I have been a daily Starbucks drinker for years, but going inside Kroger is not always convenient (or enjoyable lol), and they've had basically zero comparable competition as long as I've lived here (a Louisville transplant) but Biggby has arrived! The staff are super friendly, so fast, and every single drink I have tried so far has been delicious and high quality. All of this with a drive thru? Hallelujah! Bonus points for having an app, order ahead, and a rewards program. I'm now a regular! Highly recommend!

If you're old like me (LOL)then you know what I'm talking about. I always order ahead on the app vs ordering in Drive thru. They are drive thru only like all the other locations. When I order on the app, I tell them my name and they tell me to "Scoot on around". What I love the most is that they make your mobile order when you get there and tell them your name at the speaker. I always get friendly and timely service, it may not always be fast but, I never wait several minutes. It all depends on the time of the day you go as well. Now you may want to know what my favorites are here. Well, I don't really have a favorite I do like most of their food and drink. I love how you can customize in the app and get sugar/dairy free options. Their rewards program is awesome as well. If you have the app you will get notifications for double smiles (rewards). This store has come a long way and I'm proud of them for that. This is my favorite store and I will continue to visit.

That alone should've been enough to make me walk out, but what really made it worse was witnessing the manager mistreating one of the staff members--a young girl who was just trying to fix a machine. Instead of helping her or showing any kind of support, he was rude, aggressive, and kept talking down to her in front of everyone. She ended up crying and had to walk away while the manager just stood there like it was normal. The place is filthy, and the management clearly doesn't know how to lead or respect their team. I ordered a breakfast bagel sandwich and my wife ordered a soup. Everything is served in to go plastic containers because they don't offer plates or silverware. This was the first bad sign. The sandwich was incredibly dry and unseasoned. No salt on the egg, no butter or mayonnaise on the bagel, just a plain bagel with an egg and cheese. It was so hard to eat I asked for something like mayo to go with it. They charged $1 extra for a tiny bit of mayo to make this sandwich edible and seemed like I was asking for too much when I asked for a knife to use instead of my fingers.
