Honestly, I'm only giving two stars because of the past couple times I've literally driven out of the way to specifically come to this establishment when there were an hour about 30 others just a block from me as it is. However, I came here because the first time I got here there was a middle-aged man no younger than 30 I'd say who was all like if you use cash I can give you all your shit for the low, so I was like cool bet, however, he never wants to be seen again L O L. But I did come to find that this, although little store and size, yields quite the product in every way, so yeah I was fucking with them pretty steady I guess you could say, when today I spent about $40, that's honest to God, probably the least amount of money I spent here. Usually they get a good couple of pinches out of me, but nonetheless, I ordered my essentials, but also needed a couple nose rings real quick as an emergency replacement to mine going mia apparently as I noticed getting into my car to come here plus run further errands. Welp, something just so happened to make me fiddle-faddle while I returned back to my vehicle and lingered a little longer in the parking lot of star smoke shop, I decided to neatly really put all my little gadgets away and get settled. Grabbing for my nose ring I suddenly realized I didn't have my jewelry I purchased from star smoke shop! I searched but nothing. I mean, I legit even had to ask for a black grocery bag just to put my other belongings purchased; as like the woman with the heavy accent ( and on her phone the whole damn time ) wasnt trying to provide me with even the bags they have for customers. So THANK GOD I didn't just drive off as usual, thank goddd something had me lingering back a bit and check my things right then and there otherwise it would have been an already out of the way trip but even bigger inconvenient loss both jewelry and money spent! I get down and go back in and ask her, she puzzled like looks around and then picks it up next to her draw and is all "ohhh I didn't charge you I didn't charge you" and I'm like "oh ok ya haha, ya that's my nose ring *basically like , uhn lady gimme lol!* " and she just continues to say "ohh ha ha I no charge you, you pay cash or card?" And I was like look it's a $3 cheap ass ring you're not about to just let me get that an get in with my fkn day lady?! Even after all the well spent money yall got off me all in all!? lol nahhhh she didn't do THE RIGHT THING, therefore SADLY LOST A LOYAL ,ON AVERAGE BIGGER, GOOD, MONEY SPENDER. I spend no less then $30 every time I come to this place trying to support local business .I spent ,$75 the first time I ever came to the store . I purchased 2 of those fancy blue flame lighters refillable close to$30 for both within 4 days both lighters broke .. whatever ...I don't ask for refund or exchange...nxt visit I spend $50 I buy a tazer I ask him to show me that it works he literally went through every tazer in the glass case none of them work I say nevermind to the tazer he says he can take six dollars off I accept the offer tazer doesn't last 2 days before completely falling apartment and to top it off the guy acts like he's doing me a favor not to mention cigarettes, blunt wraps, lighters etc.etc. ....... everything except tobacco is garbage in this place and owner or whoever the middle age guy is ...is a rude snobby foreigner ..I wonder what would happen if i went to his country asked his people to support my business then treated them crappy...I would rather walk 3 miles on the hottest az. Don't go here. No refunds or exchanges. Purchased a cigarette rolling machine, was gone maybe 15 min before I realized it was electric and not manual like I wanted. The clerk said I could go talk with the owner a few stores down, but just the fact that a store, regardless of size, would even consider a policy like this turns my stomach. Stand by what you sell or don't sell to the public! Also, the machine I purchased worked for 1 minute and is now dead. Total waste of my money and time. I didn't go speak with the manager. I've been in a few times and the two men I've met were always kind and helpful. Usually stop in for disposable bars when my juice is out and I can't afford full replacements. I can't remember the brand but they had a new product in stock and on one occasion to let me try the flavor before purchase when I picked the one a few customers didn't like. (Ended up loving it though!) And in another instance we purchased a battery and when we saw it didn't work, before leaving the lot thankfully, they happily replaced it and made sure we had one that DID work. read more
