What can i say, This store is in need of good management and training. I ordered my Dopio expresso and the guy taking my order even read it back to me. well after waiting for about 15 minutes for 4 other people in front of me i finally got my drink. Well it was not correct. the guy that took my order said ooh, that my fault... No kidding! After another wait i finally got the correct drink. Really??? This is sad for a starbucks!! Just wanted to post a big thank you for the best customer service! Long story, but after visiting a different Starbucks drive up, my husband and I were not happy with the runny Frappuccinos we received. Not wanting to turn around and go back, we chose to visit the next Starbucks down the road--I 40 and Grand. They were gracious and professional and fixed our Frappuccinos perfectly! Because of its location to where I live, this is the Starbucks that I go to the most. The staff is okay -- they're friendly and helpful. Sure, they forgot to throw the sandwich I ordered into the toaster oven but they gave me a free cookie for compensation. There's a lot that's lacking. Every time I go in, there's at least one table that dirty -- covered in crumbs, spilt drink, something. And it stays like that until I leave... which is at least 2-5 hours later. It looks like they don't ever clean the table area until the end of the day, which is sad and frankly, disgusting. Now, the bathrooms. Apparently they're legendary. And I agree, they're pretty far up there. TL;DR dirty tables, dirty bathrooms... but dang good WiFi. Makes up for the average overpriced coffee. read more

Service here is extremely slow. I've never been inside to order, only been through the drive through. I've had to put my car in reverse and leave the drive through line before, if that's any indication of how slow the service is. The drinks are standard, no complaints there. read more

I've been to many Starbucks and I have never felt as welcomed as I did here. The staff seem to genuinely like each other and their good vibe was passed along to every customer. I gave them 5 stars because they are all superstars in this Starbucks. As for the coffee, it wasn't bad either read more

I'm writing my review as I stand in line. At present, I'm three individuals away from placing my order and have already been standing here over 20 minutes. The employees are friendly and hard working;however, the location is tremendously understaffed. For the prime location, size of the store, and among of customers, there should at least be double the staff present. I waited a whole 30min for a nasty watered down coffee and then I was late for class because I had already payed for it

This has got to be the worst Starbucks I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing. First, the service was slow. If it was going to take 15 mins to get a drink, they should have informed me of that before I ordered my drink, I would have been disappointed but left and not had anything negative to say. Second, if they were so backed up, they should have started to make use of their second machine. Third, if they were so backed up, maybe they should have had one of the 3 employees who were standing around chit chatting and joking with one another actually DO some work. Fourth, the barista was just slow. Fifth, if a customer asks how much longer the drink is going to take, you obviously have already lost, don't go from bad to worse by snapping at the customer telling him that there were lots of drive through customers before them. Go look back at points 3 and 4 above. Sixth, often it is not what you say, but HOW you say it that makes a comment a nice one or a mean one. In this case, the barista's comment wasn't only thoughtless, it was said in a contrite and impolite manner. Seventh, as unbelievable as it sounds, an employee who was going off shift had the gall to fix herself a drink right in front of the waiting customers. Who had paid money for their drinks. Who had been waiting upwards of 15 mins. Can't believe I spent $6 in this Starbucks. Whoever owns or manages this location needs to spend more time in the store. Oh, forgot to mention. This is our oasis of great coffee, clean bathrooms, and engaging conversation between Dallas and Denver. It smells so good, the coffee is always perfect, the employees are *ridiculously* cool, and the environment is spacious and child-friendly. On our road trips -- that are so boring and *Texan* I want to throw pipe bombs out the window just to break the monotony -- I don't know what we'd do without this oasis of cool. read more

After waiting 10 minutes in the drive through to place my order, I learned that they were out of two out of three of the lunch sandwiches. They were also out of bottled water. I am not trapped in the drive through without an order. Clearly they are having some issues here with the wait and lack of anything that normal starbucks would offer. read more

Gave this Starbucks another try today with the hope that there would be improvement but nope! I will not come back to this Starbucks again. The service here is horrible and they seem to carry a sense of entitlement, like we are lucky to have them serve our coffee! This place...SMH. No sugar or stir sticks at the creamer station. Messy store. Either too few staff or too many incompetent staff. Not sure what the problem is. Got our order wrong 3 times. I don't drink coffee, but I love hot chocolate. I usually get a flavored hot chocolate when I come to Starbucks. Sadly, I didn't look at receipt or taste it before I left. When I did taste it, it was bitter. I looked at receipt and it was a mocha, which has coffee in it. I have had hot chocolate many times from Starbucks and this is the first time the order was ever wrong. I was headed out of town and to far away to go back, to have it fixed. I can't speak for anyone else's experience here, but I loved it. The service was fast, the drink (caramel frap) was excellent, and the staff were really friendly and easy-going. It's exactly the sort of atmosphere a good coffeeshop should have. If i lived near it, this would be my favorite place to sit for a few hours and chill out. Even the breakfast sandwich seemed off from others I've had, I don't know how since they are frozen and just reheated. Terrible service. Stopped by on the way from Virginia to California around 2:30 pm for lunch and coffee drinks. Place was not use at all. The girl who took the order forgot about our sandwiches. When I asked about the sandwiches she said, "Oh", and started to prepare our sandwiches. Then she put them out on the counter, didn't bring them out to us, and even forgot to call us. The service at this location has gone way downhill recently. Today I ordered on the mobile app and had someone pick the order up for me. AGAIN they did not bother to check the mobile order printouts. When the person that picked this order up for me, she asked how far ahead does someone need to order for it to be ready for pickup, the barista said it just depends. That is unacceptable. read more
