Starbucks will never win an award for best coffee but it is convenient as there's a location in every small town in America it seems. I didn't have any cash and got a Cafe Americano for $2.25 on a credit card. It's the most patriotic thing I've done in some time. It's quite obvious the review prior to mine has "thin skin" (grow up Dood your mom isn't here to bitch out everyone 'cause they don't like you)! Everyone here is super kewl and it tends to be filled with non complainers. This location has a Google wireless connection, which tends to be beyond above speeds. Pulling 6.0 DL 0.78 UP not bad considering that this place is packed to the gills. Ignore "butthead's" previous review and check this location out! read more

My usual and daily morning stop before heading to work. Roni, Shawn, Katie, Courtney, Faryal, Caleb, Scott, Emily; all of them are very nice and very friendly towards customers. They know their customers' names really well. Best part! They know my drinks without having me to really say it. "Keep up the smile and it will serve you well under pressure". The name speaks for itself. You can't go wrong with Starbucks. They are consistently good coffee drinks and are always made in a timely fashion. I love having a frappacino during the summer and love trying out their hot holiday beverages in the winter months. Tried their caramel brûlée latte this week and it made me feel all warm and cozy! Also a big fan of their matcha green tea latte, it's pretty sweet and creamy and has way too much sugar in it but I don't care, it's amazing! read more

2 things that made what could have been a quick stop and easy buck for Starbucks very irritating. 1. I walked in and asked what the closest blend they had to the Christmas bland was. The girl just told me to read the description on the front of all the bags. That helps me in absolutely no way. Pretty sad when you can Google a better answer in 5 seconds then your staff can give after probly a good deal of training and time working there. Only to be to capped off by the fact that they were closing in a minute and she was in no mood to work that last couple of minutes of the day. I'm a fan of all Starbucks. They make great coffee. This particular location is generally good, but sometimes inconsistent. It seems to just depend on the shift. Some weekday mornings there's a person or two that are not all there, requiring me to repeat myself. I give my order, but at the same time noticing they aren't really hearing me. That is very annoying. It doesn't happen all the time of course, but if if happens once, it's too much. I frequent this location Sunday evenings quite often and the staff on those nights is great. They are helpful, attentive, and always satisfy. I've tried the new Via instant coffee recently too. The coffee itself is decent. I bought some for use at home, but the price is too high. $2.95 for a 3-pack and $9.95 for a 12-pack. On average, that's about a dollar a cup (a little less if you buy the 12 pack of course). I consider that way too expensive for instant coffee....even if its Starbucks. I might like to see them take away the fancy packaging and marketing, and give it to me for 50 cents a cup. read more

Never been to this location found it on maps on my way to work and it was hidden in the shopping cemetery so I had to do a lot of u-turns to find it. Very nice in the inside but also very busy on a Saturday morning! I ordered a white chocolate mocha and when I got in my car a ways down the road I tasted it and it wasn't very tasty! Normally these are kind of sweet tasting but I could taste a lot of the coffee taste. Maybe they were too busy to stir in the syrup? read more

This used to be my favorite Starbucks in the world. Been coming to this spot for several years now. It's still well managed, close to home and they just remodeled not too long ago. But its true, the staff make the place. There are still a couple of good guys left, but everybody else there these days seems very unhappy to be working. At times it can be a bit over-crowded, so not necessarily the spot to sit and read or work or pull into if you're in a hurry. read more

Most of the staff is friendly but I've told them a few times that you can use the mobile app bc it has that everything is sold out. No one seems to care. I also ordered banana bread and was given something else that contained pumpkin which I'm allergic to and they wouldn't let me swap it out even though they didn't give me what I ordered. the girl that took my order had her head in her @ss. i had to repeat my order 3 times in order for her to get it right. then, as my drink gets passed along the assembly line to be made, of course they make it wrong. i don't think a green tea frappacino, double green tea no melon is that hard. so, i take a sip and what do i get? melon. the barista pumped the melon bottle 4 times. i'll stick to the starbucks @ escarpment and slaughter. i can't blame the 'crowd' at the store because the crowd only came in after us and this was at 4pm on a saturday. read more

The worst Starbucks in history of Starbucks. Not sure what the problem is? They can't seem to make a drink in under 15-20 minutes and the taste is never consistent. A vanilla blonde roast isn't hard nor is a PSL which are the two drink I've ordered here. I don't know how you can screw up a basic pour over but apparently you can. I waited for 23 minutes(I timed it this time) for my two drinks when there was two people ahead of me... when I got my drinks they were wrong and tasted horrible of course. They gave me a "your next drink is on us" card which is only worth a measly $4 and lo and behold they didn't activate it so when I went to redeem it next time they told me there was no balance and it wasn't valid. How keen! I will drive out of my way TO ANY OTHER STARBUCKS BUT THIS HELLHOLE. read more

Will never go to this location again.... we got 3 Frappuccino from them and to our surprise found pieces of aluminum foil at the bottom of all three drinks. When we told the manager about it we where told to bring back the cups as proof. No problem done but didn't seen concerned with the problem on hand just gave refund and that was it. so lame to write a review about a starbucks but i'm very very very picky about my coffee. i'm anal about it. like obcessively. i've actually cried over coffee before. i love this starbucks. i'm biased because i used to work at this location and i love the old staff but believe it or not every starbucks is radically different. each location does things differently and this location has superior brewing methods, higher sanitation regulations, and they only steam the milk ONCE. as opposed to some bucks where they will reheat it a few times. yes yes. i love it. read more

I come here everyday! The service is no doubt outstanding, the barista's are so caring & even come to memorize your drink order! The renovation makes it this location look very nice, only bummer is there are very limited amount of outlets, would recommend you charge anything before coming here. read more

I love this location for the simple fact that the majority of the staff actually care enough to get to know you. I frequent this location because of is proximity to work, even though it's not necessarily the most convenient. The service is great and they are more than happy to be there even when they are short-staffed. If only they had a drive through!!! read more
