My coffee was good except the whipped cream had no sweetener in it. The bathrooms are dirty and out of toilet paper when we stopped in this morning to use the restroom. The inside has a decent feel and there's a few tables to sit at.

They make good drinks here. The service is always fast and friendly. I went through the drive-thru so didn't see all of the inside, it looks like a cozy place to sit sipping your coffee while visiting with a friend.

I normally order ahead on the app since there's usually a line so I placed my order and it just so happened to be that there was no line when I got to the drive thru, I tell the barista, and she immediately snapped with attitude and told me "next time you need to give us 10-15 minutes". I said okay and went to the window because oh well what can you do loll? I get to the window and not only was she extremely rude, she gave my fiancé and I our drinks tilted (almost spilling both drinks) and unfilled. I understand they don't always fill drinks and normally fill up the cup with ice but they didn't even do that. I don't like leaving reviews and it may sound like I'm over reacting but I also worked food service and I treat service workers with respect and this girl was just so rude!

Stopped here on the way to Las Vegas very clean very safe. Employees are all very kind and quick. Also super cute they have a free book area and also they keep their coffee grounds and allow you to take them for your garden. 5/5 great half way to Vegas pit stop.

Dirty and bathrooms yucky. Trash needs to be dumped and bathrooms needs help. Four employees and very slow dealing with customers.

Super slow. Only Starbucks for miles, so if you must have Starbucks this is your stop. Otherwise, get your caffeine fix elsewhere.

I ordered a $6 meal for my daughter - the nugget, McDouble and drink meal - the still wanted me to "pull up to the next window" so they could reset their drive thru time. I ordered a large fries for myself (photo attached) and this is what passes as a large these days. You would think a newly opened location would at least try, but i guess they don't care really. On a cold night when I was battling some sort of flu, I sought to alleviate it with a hot pho soup…read more Unfortunately, my experience at Tealicious was very unpleasant. I was already weary about my wife wanting to try a pho place located at a gas station, but I decided to give it a shot. When we arrived, the place was completely empty. As soon as we walked in, there was a foul smell that seemed like it was being masked with the strong fragrance of dishwashing soap. After speaking with the young girl at the register, we ordered what she said was the most popular item, the #1 Pho Special with rare steak, brisket, tendon, tripe, and beef ball. While we waited, I went to wash my hands and noticed the bathroom was very poorly kept, which was another red flag. When the food finally arrived, I was a bit grossed out to see visible blood on some of the meat. I figured that wouldn't be an issue since the meat usually cooks itself in the hot broth, but that's where the biggest problem came in. The broth was only lukewarm. Even though I'm not a huge fan of extremely hot food, pho should be steaming, especially on a cold night. I tried eating some because I was hungry, but I couldn't get past how warm it was. We let the girl who served us know, and she kindly offered to microwave it. While not ideal, we agreed. When it came back, it was still nowhere near the temperature pho should be. It was honestly impossible to enjoy, especially compared to other pho restaurants. We ultimately asked for a refund, which they were kind enough to provide. What stood out to me was that after our food was served, the workers seemed to be debating what temperature pho should be served at. One mentioned the boss trained them one way, while another claimed something different. That lack of consistency was concerning. I do want to add that the young lady who helped us was very professional, polite, and kind throughout the entire experience. Unfortunately, good service alone couldn't make up for the poor food quality and improper temperature of such a traditional dish. For that reason, I would not return nor recommend this place if you're looking for good pho. There's definitely room for improvement, especially from a management standpoint.

Although it's been a while since we've visited a McDonald's I redownloaded the app and placed the order, submitting payment as we've done in the past. When we arrived my daughter faced many challenges at the counter. The young man told her something was wrong with the system. She was told the system was down. Some lady told her she could cancel the order online. I went to cancel the order through the app and it wouldn't allow it stating that the order was already being made. Then my daughter showed that them that it said it was already being made from the screenshot I provided her (I waited in the car). The systems were back up but then they were saying it wasn't paid for and asked my daughter for her receipt. We placed the order via the app, of course we have a receipt. It keeps a good paper trail. My daughter showed proof of purchase and they began working on the order. We ordered the food at 9:01 am and arrived around 9:12 am to pick up our simple order. She didn't receive the order until 9:30 am. This was a horrible experience. I wish it was handled differently. From my perspective (sitting in the parking lot in the car) it seems like the system going down caused confusion and my daughter was met with distrust even though she had the receipt and the order was paid in full. This is the reason I don't visit McDonald's. I don't like this kind of customer service. It's not a great way to start off the day.

My Mom and I just went to grab a coffee before I washed my car. There was no one in line so we…read morethought, PERFECT. Sadly we were wrong. We ordered 1 hot coffee. We get to the window and we are waiting and noticed the cashier standing at the window with her back turned to us so we continued just talking casually then notice it has been 10min since we had been waiting. So we look and see that the cashier is still standing at the window with her back turned. We look around her and there isn't much movement, just the employees talking to each other. After about another 3 to 4min she opens the window and we nicely say, we were wondering if all was ok because we have been waiting for a longer than usual time for 1 coffee. Her response was that they are very busy all the time but there were no customers in line or in the shop. Possibly online orders but why she didnt pop her head out to give us some kind of uodate, I dont know? We get the coffee and my Mom takes a sip. The temp of the coffee was luke warm so it had clearly been sitting. Im not sure why they let us sit for so long then gave us a luke warm coffee but we will not be returning to this location. She also did not ask for my Moms phone number so she could get points. Paying what we do for coffee, this was really dissapointing.
