I went through the drive through for my Venti Chai Tea. I get to the window and they made a latte instead of the iced. I should have mentioned it but they usually ask. They immediately and happily replaced it. I asked for almond milk because it is all I drink. Unfortunately the almond milk isn't good with Chai. I drove back and walked in to let them know it was my error and asked for non fat milk instead of almond milk. Again, they immediately and happily replaced it. The 3 staff members were very nice and accommodating. The gross thing I saw was a fly inside of the food display case. It gets you wondering where else the fly landed. This is the only reason for a 2. The fly in the case is a deal breaker for me to buy food there. I should have said something but for some reason I didn't. I almost ordered some lemon cake in the drive through. I'm sooooooo happy I didn't. Staff-you get 5 Stars. The fly brings the store to the 2 Stars. read more

I gave this place 3 stars not because of their quality of drink or because of the time it takes to fill orders, but because they don't have outlets. I just moved up here, I work from home but sometimes I like working from Starbucks (I maybe get three drinks and a sandwich per day, I know it's a lot). I came here for the first time and no outlets to charge my computer. This is a corporate issue and design flaw. I mean, it's Starbucks. Obviously the coffee is great. But that's not what this review is about. I came into this Starbucks needing to use the WiFi so I figured I would get a coffee and something quick to eat. This was the fastest and most courteous service imaginable! The employee who took my order 'Silas' was AMAZING! Nothing short of fantastic. The man deserves a RAISE!! He greeted me with a smile and a healthy hello. Helped me through the menu to find exactly what I wanted. And I kid you not within 2 minutes I had my hot coffee and chicken sausage biscuit in my hand! He even went above and beyond as to make sure the order was up to my standards and it certainly was! My biscuit was fully cooked and the coffee was just right! Thanks again Silas and the baristas!! Oh and I should mention, while I was writing this review I was still in the establishment. A lovely young lady graciously offered me a sample of what she called 'a slice of happiness' which came in the form of a lemon cake. I don't know if she read my mind but lemon cake is my FAVORITE! You're darn right I want that slice of happiness, An ultimately awesome experience at this Starbucks!! Just goes to show a little bit of courtesy and a smile goes a LONG way!! read more

Updating this review. Downgrade from two stars to one. How is it possible to have such poor management that they are always out of stock on lids or teas or cup sizes or straws? Each and every time they are out something that there should be no reason to always be out of stock on. Hire competent managers that know how to track these things. Mobile order placed 10 minutes ago. Arrived to nothing ready yet. Two people in line inside and three cars in the drive thru. Still waited 8 minutes after to get my drink. Tried to order w app received a message this store is not accepting app orders! Arrived at location and was told I must order on app prior!!! We order our drinks the same way we order it from different locations and they served it half full when asked to fill it up they tried to charge for it. One of the barista try to explain why it wasn't full while the other one named Jaz had an attitude while taking them back. Dirty restroom, rude staff. Felt shocked because I understand this is a busy place but the cashier was pushy and brazen. I Ordered a Strawberry Açaí Tea drink and when I received the drink it looked pink without any strawberries (as it looks online and how It looks at every other Starbucks). But it tasted essentially of water, so when I went back to return it and ask why the drink looked this way the cashier asked me, "What do you want me to do with this we usually put water in this drink?" What a witty response! for something clearly not properly made. They made the drink properly after I told them I wanted it remade. My wife was able to order a Trenta iced coffee but I am not able to order a Trenta Macchiato. I asked Jasmine and she said that espresso can't go into a Trenta cup. I don't understand that concept. You just lift the espresso and tilt it over into the cup. Is there some magical barrier around the lid which magically denies the espresso to enter the confines of the plastic cup? I am pretty sure that trenta macchiato's are possible but I am guessing she won't make it because she doesn't do anything else I ask her to at home either. read more

We stopped at this Starbucks on our way home from a long trip and I was shocked at the condition of the place. The bathroom was filthy. They were out of soap and using regular napkins in the paper towel dispenser. Trash was all over the floor as well. We ordered two regular Pike's Place and they said they were out. So we asked for Veranda and they were out of that too. Either way, they needed to brew it so we ended up waiting 20 minutes. They were out of sleeves so had to double up coffee cups. They were out of Stevia and didn't have a sugar dispenser available. The dining area was also filthy and littered with trash. Also, there was an odd person there ordering only water pacing back and forth. This was not there fault but they weren't really paying very much attention. I wouldn't recommend this Starbucks and we will find somewhere else to stop for coffee as this is a trip we regularly make. read more

Just about Every time I've gone which is just about everyday. The same guy in the morning messes up my drink. I don't think he reads. He put regular milk in my drink instead of oat milk. I wasn't able to get my drink for a few days from being sick to my stomach. Because of his mess up. Than the next time I go he put regular espresso instead blond. Today I asked for blond espresso and got regular espresso. I asked for oat milk and it taste like regular milk, my drink taste horrible. They need to fire his ass. And I know it's him because I look at the person that makes my drink especially there because someone always messes up and it's usually the same person. Next time I go I'm getting a picture. I literally made a Yelp today because I can't get over how great my experience was, I had the warmest and friendliest barista take my order outside in the drive thru yesterday morning, he told me I was a "baddie" and that he loved my outfit, this may seem personal but after having a recent phase of feeling ugly, it really meant a lot getting compliments like that, and he asked about my friend and I's plans for the day and sounded genuinely interested and did it all while taking our order in a timely fashion, it's not everyday an employee can genuinely brighten up your morning like that. Drinks came out to perfection, I ordered an Irish cream cold brew and normally other locations in the high desert mess it up somehow but they made it exactly how it should be made, and as a former barista trust me I know how it should taste when it's made right. read more

