Pulled in needing a quick coffee and a clean restroom -- both delivered. Ordered a Brown Sugar Oatmilk Cortado and it came out fast and dialed in, exactly how it should taste. First thing I check at any Starbucks is the bathroom, and this one was spotless, which tells you how the rest of the place is run. The baristas were hustling, knocking out orders without making people wait around. Tables clean, shelves organized, friendly crew. People are extremely rude. I visit Starbucks throughout the Metro every day for my Job. I buy my clients coffee and breakfast. I have been to many different Starbucks and have never experienced this issue before. I asked to use the bathroom which I have done on many occasions. Only this time I was told its for paying customers only, was I planning on a purchase. I was but after the way the interaction went down I said never mind I was planning on a purchase but not after the way that was presented and as I walk out the individual all of a sudden had an attitude adjustment and says. Well ok you have a wonderful day. Called the district manager left 2 messages a week apart and never received a call back. When I call the store you think your calling someones house, no greeting or introduction, a simple hello. I had to ask is this Starbucks? Yes how can I help and ask for the corporate number, phone goes quite someone else picks up and says how can I help you. The manager gives me 1-800- Latte. Which is a number for equipment repairs. It makes zero sense, I can come in and use the wifi and never be told to make a purchase, Also have never been told I can't use the bathroom before in any other Starbucks. Everyone is always nice here but the drinks are made incorrectly. Twice this week my drink was made wrong and the second time I couldn't turn around and go back to have it fixed. I tried to call multiple times and their phone is off the hook. It sucks to pay so much for a drink and then it to be terrible. It's like they just mixed milk and coffee for my drink that was supposed to be a white chocolate mocha. No flavor at all! Just going to throw it away. I made the mistake of walking into the store instead of going through the drive thru because that line was insane. I waited for a good 10 mins before anyone even acknowledged me. There are 4 people working and one of them was just walking around stocking I think. She finally stopped and came over to assist me. The drive thru is clearly the priority here and the people waiting in the store are left waiting longer than if they would have gone through the drive thru. The girl at the from was not friendly. I was not greeted when I got in. I understood because it was 8:17am so I ignored that. What really irritated me was the fact that I got an iced drink and they guy who made it FILLED my whole cup with ice even tho it clearly said light ice on the side of the cup. I had to dig all of the ice out and throw it in the trash. The guy that made my drink was also not calling out names so everyone was confused as to when their drinks were ready. If you haven't been to the worst Starbucks in Colorado, please visit this greatly horrible location. They just remodeled this location, but you couldn't tell because it looks unkept. You'll be treated like you're a great burden to them and you're taking time away from them standing there gossiping. I arrived here at 3:40pm because it's the closest one to my house, and I had Rewards to cash out on. I wanted a Protein Box, but there was only one left, the food shelf appeared to be neglected in getting replenished with items. After I grabbed the lovely protein box, I also wanted to order the new Prickly Pear drink, so I went to stand waiting for assistance at the register. There were two other "non-uniformed" ladies behind the counter drinking their tea drinks and gossiping about someone. I patiently waited to have someone take my order. Then another lady walks up, frustratingly with a cup in her hand and just upsetly drops it to the floor, rolls her eyes and says "What can I get you?" I asked, "do you have the Prickly Pear drink?" With an abrupt response, "-we're out." I just got the lonely protein box and walked out. It was a sad Starbucks day for me. Overall, I had just been having the best Starbucks experiences at all the other locations that I have visited, and now this experience would make all the puppies in the world cry! Aside from the none existent "Please," and "Thanks you's," at this location, my drink were always made well and I had no issue. But when 12 baristas screw up a PAINFULLY BASIC Green Tea Honey Matcha with 3 honeys into an unfinished-crappy-brown-watery drink... Well? We got a problem, honey. What's worse than ordering your drink and having your order wrong? The fact that if I DID ORDER a regular coffee, I would've gotten ill from it, because literally it was watery, coffee was not fully stirred and very slimy. I cared enough to delay having my Matcha at 10:11am, which was painful, I went around 4pm when the day was almost over.. To have my drink messed up TWICE from the the baristas, brought the attention to Gabby, (Supposedly that's her name, she wasn't wearing any name tags, said she was a manager lol. With NO NAMETAG.) whom was disputing the difference between Green Honey Mocha and Green Tea Honey Matcha. They both have the word, "Green," what the heck!? Even If I said Green Mocha, it's still a hot green tea drink. We automatically know it's not brown haha. She was not apologetic, but offered the standard remake or refund. I wanted my drink and literally she didn't even say thank you/you're welcome. just shut her window like it was personal and left. I circled around a second time and I realized she must've knew my order was messed up because oh of no where, she actually pulls out the actual Green Tea Matcha with 3 honeys from her side, without telling her baristas to make it. This is how I knew she didn't wanna fully acknowledge that there is no difference between mocha and a Hot Matcha. The reviews of this Starbucks are pretty horrible, so I was anxious pulling into the drive-thru after having lunch at Chili's across the street. I had been traveling all morning, arrived at DEN and ate, and really needed some coffee so didn't feel like going elsewhere. Taylor and Kasey (or Casey) were absolutely awesome (they deserved recognition). Kasey talked to me about the drinks, and was very polite. My drink was very delicious, I believe Taylor made it. Me and my wife went to lunch together at Chipotle next door and afterwards she wanted coffee so we stopped by to grab a drink and we're greeted by a very rude and inconsiderate employee who seemed like us being there ruined his whole day.... Later finding out he was just getting off and instead of helping us before he left he had us stand there for 10 minutes until a larger gentleman helped us, very nice guy. To top it off after our drink was ordered the same employee who was rude to us ordered a drink AFTER us.... So we ended up waiting another 15 minutes for one coffee and because the employee wanted to make her friends drink first and skip my wife's. This Starbucks wasn't the best experience I've ever had. Seems like it just isn't being managed very well. First thing I noticed is the trash can by the door was completely full and overflowing-bad first impression. Once inside I wanted to use the restroom real quick before ordering but there were 4 people waiting in line. Apparently only 1 restroom was in operation, so I just got in line to order. I picked up a 'protein box' for lunch which has 2 boiled eggs, apple slices, some bread, cheese and grapes, then ordered a simple Tall coffee - black with nothing added. The person taking orders was barely paying attention and never said 2 words besides the total price. After paying I waited, and waited and waited for them to get my coffee. While waiting for my 'complex' order of 1 Tall black coffee, I noticed the seating area was cramped, noisy, and not very inviting. The tables, floor, and glass could all use a good cleaning. I finally had to go back to the cashier to ask where my coffee was, and apparently they had run out of the Coffee of the Day and didn't notice the pot was empty until I placed my order. Coffee is great!!! The people are kind and charismatic and one of the girls has great hair!! My only problem is that there are a bunch of ugly chairs that are uncomfortable to sit on and my butt likes comfortable chairs when I'm studying or crying of exhaustion!!! It's a pretty typical Starbucks location. Good coffee, nice selections of extras, and hot breakfast on top of their typical muffins and breads. This location also has a convenient drive through. It always goes faster than going inside as they cater to the people in cars a little faster under the general assumption that they're in the drive through for a reason, which I can respect. If you're a frequenter, rack up your purchases on rechargeable gift card that you've registered to yourself. This eventually gets you free coffee and some extra perks. read more

Your morning drive thru lady, Cece, (that's what her apron said, she's the older lady that works there) has a horrible tone and attitude when taking orders and also when you get around to the window to pay.
