I placed a mobile order this morning at 7:30 for my girlfriend because it was her birthday and they were absolutely slammed. They were moving drinks out as best they could and the line moved as well as it could. After thirty minutes of waiting I finally got my drink and headed to take the coffee to my girlfriend. When I got to her I pulled the drink out of my cup holder and there was coffee everywhere, and it was still leaking out of the cup like nobody's business. It is ridiculous that I sat in the Starbucks line for 30 minutes, paid $6 for a coffee and then when I finally get it the cup has a hole in it and leaks everywhere in my car. Absolutely dissatisfied with this experience. I have been to this Starbucks 20 times and had good service but today was one of the worst ways to start my day, especially when the coffee was for someone else. read more

Ordered a medium iced tea. The cup was the size of a small anywhere else. I said not to make it too light, because the last time, I don't think they even used a teabag (the reason I didn't order in a very long time). The girl misheard me and thought I said light ice. She said, iced tea, light ice, and I let it pass. When it came time to pay, the total was almost $6. I asked if she made a mistake. She said that I was charged a dollar more, because there was less ice. Another girl piped up, "You got more product." You would think they would have used 4 extra teabags. The tea was lousy, the price was ridiculous. I gave them a second chance. It was their last. By the way, the table where we sat was dirty. I'd rather go to Dunkin Donuts, where I can get 3 times as much tea for less money, where the tables are clean and where the staff is friendly. read more

I don't even drink coffee, but my kids demand that I stop here anytime that we are near. They are usually pretty good with speed and service. Just be warned that the parking lot is small, and it can get a bit crowded around peak hours. read more

She took my order and even asked me if I had any pets. After receiving my drink and walking out the door, I was reminded that it only takes one person's kindness to make someone's day. This place is ok. The staff members here are super nice but man is this place PACKED in the am!! Not many drive thru Starbucks around this location is why I'm thinking it gets so crowded. This store is a Starbucks Reserved store and it's new to this side of town. They have all of the normal Starbucks menu items and their staff is very fast and kind (definitely faster than the other Starbucks in town). The store is managed really well and I've never had a bad, or slow experience here. They have a great variety of reserved coffees that are really good. My only knock on this store is that all of the seating is "hard" and they have no lounge chairs or comfortable seating. But they do have a very large table which is great if you have some work you've got to get done. read more

Just went to Starbucks in Anderson on 81 looking forward to a nice hot coffee in the drive through .... it's says they are open until 11:00 but 10:35 the plug was pulled. Bet it's the only Starbucks in the Nation on a Friday night that is closed. read more

I love this Starbucks location. The employees are always friendly they always get my order right. I order the same thing every time I go in just about every time sometimes I'll switch it up especially in summer cause I always get a hot drink but in the summer you want something cool. But they always get my order right. I never have any issues. I will return for more coffee in the future. read more
