Situated in a Mom and Pop roadhouse style truck stop is the All American Restaurant the entire building is dated but exceptionally clean. With a scattering of tables and a hot bar in the center of the dining room promising all you can eat Thursday through Saturday for the bargain price of $9.99. Look at me a day early just my luck! I've come in search of breakfast and it seems I have come to the right place. I was greeted practically as soon as I sat down and presented with a menu, made aware of the breakfast special and my drink order taken. I chose The Works with 3 eggs scrambled medium add onions and cheese, 3 pieces of thick bacon, 2 sausage patties, grits and 2 small pancakes! If y'all should get here and my truck is still in the lot wake me and send me down the road I feel a coma coming on! The wait time for my prefer was very minimal and the presentation was good, it certainly smells good. There are a few people in here and the atmosphere is light and the chatter of people talking is a welcome sound. The flavors are good and the portions are more than adequate the pancakes were fluffy and just the right size. All in all a great experience and I will return again! Y'all give them a try!

The spicy bacon is my favorite side. Service has always been good, and it's one of those places we continue coming back to.
