So glad this location has reopened since its remodel/update. I went through the drive thru. The wait was a few minutes and moved pretty quickly. I tried some new holiday drinks. The chestnut praline latte (cold) was a good balance of sweet. The orange cranberry lemonade refresher was tart and have holiday vibes. I recommend asking for light inclusions in the refresher - the cranberries and orange (zest?) are a nice touch. While the wait wasn't bad, and the drinks were good, the drive thru customer service stood out to me the most. The young man in the window was nice, polite, complementary, and made the entire experience a delight. He made me forget about the wait (lol). read more

Way too busy and understaffed. Hence, they were all grumby and rushy. Drinks come out all messed up and they aint cheap either.

Seemed like the menu was a point of conflict; and the last thing I want to do first thing in the morning is argue with the cashier about what you call a large and be corrected on how to pronounce it then have everything else become awkward and tedious and argumentative. And because the drive-thru was something much less than friendly, I was instantly rethinking and regretting my purchase before I even paid for it! I came by randomly visiting a friend and decided I needed a coffee pick me up. I decided to try the blonde vanilla latte with an extra shot of espresso (the barista called it something else). The drink was smooth and very easy to drink. The line was very long and it seems as they were very busy so drive thru did take a long time. Staff was very professional and friendly. The employees handling the window area had mask on so that was nice to see. Overall, will return but maybe not on a busy Saturday. read more

The manger acted like she was going to work with me and still be able to get me in but when I re completed my background check(passed perfectly fine the first time) she completely ghosted me. I have only ever utilized the drive thru. The coffee is okay. I usually order a hot chai latte and it's not the best but decent. Ordered from this location multiple times but today the young girl in her 20s with a brown mid length ponytail was very snotty and I was shocked at the service. Usually I recommend this location because of the convenience. The mocha was good but the chai won't knock of your socks. Unfortunately it's the only thing of its kind in the area so I do continue going back when I have a craving. read more

I love my new Starbucks. It's conveniently close to our new home and I've always had a great experience whether doing drive thru or going inside. The location is much smaller and on one end of a small strip of stores (Gamestop is a few doors down ) along 441. The drive thru is a little awkward as it runs alongside the back of other businesses and it backs up quickly. The good thing is that if you change your mind on ordering you can maneuver to the right and escape unlike other drive thrus in town where you're essentially trapped unless you want to hop a curb. The employees are always friendly and quick! On my recent visit, I noticed they have a designated area for mobile and phone orders with a sign above stating so. This is great so that you're not standing there waiting and you don't have to do the awkward thing of cutting folks in line to ask about your order. I have not seen this in other locations I've been to and it has convinced me to give it a try next time. But seriously, they're so quick and efficient here that I probably don't need to. read more

I just left the store and I'm disappointed with the service. 1. No one greeted or acknowledged that I or other customers were waiting for p/u orders. 2. The barista (with an eyebrow piercing) was extremely rude and when I asked her for extra foam she proceeded to get mad and then slam my drink on the counter. Since it keeps being taken down on the Google reviews :). I have worked here as an employee and I am also a customer. While I love Starbucks I can't turn a blind eye to the things that happen behind the scenes. The amount of emotional/mental abuse cause by the manager when it comes to the baristas. First, the COVID guidelines I have seen the manager find ways to go around the self isolation. Barista will be sick and still forced to come into work while having COVID symptoms. This puts not only our customers in danger but also the baristas that have a compromised immune system. We are forced to work or written up. The treatment with ethnic baristas and the other baristas are not the same. Some baristas would get in trouble for certain things while others she would turn a blind eye to. The manger constantly disrespects and degrades the barista. While the baristas are disrespected they are not allowed to defend themselves or they will be written up. The baristas are so over it and tired many of them have quit. Working at Starbucks was once an amazing experience but the treatment of the baristas from the manager is not okay at all. If you walk in the store the once happy barista aren't smiling like they use to. Treat the customers great but treat the barista poor. Guess that's what Starbucks is about. read more

This is a decent location. I've found the staff to be very friendly. They always seem to work by the "service with a smile" mentality. They'll even make 'off menu' drinks if you ask them to, without complaint. (Though it may take them a few extra minutes.) One star knocked off due to parking, which is really bad. The parking is so cramped, and it just seems like people are pulling in and out of spots repeatedly, causing you to wait minutes at a time, and worry that someone may back into you. I'd say it's worth it to park a little further out, closer to the Walmart, and walk over. They're a good crew, though, and I appreciate them. read more

This Starbucks is a very pleasant place to go. The employees are friendly, the store is always clean. They have a variety of seating, including comfy chairs to sit in (rather that just wooden chairs and tables). Additionally they have an abundance of outlets (a must, in my opinion, for a coffee shop) and a drive-thru (although I have never tried the drive-thru). I come to this location ALL THE TIME, and usually they are pretty decent. Today however, I ordered my typical double tall skinny vanilla latte, and when it was handed to me he said decaf.. I said wait! No no double tall?! He looked at the label and said oh yeah, sorry, that's what I made. Stupid me for not tasting it prior to leaving. NOT a double tall! The flavor is too sweet and does not have that awesome double shot flavor. He lied. I would have been more than happy to wait for the correct order with no complaint, but he lied. No greeting or hello when I walk in the door. No eye contact as I stood at the front waiting. Cashier greets so softly I can't hear and I had to wait on her to finish the credit card approval because she didnt seem to be paying attention. No other people waiting on drinks inside. My drink was slid across the counter and no semblance of bye, thanks or have a nice day came as I was leaving.
