When the biscuit arrived, I was instantly deceived- it looked to be a hard, overcooked biscuit. Boy, was I wrong. This biscuit was pure perfection. It had a buttery, crisp outside and was soft and delicious on the inside. This was such a great find during our stay in Heber Springs. It really was more the second waitress's attitude, and the way she spoke to us that was irritating and completely unnecessary as no large groups ever came and sat at the larger tables.