Where do I start! My daughter and I went in there Sunday at approx. 4:30PM to get a drink and upon entering the store and trying to throw something away I saw that the trash was totally overflowing, the counter was dirty and watched as other people walked in and could not throw away their trash either as it was overflowing! I ordered us each a drink and asked that $40.00 be put on my card. I paid with $100.00 bill and when I was given my change it was put in my hand WITHOUT being counted back to me as it should have been and I was not given a receipt. I asked if the Barista was new and he told me he was so I asked him if I could give him a friendly piece of advise and he said yes. When I suggested to him that he should always count the change back to the customer he said, "I already counted it to myself". That may be so, but he did not count it back to me and IF there had been a mistake he would not have known since he just put the money in my hand and walked away. I then went to the restroom while waiting for our drinks to be made and was in shock at how FILTHY the bathroom was and that there was NO toilet paper at all, I went out and told a Barista who responded with, "I know, we're all out" then she walked off. I was in SHOCK as they are in the same shopping center as CVS Pharmacy and Stater Bros. and they could have went and gotten toilet paper for their customers to use! I asked the Barista for a copy of my receipt as I was not happy with how I was being treated and wanted the receipt as a reference. Approx. 20 minutes later we got our drinks and mine did not taste right at all. This is the ONLY thing I order so I know my drink, know the color it should be and I know how it should taste. I always order a Grande Mocha Frapp with 5 pumps toffee-nut, an extra pump of base syrup, extra ice, double blended, no whip cream. So I told the Barista and she was not happy that I wanted it remade. The second drink was no better and I had to get back on the road so left knowing I would be back the next day on my way back home and would address it with the Manager. I returned the next day and spoke with the manager who said he had been gone for two days but that he was aware of the situation of no toilet paper, full trash cans (I offered to show him the pictures but he declined) and that he was working on resolving it. I also told him about the Barista that just put the money in my hand rather then counting it back and he agreed that the money should have been counted back to me. I then told him about the drink I got that was not right, that it was remade and that that one also tasted bad so he said he would make me a drink himself but that he could not ring up my order. He quickly left and NEVER returned to make my drink. I'm sorry but when you have a customer in front of you that is bringing things to your attention you don't just walk away....the manager SHOULD have apologized and made things right, NOPE he didn't so now I'm posting a review AND I will also follow up with a phone call to corporate regarding this store! I frequent Starbucks locally daily (as much as 4-5 times a day) and I know that how I was treated is NOT acceptable so I will let corporate handle the store in question! read more

Once you actually GET to the store, i drove around twice before i realized there was actually a drive through entry........ As someone who works for Starbucks and has the certified training, I was ashamed to come here... I ordered a Venti Mocha with added vanilla. Pretty simple. Couple pumps of mocha, couple pumps vanilla, steamed milk, espresso, whipped cream. Bam. You're done. The first drink I was handed had ice in it... Apparently, they thought I wanted an iced vanilla latte.. Mm, no. The second drink I was handed was a blended mocha... Still no... The guy had a confused look on his face... Finally I told him that a mocha is a hot beverage. At this point he seemed annoyed with the staff. The ensuing conversation at the drive-thru window was hilarious though.. *Hands me first wrong drink.. I give it back. I tell him my order and have him repeat it back to me* "How's your day going?" "It'd be better if I had my coffee by now" "I got ya. You know how it is.. One of those days." "I know all too well. I work for Starbucks too." "How do you like working there?" *Hands me second wrong drink.. I don't even take it, I just stare at him. And I try desperately not to laugh* "It's better than working here." I ask him, "Hey, uh, when ever in my order did I say "iced" or "blended"? Because a mocha is a hot drink.......... You know, with steamed milk." At this point he closed the window and made my drink properly. I died with laughter. I wasn't terribly upset. More so annoyed. Because it boggles my mind how something so simple could be messed up not once but, twice. Starbucks, please train your employees correctly. Mistakes like this should never happen. read more

Everyone is so mean on here! I'm like cracking up at all the people who get mad because they had to take 20 minutes out of their day to get a drink. This store is the one everyone stops at when they're going on trips. That's why it's always so busy. And everyone who comes here is usually ordering a frappuchino of any sort. That's the most ordered drink at this store. And they take a little while to make. So if someone orders 3, and then the person behind them orders 2, and then two people in the drive thru order 3 total, and so on and so forth, yeah. It's going to take a while for your drink to come out. And all the people you see working are not all there making drinks. They all have their set positions! So even if you see 7 people on behind the bar, that doesn't mean all 7 are making drinks. Don't think that's how that works. Anywhere. The staff here is really hard working and they try to be as attentive as possible and they work with what they can, this store is frustratingly busy and I'm sure the workers are having a harder time trying to crank out 50 frappuchinos while all these cranky customers keep repeatedly asking where their drink is, than the customer themselves. I have never had a problem here. It's clean, the workers are nice, I always feel welcomed. Basically if you're an impatient person, don't come to this Starbucks because it's gonna be rough on you. read more
