Actually, this is a much superior Starbucks than the other one across the street. Every other car going to and from Las Vegas and Los Angeles stops at the other one (without a drive thru). The more inland you go, the perception is that the people are rougher and tougher. But, that's all a facade, and it quickly breaks down at this, and any, Starbucks. Even big biker guys stop by at this Starbucks order their coffee. And they actually acknowledge you while you stand around in line with them. This is an instant confidence booster and suddenly I found myself with a lot of street cred. I can imagine that this Starbucks would be a safe haven during the hot summer months. However, last week, the weather was perfect. Since most people end up going to the non-drive-thru version, this one is easier to order from. I can tell that this Starbucks is definitely where the locals go (however little that population actually is) because you see people who look more settled taking advantage of the wi-fi or reading a book rather than a family full of kids wearing loud t-shirts arguing over what to order. Though this Starbucks could easily make a career out of charging people to use their restroom, they don't. In fact, the restroom is not your typical single-stall restroom that most Starbucks have. They actually have two urinals and two stalls in the mens restroom alone! If my math serves me correctly, that means that the turnaround time for taking a piss is reduced by like 75% or something like that. If you need caffeine to stay awake, and you're going to Las Vegas from LA, and you need to stand up, and/or you need to use the restroom, this Starbucks is a must stop. read more

There's not much on the drive from Southern California to Las Vegas- but at least there's Starbucks. We stopped here for a stretch and a cold drink during our trek to Vegas. Although not as quick as other locations, the baristas were friendly and took their time to greet each customer. Our drinks were prepared as ordered. Ordered my drink, went to the restroom, came out and they are chatting about their love lives, which would be fine if my drink was sitting there waiting. If I could give this Starbucks less than 1 star I would! We stopped by on Friday night around 9, there were a few customers with drinks but we were the only 3 ordering. It took 5 minutes to be acknowledged and get our orders taken. The staff was busy chatting about their lives and needed to wait for a break in the action to help us, the customers. Our orders were correct so maybe the one star was warranted. However, the store was FILTHY!!!!! I have never been in a dirty Starbucks but this was B rating material dirty. The trash cans were over flowing, the cream bar was covered in sticky sugar, coffee and cream. There was 1 large straw and about 10 small ones. The cinnamon etc was all low and the shakers dirty looking. The tables had trash on them, YUCK! I would not return here, if it wasn't 9pm and us in need of caffeine, we would have left before they realized we were in the store. I am just thankful we didnt get sick! I advised the lead person of the situation and was told they are to busy to take care of the restroom!! We stopped for coffee here on the way to Vegas. Although the service was terrific, the coffee was the worst I have ever tasted. It's like they don't clean their machines or something. I don't usually review Starbucks locations, I usually just checking here. But this location begged for me to let you know how bad it was. I stopped in just like everybody else does on their way to Las Vegas. I didn't think too much about it. It's a Starbucks. How bad could it get? Well, I should have known this wouldn't be a great experience by the trash all over the parking lot. but that's not the reason for the bad review. As I was walking in, a homeless man was in the breezeway because that was a ledge or a table there. He was scooping out the leftovers of other people's food right there in front of the Starbucks customers. Now I'm all for feeding the homeless and treating them well, however,the employees of Starbucks should have found him a better place to do that than where the customers enter their establishment. But that's actually not the worst part. When I did get in to order my drink, the employees were chatting with each other behind the counter and took a while to acknowledge me before taking my order. I ordered a Venti black tea, and they were out, so I had to amend my choice. I hope that this was a one-time bad experience and that they were just having a bad night. Wow, the baristas here are incredibly inattentive. I understand that there's a line of people but all other Starbucks that I've been at has handled it beautifully and effortlessly. Not this one. The girl seemed very flustered and didn't seem to be listening to what the customer is saying. While my salted caramel hot chocolate was fine, my poor buddy Deanne H. didn't fare as well. She specifically told the girl behind the counter that she wanted soy milk instead of regular cow's milk. She can't process cow milk, you see. Well, we get our orders and went on our way. About an hour later, Deanne starts having severe stomach cramps. She takes one look at her cup and noticed that they put in COW's milk and not the requested (and paid for!) soy milk. Deanne suffered quite a bit for that absent-minded mistake of the barista. Needless to say, I'm not returning to this Starbucks ever again. I'll wait until we pass by another one so I can get the service that I'm used to. read more

Stopped in to grab an iced coffee to keep me awake for the remainder of my drive to Vegas. No drive-thru option here so you'll have to go inside. It's pretty much like most other Starbucks I've been to. Barista was friendly and service was quick. I also hit the restroom while I was there and am hap to report that it was clean. Now, before I begin, this review is for the Starbucks with the drive-thru on the west side of Lenwood Rd. There is another one across the street. It is store #10709. The vibe here was really chill for being an obviously high-volume freeway-side drive-thru Starbucks. Great location for a Starbucks. I was driving down to Vegas and really needed a boost of energy. We walked in here around 9:00 am on a Thursday and the store was decent. There was a few bits of trash here and there but I am sure it was left behind by the group that just left. The workers here was really nice and they had a big smile to their faces. I come to this Starbuck's all the time when driving from L.A (not the Cafe across the street) and I have never had an issue. I'm Lactose intolerant aka I can't drink "Cow's Milk" (Why specify what animal the Milk came from? Was Goat an option that we needed clarification?). They associates are always nice and attentive and I always check my cup just in case since they do have up to 15 cups on there bar at a time and I don't want to suffer on the drive. It's in the outlet area, between IHOP and Panera. Service is fast. Lots of people drive through the area and stop by here to pick up a drink or Power Lunch Bag $8 thing. I will make this spot my favorite rather than my old spot at Flying J. Will come again when we are on the way to return home. read more

Great Starbucks location with a spacious seating area & nice selection of snacks & sandwiches. This was my first time getting a panini sandwich & it was heated up beautifully where the bread was crisp & the cheese melted. They also have free WiFi & the air conditioning on full blast, so it's a nice break on a hot day.
