive thru operator. They were clearly inexperienced. These things stand out to us as we're waiting for the coffee we haven't started our day with and watching as we become now late for work bc we counted on you. I'm happy to fix this review once management addresses these simple fixes. read more

Inconsistent and slow. Four times now, I have ordered my coffee when i left my house. I live 20 minutes away. When i got there, my coffee still wasn't ready and i had to wait an additional 10-15 mins. i order the same thing every time, nothing too fancy. The last four times i ordered, my coffee it has tasted completely different. I find that a little ridiculous. I won't be returning to this location during the morning hours any time soon. read more

This seems like a pretty busy location the baristas were on top of it though. I liked the seating in here and it was very clean. Everything seemed to go smoothly. Store is dirty. All three trash cans are full and no one is bothering to change out the trash. My frappuccino is very milky. It's suppose to have shots in it and I noticed the barista filled to the second line which is incorrect considering I've been drinking the same frappuccino for years. Proper training is needed for these baristas on making proper drinks. There were 5 baristas on the floor at once and I just don't understand how the store can be this dirty. Very disappointed. The baristas were nice tho. That wasn't the problem...it was cleanliness and quality of the beverage that earned this Starbucks two stars. read more

Friendly but slow staff. They had a huge line in the drive thru so we went in expecting to get served in a timely manner. We weren't in a hurry so it wasn't that big of a deal, but it took forever. I completely agree with Joshua H. my roommates and I were driving back to Houston from NOLA and we were all in desperate need of some Starbucks love. Now I've worked for Starbucks for 2 years in the past so I am very particular with everything when I walk in to a Starbucks. This place was super clean, the pastries were organized perfectly, they have an oven at this location which means super yum breakfast sandwich for me, the bathroom was stocked and super clean, and all of our drinks came out as ordered and in no time at all. What really sends this Starbucks over the edge, are the partners [employees]. The people on staff were SO nice, they were ready at a moment's notice to take my order, but also patiently waited for my friends to take their time deciding, and were incredibly personable. I previously considered Starbucks to be a relatively responsible company but trying to prevent states from requiring GMO labeling is VERY far from anything I expected. The drive thru order board is a little difficult to see, but most people already know what they want anyways, right? Tried to go order by lining up on the drive through. It was taking way too long, so I left to go to Royal Standard on Perkins (which had ZERO parking, btw), circled the parking lot and came back. I cannot explain how disappointing this place is. I only come to this location when I have to, but after three straight trips of terrible experiences, I would rather go without than return.
