Came here tonight at 9pm looking for nice hot beverage for the long trek home. Used the bathroom first and found disgusting urine all over the floor, dirty footprints from tracking toilet fluid in all around and tracked outside. The odor of the bathroom was appalling. Left this place and told every customer that entered the bathroom is terrible. Went to Panera instead! If the quality of the bathroom is this poor, how sanitary is the rest of the place. read more

This is a good spot to take a break when going to and from Vegas. It can get crowded, and the restrooms aren't super clean, but clean enough. There's a lot of traffic that goes through here, which makes this location pretty crowded at times. In my local area, I see people reading or studying - but here, people are here for a coffee break and / or to use the restroom. That's about all it's here for. read more

This Starbucks is conveniently off the 15 freeway in Barstow. Whenever I pass by Barstow, this location is always my go-to place for coffee. Since it is near the outlets in Barstow, it does get pretty busy with long lines, but my wait times haven't been unreasonable. The customer service here has always been consistently good. When my son spilled his drink, they were nice about helping me clean it up and giving him another one. I'd definitely recommend this Starbucks. read more

My wife and I stopped at this Starbucks on our way home from Vegas. When we walked in we wanted to throw away some trash from our car it was like half a small McDonald's bag worth of stuff. So the trash can was filled to the brim we were left standing there trying to figure out how it got this way. Was there a zombie apocalypse and everyone had to flee so they couldn't empty the trash? Was it some kind of dimensional vortex and no one could see the trash pile but us? No it's just lazy ass workers. Then one of the employees, a delightful young lady (slim with a pony tail you know who you are) took a break from what looked like an unsuccessful attempt at trying to read the side of tazo tea box, looked up and said "you know there's another trash can on the other side?" Her condescending tone was a little of putting but also I'm pretty sure she wouldnt know what the word condescending means. And no, we didn't know there was another trash can on the other side of this room we had never in our lives had been in until 30 seconds prior when you watched us walk in. So we take our bag to the other trash can conveniently hidden from plain sight on the other side of the Starbucks when low and behold we spilled a little bit of water. We were gonna apologize but didn't have time when the young lady shouted "your spilling!" You would've thought we were on the Titanic taking on water with the terror in her voice. Maybe don't let your trash cans get to mount baldy size proportions and you wouldn't have this problem. Huh did you think about that tazo girl? Then this brainiac goes to the other side of the counter 2 feet away from us and begins to talk trash about us for spilling a little bit of water. We literally had to say "umm we're standing right here, we can here you" like we were in a friggin 90's sitcom because the freaking genius couldn't comprehend basic laws of science? No going behind the bar doesn't give you some sort of magical wall that will sheild you from the customers you brainless barista! We were so pissed we didn't even want to order drinks. The lady at the register was super nice but the damage was done. I mean if your going to work in a service industry I'd think one of the first things you learn is don't be an a$$hole. Made a pit stop here to grab some coffee and as usual there was a line but the cashier kept the line moving pretty quickly...well that is until I got to the front. The cashier let us know she'd be right with us and disappeared. Meanwhile the cashier next to us has started helping customers behind us and has managed to help five other customers before our cashier returns. No apologies or acknowledgement for the long wait. She just processes our order and that's the end of it. read more

I think I am what people would describe as a Starbucks addict, due to the fact that I make 5-7 trips a week! I have to say this is possibly the worst customer service I've ever received in one of their locations. Please note that I have traveled to 5 continents so this really is saying something. I was making weekly trips to CA from Vegas for a couple of months and often this location is open later than other locations so I would regularly stop but I don't know why because every time it really was a terrible experience. I know it's a pain in the ass when people customize an order but frankly it's your job to satisfy the customer. If you're going to charge me to substitute dairy milk for soy milk then don't be surprised when I ask you to remake it with soy when you screw it up. I actually saw one of the staff members make my drink wrong twice and have the nerve to hand it to me when I saw her I make it in a 'dairy' marked blender. I don't have allergy but a lot of people do and this is unacceptable and potentially very dangerous. Now that I have moved I will not be going to this location ever again. A typical Starbucks, tucked in between a Valero gas and a Mexican fast food place, its easily seen when taking the Lenwood Road offramp from northbound Interstate 15. Service was prompt, once the van in front of us with the mega order of about a dozen drinks and sandwiches finally got thru. No complaints though as an iced carmel Macchiato was just the thing I needed to wake myself up between the boring Victorville-Lenwood Road stretch of the 15. read more

I ordered a venti green tea, and got a venti ice with a splash of tea. I finished it while I was in line waiting for the bathroom. Then I ordered a refill, however, they had run out so I got about half of a refill. I took a sip and the bottom had weird chunks of gunk (not tea leaves). They offered to make more tea, but I was in a rush and didn't have time to wait. Just an overall disappointing Starbucks experience. read more

Terribly understaffed. Bathrooms are dirty and out of toilet paper. The only 2 staff are completely busy with a line of customers at a high volume busy Sunday afternoon that neither of them can stop for a second to put toilet paper in the bathrooms. Stopped by as a pit stop before catching the Needles interstate freeway, at first sight it looked like a nice Starbucks, but once you walk in the layout was kind of odd. Immediately after walking in you're in line and the cleanliness wasn't so good. Now that wasn't the bad part. The employees were rude, didn't even greet my family. The coffee wasn't to Starbucks' full potential. I'm not sure about my family's coffee but mine was horrible. I decided to order a caramel frapuccino with extra caramel for a boost of flavor. Immediately after receiving it, I knew this coffee was going to taste bad. To begin with they didn't even put my extra caramel, it looked average to me. Now the taste was bad too. EXTREMELY disappointed! This was by far the worst Starbucks I've ever visited! It was FAR from clean both behind the counter and in front. The cream & sugar station was filthy and the prep area wasn't much better with the whipped cream gun with whipped cream on the nozzle touching the coffee machine wall and never wiped off before use and the caramel bottle housed in front of the sink, used and then returned to the same spot. I waited for a solid three minutes at the register after paying with my credit card before the girl finally spoke to me with a "mame, you're done, you pick up your drink over there" pointing to the other end of the counter. When I told her I needed my receipt and pastry she, quite sarcastically said, "you pick up EVERYTHING over there!" handing me the receipt and turning around again. No "thank you," no "have a great day," nothing!! My drink was also lacking in care, quality and standards. Thankfully I ordered an extra shot at the bottom of my grande caramel frappuccino because without it I would have walked out with a watered down caramel ice thing. Multiple people complained about the restroom condition but no one even attempted to look into it while I was there. The service was really slow given it was NOT busy with actual customers (there were more people in line for the restroom than there were for purchases.
